Been here 9 years. It’s an apartment complex so there’s always going to be some issues. However, most of the issues are either resolved or they move on. The management team has worked hard to make this complex a safe and comfortable environment. The maintenance crew responds timely during business hours and show up after hours when needed. I would recommend this complex to anyone including family members.

Quiet and a friendly atmosphere. Plenty of nice hello and welcome from people I don't know yet. Easy gateway entry and mail area. still have yet to see pool area.

Living here at the Ravinia is pretty awesome what I love is that we know each other, we are like a pretty good family who watches out for one another. We help each other either helping carrying there garage to the dumpster, cooking a meal for someone, or just checking on them to make sure they are ok. Encouraging them when they are down, making some one smile ??, wow you couldn't ask for anything else when you have amazing neighbors looking out for one another. We have such an amazing office staff, and maintenance staff who care, I love that the office staff does special events for the residents. They are caring and understanding.

We had great experience so far, Yassi was very nice and helpful with our lease renewal. We are looking forward to the next year. We definitely recommend this place, it’s very close to everything.

Always grateful for the excellent work that everyone does in this place. These apartments are very nice, the services and all the good access you have living here.

The entire staff at The Ravinia is awesome!! They always complete service requests quickly and make sure everything is working properly. They also are very helpful and answer all my questions so fast and I never have to worry about a thing!

The Ravinia Apartments is in a great location in my opinion with surrounding stores, restaurants, banks, medical services and the post office.

It is a good place to live maintenance a super fast. Mailroom keeps on getting broken into. Now it is being locked every night. Staff is friendly

I have been living at The Ravinia since August 2023, the duration of my time in San Antonio, Texas. It has been a very pleasant experience. They are human and compassionate. I open a service request and they are addressed in a timely manner. More recently the parking lot was restriped... What could have been a terrible experience with so many cars and individuals actually flowed quite well! Well done! Yassy was out walking the lot and the restriping was completed in two days. We were informed where to park in writing, the deadline to move our cars, etc. We were notified ahead of time yet not too far in advance that we would forget. I like that. And we were forewarned what could happen if they had to move your car for you. No surprises. Text reminders for different things are sent and are a great to help stay on top of events.

I have been living here for the past 6 years and loving it. Yassy is one of my best people I love to have conversation with. I enjoy the convience and the community.

The whole process was easy, comfortable, and clear to understand. The place is comfortable, with easy access to parking. It’s my second time living here, and I’ve always liked the place. The pool is very nice, and this time I was given a comfortable apartment with easy access.

I’ll think twice about renewing my lease. Communications from MGT to residents has gone down hill quickly. Only three days notice given for parking lot restriping. I was out of town on vacation and almost had my car towed. They manage 2 weeks notice for HUD inspections. Certainly they had to have signed a contract with the restriping company more than three days in advance!! Aggravating to say the least. I’m sure I wasn’t the only resident on vacation at that time either!!

It has been many years living in this beautiful community The Ravinia. I still think it is a peaceful and pleasant place. It has excellent schools nearby with good reviews. It also has a wide variety of shopping nearby. The quick accessibility to the highway is very beneficial.

The community is a great place to live. Conveniently located near the highway and shopping centers makes running errands easy. The staff is super nice and friendly.

Maintenance is always reliable. Office staff are great. I have been here for 8 years, don’t plan on leaving anytime soon. It’s quiet and peaceful, really have no complaints.

Pretty good place to live in. Leasing office stuff are friendly and do their best to do events for the residents. Maintenence team usually are fast and good with any work requested.

I've lived at the Ravinia for almost 4 years. I have always had a great living experience here. The staff is friendly and accommodating. I think the property is lovely and I feel very safe here. I am very glad to be a part of this community and to be so close to everything that I need and I never have to go far. I would rate my living experience here top tier. I tell my friends I live in a great community.

Gate is constantly broken, cart drivers act like they are cops, had to file multiple reports to have anything fixed in unit, when I was first getting set up with the paperwork one of the property managers decides to take my phone from my hands when setting up the renters insurance, the fence is constantly being torn and broken in multiple spots, drivers entering and exiting the gate often drive through whichever side is broken open. Noise is a constant battle here, we live in apartment units not a stadium. All these people care about is collecting a paycheck not the "safety" of the complex. Just because you work for the complex doesn't mean you have to act like you're in charge of everyone in the complex.

I have lived at the ravinia for 3 years now and I've never had any type of trouble. For me I feel very safe here and the management team and workers have always been very kind and accommodating. I love my stay here and hope to be here for quite some time. I see no reason to leave because everything I need is right around me and very convenient.

It’s good but the gate sucks it doesn’t open all the time. But the maintenance is great. The office is not always open when it’s supposed to be.

It was rough at the beginning due to a previous employee 2 years ago. But looks like most of the problems have been resolved. So I'm good right now :-). Thanks for the assist btw about car Kevin.

Been living here not very long, but the community is great! Everyone was so welcoming as soon as we moved in. We unfortunately did move in during the inspection months and its been frustrating trying to figure out when or what was going on. The front office has been helpful to the best of their ability, but still annoying. The apartments, manly the one we got, is very fragile. A lot of things have fallen apart or broke, and we already know we aren't getting the full deposit back. Things have been built in a certain way that makes a lot of things inconvenient. Other than that things haven't been all that bad, the price of rent and the sqft were fairly priced compared to any apartment near by. Haven't had any water or AC issues and no issues with bugs.

I haven’t had anyone come check the unit for potential pesticides to be placed on the perimeter of the unit. When it comes to the cleanliness of the stairwells, it’s non existent. There is dirt, spider webs, etc. Due to this lack of attention there could be a potential of spiders, ants, and other insects that could try to get into the units. Thank you.

We have lived here several years . It’s been a great experience. Yassi in the office is wonderful she’s so sweet and very helpful . Ravinia is a great community.

Over all I love the complex and the staff has been very helpful and quick to resolve my issues. I would definitely recommend to all of my friends.

I had issue with my front door had a big gap causing the hot air coming in . At the next day a gentleman came to my door and stated the he is going to change my front door . The gentleman is Mr. Cruz and he did a fantastic job.by replacing whole door with a new paint job . When he left ,he clean-up nicely and we appreciate that . Since living here at The Ravinia I have always had a great experience. I love my neighbors not only in my building but in the surrounding area of where I live. People say hello and recognize you in our very friendly. The apartments I believe are kept up very well and the management and staff has always been there for me. As of this moment I am super satisfied with my living experience here and hope to be here for more years to come.

The Ravinia is a nice quiet community. I really enjoy the ravine views’ trees and river bed. I feel I have a really good price for the size of my apartment and really enjoy living in the “basement” level. The pool is always kept super clean and I can get a good workout in the gym

Over all The Ravinia is a beautiful community with nice and friendly people.

Good apartments, helpful office staff. No complaints about the actual apartments, however there are many apartment inspections that are conducted here.

Only gave 1 star because it wouldn't let me give less than 1. Moving here was the worst decision I've ever made. With all the extra money I'm spending on this apartment this was supposed to be an upgrade. Instead I'd literally rather live anywhere else. On moving in I quickly learned this place had a massive ant infestation. Whole place running with them. That was nightmare #1. The second being upstairs neighbors that seem to think their sole purpose in life is to make as much noise as possible. It's like living underneath a bar/zoo/frat house/wrestling match. So yeah, The Ravinia, where to move if you want to go insane

The staff is truly exceptional, especially Yassy, the Assistant Manager, who consistently goes above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly. She’s incredibly professional, friendly, and always ready to help, making sure all residents feel valued. The maintenance team is equally outstanding. They’re quick, efficient, and take great care in ensuring that everything is in perfect working order. Whether it’s a quick repair or a larger issue, they handle it with professionalism and care, making sure the community runs seamlessly.

Nice place to live there quick with maintenance. Nice neighborhood close to everything. People need to pick up their dog poop but other than that not a bad place to live

I’m incredibly grateful to the entire team here for their outstanding work. Everyone is amazing! I truly appreciate the speed and kindness with which they always respond especially Yassi Homai and Kevin, along with their entire engineering team. They make this place feel like an incredible home.

It’s been a good experience so far, from very friendly and helpful staff members to good maintenance people so I’m very happy to live here, also the location is perfect, everything is near by and I love the very clean pool they really do a good job with it!! I will definitely recommend this place.

The community is a great place to live. Conveniently located near the highway and shopping centers makes running errands easy. The staff is friendly. Would like to see improvements on lighting as many lights are out on carports and outside of buildings. At night, this is a safety issue as it makes it hard to see.

The move in process was super easy. Everyone was very accommodating and I love the resident portal. It’s very easy to use and login. The apartment wasn’t the cleanest when I first moved in, but nothing too bad. I love the neighborhood, and the ravine right outside my door.

Been living here for about 6 years. Great community. Great staff and maintenance crew. We haven’t moved for a reason, and that’s why move when you’re happy where you are.

We have lived here 8 years and even though the buildings are old, it’s functional and we like the neighborhood. The maintenance staff has changed quite a bit but i think the new team they have is more on top of things.

The community itself is nice, management leaves much to be desired.

Unidades espaciosas y lugar céntrico el cual tiene de todo cerca y buenas escuelas. Excelente personal de oficina y mantenimiento. Lugar tranquilo y callado.
