Been living here not very long, but the community is great! Everyone was so welcoming as soon as we moved in. We unfortunately did move in during the inspection months and its been frustrating trying to figure out when or what was going on. The front office has been helpful to the best of their ability, but still annoying. The apartments, manly the one we got, is very fragile. A lot of things have fallen apart or broke, and we already know we aren't getting the full deposit back. Things have been built in a certain way that makes a lot of things inconvenient. Other than that things haven't been all that bad, the price of rent and the sqft were fairly priced compared to any apartment near by. Haven't had any water or AC issues and no issues with bugs.

I haven’t had anyone come check the unit for potential pesticides to be placed on the perimeter of the unit. When it comes to the cleanliness of the stairwells, it’s non existent. There is dirt, spider webs, etc. Due to this lack of attention there could be a potential of spiders, ants, and other insects that could try to get into the units. Thank you.

I had issue with my front door had a big gap causing the hot air coming in . At the next day a gentleman came to my door and stated the he is going to change my front door . The gentleman is Mr. Cruz and he did a fantastic job.by replacing whole door with a new paint job . When he left ,he clean-up nicely and we appreciate that . Since living here at The Ravinia I have always had a great experience. I love my neighbors not only in my building but in the surrounding area of where I live. The Ravinia is a nice quiet community. I really enjoy the ravine views’ trees and river bed. I feel I have a really good price for the size of my apartment and really enjoy living in the “basement” level. The pool is always kept super clean and I can get a good workout in the gym

Only gave 1 star because it wouldn't let me give less than 1. Moving here was the worst decision I've ever made. With all the extra money I'm spending on this apartment this was supposed to be an upgrade. Instead I'd literally rather live anywhere else. On moving in I quickly learned this place had a massive ant infestation. Whole place running with them. That was nightmare #1. The second being upstairs neighbors that seem to think their sole purpose in life is to make as much noise as possible. It's like living underneath a bar/zoo/frat house/wrestling match. So yeah, The Ravinia, where to move if you want to go insane

Nice place to live there quick with maintenance. Nice neighborhood close to everything. People need to pick up their dog poop but other than that not a bad place to live

The community is a great place to live. Conveniently located near the highway and shopping centers makes running errands easy. The staff is friendly. Would like to see improvements on lighting as many lights are out on carports and outside of buildings. At night, this is a safety issue as it makes it hard to see.

The move in process was super easy. Everyone was very accommodating and I love the resident portal. It’s very easy to use and login. The apartment wasn’t the cleanest when I first moved in, but nothing too bad. I love the neighborhood, and the ravine right outside my door.

We have lived here 8 years and even though the buildings are old, it’s functional and we like the neighborhood. The maintenance staff has changed quite a bit but i think the new team they have is more on top of things.

My experience as a resident has been mixed. While the location is convenient and the community feels safe, there have been some challenges. Maintenance requests often take longer than expected to be addressed, and communication can sometimes feel unclear. I appreciate the amenities provided, but there have been occasional issues with upkeep. The staff is generally friendly, though there’s room for improvement in responsiveness. Overall, I think the place has potential, but some areas could be better managed to create a more comfortable living experience.

I love our community, love the office staff, and our maintenance they are trying so hard to keep up with our community, love there personality, love that they care to even keep us safe, one example saw one of them putting metal bars and boards by all the broken fences, Kevin and and another maintenance trying to fix the gates on front. Very proud of them ??.

Nice area, good apartment and setup for the rate. Hardcore about who’s allowed to park. Having issues with roaches that treatments haven’t been effective against.

Lived here for years. Apartments have always been really good to me. Over the years maintenance people change, but that is normal. Although right now takes a week to fulfill request. Overall management is great and they keep the complete looking good.

So far, the stay has been pretty good. There has been an on-going issue where the water closet is not flushing proper. Whether there are solids or just toilet tissue, it takes several flush attempts before the water closet can successfully flush. Reached out to maintenance a couple of times but the issue still remains.

First notification of water bill was a notice to vacate taped to my door. Went to the office and was told that there is no water bill that gets sent out, either on paper or electronically. Then told I should have been informed when I signed the lease that I would need to go check on an app to watch for when the water bill amount gets added: there would be no notification. Amazing that they will spend hours taping legal notices to doors but can’t find the time to inform residents that we would never receive an actual water bill. Almost distracts me from the deteriorating buildings and appliances and critters crawling in my ceiling.

The staff is friendly and approachable. The grounds are maintained well. They don't allow trash to accumulate. The trees in the property are also maintained well.

Todo esta muy bien, los apartamentos son muy acogedores ,las habitaciones amplias ,el único detalle es que el aire que aaspira es la cocina para que no se despliegue el olor a comida en todo el apartamento parece no funciona bien y hay que abrir la puerta para que el olor salga por todo lo otro perfecto, me encanta mi apartamento

We love living here! We feel safe, have privacy and enjoy the amenities :) The apartments are pet friendly, have a homey feel and has a beautiful landscape to walk and run around :)

Slightly difficult to get in the door, and we had roaches in our apartment when we moved in, as well as many maintenance orders that had to be completed. The maintenance team is kind and prompt, and the apartment has worked with us to get rid of the roaches.

We love it here, we are very close to everything and the neighbors don’t make too much noise. We are also happy with the bedrooms size and the fact that we can rent additional storage unit space that really comes in handy. The office people are also super nice and friendly, we are very pleased with our move here!! :)

The Ravinia has been a pleasant place to live and it seems that the new management and maintenance team are so kind and hardworking. We’ve been here for years and I haven’t had any big issues and have enjoyed re-leasing with them annually.
Luego de 6 años sigue siendo un gran lugar para vivir tranquilamente. El personal de oficina y mantenimiento son excelentes. Buenas escuelas y tiene de todo cerca.
