The Reserve at Kanapaha

This complex is so well taken care of. The grounds are always clean and the staff is amazing. It's also convenient to everything.

The location is nice at Celebration Point. We were there to an apartment for our daughter. This was 2nd on our list of 8. We had an appointment but not sure why. We walked in and were not welcomed with the name of the property or anything; just a Hi. We then mentioned our appointment and was handed a one page about the complex. Nothing was presented and she didn't try to "sell" the property. We asked a few questions and were out. Took all of 20 min and we were out. Immediately took it off the list. Not impressed. They are also gray now. We were later told that place is a no go by someone who works for the company. So we dodged that one.

I have lived here 4.5 years now. They are constantly doing something to upgrade the property including painting, new fencing or landscaping. The maintenance team is always spot on, and every time I have reported something it has been taken care of by the time I get home in the afternoon. Overall, great place to call home!

We have lived here 15 months and love it! It is quiet and nice. The staff in the office is friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff is awesome as well, always there to fix problems as they arise quickly. The gym has been updated to include some really nice equipment. We now have Cox Cable and it is great! 50mb internet service included in rent! Also lots of Cable stations included in rent. The apartments are spacious and well designed. Only downside is no screen patios.

Was a resident of Reserve at Kanapaha for two years before moving to Orlando, FL. Very quiet neighborhood and the new management team is helpful as well as nice. The first year living here we did receive a notice that there were break-ins within the complex, but that was soon resolved and there were no further problems afterward. They do a lot of inspections, but you will be notified of them weeks before they begin. On the property, you have beautiful trees surrounding you and two very well maintained gyms a well as two gorgeous pools. Really enjoyed being a resident at Reserve at Kanapaha!

I have lived at the Reserve for a year. I love my apartment, it is beautiful and has plenty of space. The management however is a disaster. There is no follow through with management or maintenance. Although there seems to be five of maintenance guys diving around on golf carts all day, they take weeks to fill requests.

It's a nice and quiet place to live. If I could change something, it would be to make visiter parking spaces, it's been a few times I've had to park far away from my building.

Nice apartments close to just about anything you might need in Gainesville. Convenient to I75. 3 bedrooms have plenty of room and utility costs are inline with city average. There is plenty of parking and a lot of open space and sidewalks between buildings to walk your dog. Management is responsive and maintenance does a good job when needed.
