All of my most recent maintenance requests have been responded to and resolved as urgently as possibly can be. I am very pleased with the crew and the way they handle themselves as professionally and respectfully as they can. Kudos to the new Maintenance Crew Leader, Daniel. I just had 2 really nice and efficient maintenance men fulfilling all of my work orders. I hope they both stay employed here for a long time.

Came in and took a tour of the property. It’s a very well maintained and beautiful property. All the staff were super friendly and helpful.

The greystone reserve community is a quiet, relaxing, and welcoming environment for all! The facilities are up kept and the staff is super attentive and always there for our needs! I Reccomend Greystone Reserve apartments to all looking for a nice community to settle down in!

If you are looking for a wonderful community with supportive neighbors and a safe, family-friendly environment, look no further! We have made great friends here and have created unforgettable memories. However, despite the thriving community, the living conditions, management, and staff are lacking and inconsistent. While some residential issues are addressed effectively, others are neglected. This could be due to challenges in delegating and prioritizing tasks efficiently, or the management's struggle to retain employees, resulting in a high turnover rate. As a result, the living conditions of the apartments are deteriorating. I believe that if management were to prioritize taking ownership of their actions, focus on delivering quality work, practice efficient communication with residents, and provide proper training for employees, they could work together to address any challenges. Unfortunately, the lack of accountability, quality training, and effective management, coupled with a tendency to deflect responsibility when issues arise, is causing these residential problems to escalate unnecessarily. Overall, the community is wonderful. I feel safe bringing my two young children to the playground and pool, although the quality and upkeep of both are unfortunately declining. Our neighbors have become some of our closest friends, and living near the beach and in a great school zone is a definite positive. However, issues with management, resulting in inadequate staff and care, have remained unresolved, showing no signs of improvement. It is my hope that these issues will be addressed and that the apartment complex can reach its full potential.

My wife loves this area. When looking we needed maintenance free, clean and safe. All our needs are met here. Enjoy meeting the neighbors at the beautiful pool.

Love the idea of everything from beautiful landscaping, safe and plenitful parking, amazing pool, and home repairs done almost immediately. Could not affort to have a home in this beautiful beach area but this complex fits the bill perfectly. Home!

Lived here over 7 years, lots of ups and downs while living here. Gates are constantly broken, no more hot tub, but it’s always on the brochures advertising we have one, pool is constantly closed. But the good, wonderful neighbors and a beautiful place. Maintenance team is always wonderful. Neighborhood is nice.

We moved in 5 months ago and absolutely love living here. Our neighbors are friendly, the complex is calm and quiet. Lots of grassy outside areas to hangout, a great pool, and lovely, spacious, apartments.

We are in the process of getting new windows/sliding doors installed & mine were done today. Wow! I have nothing but praise for the installation team who were top notch from set up to clean up & the new windows/door are absolutely wonderful. Along with the updated clubhouse, fitness center & pool, our community is getting even better & we hear that more good things are coming. It’s obvious that our current staff is working hard to make us happy. THANKS!

We have only been living here for a few months and we have already made so many friends. The neighbors and maintenance are very friendly. If I get home from work late, I am not scared to walk the dog at night (big plus). The events are always fun and exciting. Highly recommended.

Great place to live. Dog friendly even with our big lab. They host fun events and there is a nice gym. The layout of the apartment is also nice.

I have been living here for a few months shy of 4 years. Safety was a big part of wanting to live here. I have been satisfied with that. Also, the timeliness of getting work orders done have been great. The staff is friendly, professional. and answer questions and concerns.

I love the size of the closet as well as the fact that the patio is screened in! Everyone is also very nice here

We enjoyed meeting with Kristi who was very personable, professional & able to answer our questions. The complex has a nice small neighborhood feel but is currently undergoing exterior & interior renovations so probably is not right for us.

The Maintenance Team, The Leasing Office Team, and The Grounds Maintenance Team, continue to make me feel as much at Home as I did in my own house up North. Everyone is always so receptive and treat all of my concerns with great urgency and care of my personal belongings when they are in my apartment. Phenomenal staff. Spacious apartments. Amenities getting renovated. Quaint community. Amazing resident appreciation events. Perfect location in the panhandle. What more could there be to ask for?

I've been here for 3 years. Because these apartments are so well maintained, I rarely have to call on maintenance. My A/C didn't seem to be cooling properly. I put in a request at 10:30 and Travis had it fixed by 4:30. That's excellent customer service in my book!

I love living at the Reserve. Management is professional and maintenance has a very quick turnaround-often the same day. With a family I love having peace of mind that things are taken care of. This location is quiet and the renovated units are fantastic! The staff is always very helpful and maintenance is quick. It feels like a house without all of the upkeep of a yard and it is perfect!

We’ve been here since 2017, and it’s a great place to live. I love the people here, everyone is very friendly. The maintenance team are very professional and courteous, and always around if something needs to be fixed. And the new management, Rhonda, came in and helped build up the property to be a lot better. This is a great place to raise a family, highly recommended!!

This is my 3rd time back here in the Reserve Apartments. I have always felt safe and secure that it's a gated community and as a widowed Senior, that is most important to me. I also love the 2 bedroom floor plan. The grounds are kept very well. The Staff, both past and present, have always been extremely professional and courteous with whatever my needs are. My neighbors are awesome and I truly enjoy the sense of community here. Would I recommend The Reserve Apartments? YES, and I have to some friends who are thinking of down sizing and living a care free lifestyle.

We most enjoy the sense of community here. It is good value for the price you pay. Nice grounds with lots of trees.

We have lived at the Greystone Reserve since 12/18/21. We are really enjoying our new home. The apartments are very large, especially the screened-in lanai’s. The community and our neighbors are all very friendly. The maintenance staff and office staff (Rhonda) are always there to help. Our clubhouse and pool/hot tub areas are being remodeled and we are so looking forward to the new changes. I would recommend these apartments for your new home in the Gulf Breeze/ Navarre area.

As a resident of six months now, I could not be happier with my choice of a place to call home. I have met more friends in my community in this short time than I did in Denver for over 4 years. My apartment is super large for the rent and the location is only 10 minutes from the most beautiful beaches!!! The management is team is awesome and maintenance is on top of their game. I couldn't imagine living anywhere else.

We have lived in Graystone reserve for almost two years the people here are so nice and staff and the maintenance people a very polite and professional the apartments are big and well laid out.

Apartment full of bugs and cockroaches. complained repeatedly. office would give a date exterminator was supposed to show and we would sit around all day, at the end of the day we would go to the office and ask where they were and "oh sorry they can't get here till next week. and it would take weeks for exterminator to come and "spray" which did nothing. it's disgusting!!

I lived here June 2010 to December 2019. First five years were great, but went downhill after that (mainly due to change in management). Last couple of years I had squirrels living in the attic, despite numerous work request, being awoke in the middle of the night by scratching noises, the problem never got resolved. Also general grounds keeping and upkeep of the property declined. Which is why I finally moved out.

This is a Great Place to Live. Quiet and very beautiful!!

Previously, I had written a poor review of this complex, but was a bit hasty. All of my concerns were addressed by my complex, and almost all were immediately fixed. Turns out the issues that I thought were not being solved were misunderstandings on my part. The property manager is amazing, and the maintenance team are very responsive. Overvall, I am happy that I chose this place, and I plan to stay a while longer.

This is an awesome place to live the staff at the office really make our day every time we talk to them and if we ever have a problem they solve it quickly the maintenance is always fast and courteous and if something breaks they endeavored to fix it as quick as possible The grounds are beautiful the pool and hot tub we’re always immaculate and welcoming and it being a gated community is always a plus. I would definitely rent here again if I was looking for an apartment on the gulf coast

It really is very quiet here behind these gates. The apartments are a bit older but very well maintained and the property is always immaculate. Flowers are changed and kept fresh and the grass is barefoot friendly. Lots of pet people here and though we have no children, all the parents at the bus stop with coffee and a wave is very comforting and homey feeling. There are pool socials for every holiday with food and music. One morning the chick filet cow was at the gate with management passing out chicken biscuits..just a lovely surprise. We love it here. I was living in WV and got a job in Florida and needed a place quickly. The staff at The Reserve was very helpful in assisting me in renting an apartment 'sight unseen' from 800 miles away. When I got here they made my transition easy. The gated community is great for a single woman like myself. I feel completely safe to take my dog out or go to the mailbox at any time day or night. The grounds are lovely and well kept. Great pool, dog park and playground. Beautiful Navarre beach is only 10 minutes away. I commute about 40 minutes to Northern Pensacola, but it's worth it to be in a safe, residential area so close to the beach. My only complaint is that while the apartment I'm in is clean and color neutral and spacious with tons of storage, the fixtures and countertops are a bit outdated. Not as noticeable once I got all my stuff moved in and decorated the place. But I think for what is charged for rent and given how beautiful everything is on the outside, the inside of the apartments could use a little updating. But overall it's a great place to live!

These apartments are great! Very spacious! The grounds are beautifully kept. The pool is gorgeous, and the staff is so friendly! Very kid and pet friendly! I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great community to live in!

I've lived at the Reserve for 5 years. Well maintained apartments, friendly neighbors and staff. This is a very pet friendly community, with a dog run and people who are responsible and loving with their pets. It's also child friendly with a great playground and family picnic area. The community is gated, and very safe. The beautiful pool is a big plus here, along with the clubhouse and the gym. The pool also has grills nearby for a cookout, and a hot tub. You can have Florida outdoor living here without the worry of maintaining a yard or pool. I cant say enough about the staff. They are responsive for everything, every small maintenance matter, and they do a great job. They organize social events to keep the community friendly. This is a great place to live while you are waiting for your house to be built, or while you are finding a house. It's also a great place to settle in just to live here. Military friendly, conveniently located on Highway 98, and a reasonable commute to Pensacola NAS, Eglin, or Hurlburt. The Gulf of Mexico is a ten minute drive across the Navarre Beach Causeway, and commuting to Pensacola is about a 20 minute to half hour drive. If your apartment faces Highway 98 you will hear noise from the road, but it is not disturbing inside the apartment. The rooms are spacious - kitchen is small but serviceable. Each apartment has a patio area to enjoy gardening or just socializing on the patio.

Hi I'm going to tell you about a place that I live in that I call home. The apartments are very spacious the amenities are whatever you want including an outdoor pool access to the fitness center 24 hours a day. Computer room also accessible 24 hours a day. Your neighbors you cannot ask for better people they are willing to help one another it's quiet the office personnel and maintenance personnel are very very good on top of everything I think you need to check it out its called the Reserve a Florida I think you'll like it thank you

I have lived in many different apartments throughout my life. Never have I ever had such wonderful neighbors and friends where I live today. Not only is my apartment perfect besides it's nice it has an screened in porch which comes in handy in Florida . The atmosphere is absolutely up beat all the people I have met there in the last 3 years have been absolutely amazing. The office staff and maintenance personnel R always on top of everything. Anything that needs fixing gets done within a matter of 24 hours it has a pool its a gated community and again I can't stress the wonderful people that are there. If you want a good place to live a place where you feel comfortable and safe if you're in Florida the Panhandle this is where you'd like to live. I am 66 years of age and I cannot tell you what it means to have people Neighbor continuously check on you to make sure you're OK if you're not outside doing something in the pool or just walking they always check on you it's wonderful. I can't see myself living anywhere else this is where I will be until the end. If you're ever in the area or just go online and check out the Reserve Apt. Gulf Breeze Florida believe me you will fall in love with them. That's my story and I'm sticking to it have a great day.
