It’s a nice place to live, however the rent gets higher every renewal when it should be getting lower with the wear and tear of the apartments.

I love living here. Everything is modern, new, and clean. I feel safe walking around the gated property. It is convenient to the highway. The price is a little higher than other places, but it is worth it. The amenities are great like the daily happy hour, pool, pet spa, and the gym. The staff is really nice. I happily renewed my lease.

Hello just currently moved in , I love it so far it's quiet , clean , and convenient. They have great amenities, very beautiful pool and spa and apps with so much to offer such as personal trainer and virtual trainers here.

My apartment is fantastic. From Arianna in the front office to the pool and patio area. Arianna is a breath of fresh air and always available whenever I need help. The pool and patio area is an awesome place to decompress after a hard week of work. I love my apartment.

It was incredible; everything is cutting-edge and ultra-modern. Everyone is friendly and nice. The apartment's amenities are ideal; it is not large, so you have room to lounge by the pool or work out at the gym.

This complex has it all. The unit layouts are designed to perfection, they are chic and modern while making the unit feel homey. The amenities are fabulous a pool with a hot spa, outdoor seating, a club room with a coffee machine for your caffeine needs. A gym that is perfect for those who workout at any time of day. Also a pet spa for the four legged friends. Lastly the staff is phenomenal all issues where addressed in a timely and professional manner. The staff is friendly and truly care about the residents. It’s even prefect for first time rents, the leasing agents walk you through everything you need to know or do before moving in!

Besides not being able to use the hot tub after dusk, it’s a beautiful community. Taking 2 stars off because not being able to use a hot tub in florida after dusk is absurd to me, unfortunate because the community is very nice otherwise

My boyfriend and I had been looking for an apartment to move into for about 2 months and couldnt find anything we really liked. We just so happen to see it driving around and I decided to make an appointment to tour. It's a quiet and well-maintained place. I am amazed to live here; it feels like I'm always in a hotel, but with a warm and homely atmosphere. Living in the Reese has been great so far. Everything is very accessible as well as clean and new! Right now they are working on opening the pool and the rest of the parking. Hopefully this is completed soon because I am excited to enjoy these amenities. The gym is also very nice and the community lounge is a great place for studying and hanging out.

The staffs are very nice and explained everything clearly and also did a tour of the apartment. They even offer happy hour everyday from 4-7 and that’s a plus

Staff is super friendly, informative, and answered questions quickly. Work orders were filled the day after submitting them. The community was very helpful and friendly.
