I spent about five months apartment searching before I moved into the Regal Apartments. I toured quite a few properties and this building provided by far the best value in terms of square footage and appearance in this very conveniently located neighborhood. The building has a great deal of vintage charm with the high timbered ceilings with the modern amenities you could want, but not all the unnecessary frills no one really uses in some of these overpriced buildings nearby. The staff is friendly and responsive.

The Regal “CAN” be a nice place to live, but unfortunately bad tenants puts a damper on community living. The good tenants like myself pay too much rent to be dealing with bad tenants. It’s exhausting. I wish the higher up gather the good tenants up and hear us out on how The Regal can and should be a better place to live.

If you really like space in your apartment and want to have a property manager that truly cares about the well being of their tenants and understands how life happens to everybody and will hear you out without judgment, then there really is no other place that youll want to rent from because that type of dedication and service is non existent in the city, but luckily its here. And if you the most fair prices and genuine communication that youll find in the city, in the location, then hands down this is the place that youre looking forward to.

The Regal Apartments is a amazing place to live for couples who are moving in together for the first time. This building offers the advantage of being able to walk anywhere in the downtown area. It has a great neighborhood vibe and the property Manager Sam is amazing. He's the sweetness, kinds, honest and professional person I've ever met. He take care of all the residents and make sure we have everything we need in this building. Your company need to hire more people like him. The Regal was literally one of the only places where I immediately felt like family on my first visit. The Regal Apartments is a great value on a dollar per square foot basis. The rental rates at the Regal are extremely difficult to beat, and you would be hard pressed to find lower rates for the same square footage in the downtown area.

The apartments are roomy, I have 1081 sq ft. loft with a large bedroom (that has floor to ceiling walls and a door), a large platform den, two bathrooms and an in unit washer and dryer. I am less than a fifteen minute walk to the loop, the lake, restaurants and shopping. Yet there is neighborhood like accessibility to the apartment. The apartment has a very nice party room, that is free to residents, also included are business meeting rooms and a small fitness center. Definitely more bank for your buck, comparatively speaking.
