Property Ratings at The Reserve at Anderson
I definitely do not recommend these apartments to anyone, to start with the maintenance was horrible it would take them like 3 weeks to 4 weeks to come out and fix the issue, then whenever I moved out I gave them the keys for the apartment and now they are trying to say that they never received the keys and are trying to make me pay over 3 grand to the apartments because “ they never received a key “ I have tried to talk to the people in the office and they told me I would have to go to corporate so I did and when I call there number they never answer so now I am stuck with debt they have put on me ,also the apartments have a weird a smell to them , there was big hole behind the hot water heater that they never fix the whole time I lived there , 0 out of 10 stars for me , don’t get screwed over by them .
This is an excellent location and quiet community. Thrilled about my new move and love what they have done with the upgrades.

Might as will be no maintenance at the properties, along with rude and unprofessional management that changes every 2 to 3 months. Would never rent from these people again.

I recently moved in & am so pleased!! Moved into a renovated apartment that is beautiful. Such an incredible staff from the front office to the maintenance guys! So kind and helpful, they really go above and behind. The property is kept up as well. You really get what you pay for here!
My experience with this property has been amazing so far. The team onsite are so friendly, helpful, dependable and professional. My spouse and I are so thankful and super excited to move in next month. We toured a beautiful, renovated unit, the appliances are gorgeous, we were so impressed! We can't wait for summertime to use the beautiful pool. We have had really cringe experiences while apartment searching, and the team turned our search into a positive journey. Our advice, take a tour you won't be disappointed!
I took a tour of property and apartment. The staff was wonderful. Really nice quiet property in a great location.
The Reserve is a very nice complex. It's pet friendly, and they just added a large and great dog park which is fantastic. The Three bedroom apartment is large, and we like to spend time on our porch. The apartment is the most modern we have seen in the area, and the pool is one of the nicest and newest. I heard they might add a new gym which would be great. They have been adding new items like grill area and playground in the past few months. The maintenance crew was helpful with our faucet repair. We needed to remind them, but they got the repair done quickly. Overall, we are glad we chose here.
Stay far away from this apartment complex!!! The living conditions are disgusting, the complex is poorly maintained (dog poop everywhere), and the leasing office is dishonest. My boyfriend moved here from out of state and had to rent the apartment sight unseen. They told him he would be getting one of the new, upgraded apartments but when he moved in, the apartment was extremely disappointing and it was clear the leasing office had taken advantage of his situation and deceived him. Up until the day he moved out, nothing he requested to be fixed was ever resolved and the apartment had nats flying out of the drain and dead in the fridge. There is no way the living conditions of his apartment would ever pass a health and safety inspection and we plan to report it to Anderson County. If you want a safe, clean, and honest apartment complex to move into, this is NOT the place.

Our new apartment is very nice and management is doing lots of upgrades to the property. Staff is helpful.
The apartment is fine but the time to get things done is bad.
I've explained how wonderful the staff in the office was. We trust that anyone would be comfortable living here just based on them. I have already spoken to numerous people about the company because of them.
Prices are reasonable and they are doing a lot of remodeling.
I saw a bad review of the Property so was thinking of skipping it but soooo glad I didn’t! The complex is nice and open with lots of space to walk my dog and the pool, play area and courts are nice. I want to move into a unit by the pool so they said I have to wait until one comes open. Hope it’s soon!
