Great location, friendly and responsive staff. I’ve lived here almost three years and for the most part positive. The drainage issues are an ongoing problem

I love the community and how free it feels. People are outside and seem like they want to get along with each other. Does not seem very dangerous at all.

Been here 6 years and I really enjoy it and plan on being here for a while. The amenities are fantastic. The grounds are beautiful. The location is great. I've never had a problem with maintenance . The office Staff has always been very friendly. The only negative thing I can say is they said we're going to get a dog wash a year or so ago and Nothing's been said since then. I wish to pool indoor and outdoor and hot tub was open before 10:00 and after 8:00. 8:00 is awfully early. It doesn't even get dark to 9:30 and the hot tub is nice to get in early in the morning after working out

I’ve really enjoyed living in this apartment community. The location is convenient, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. The property is well-maintained, and the landscaping adds a pleasant touch. My apartment is modern and comfortable, with good natural light and a functional layout. One of the best features is the responsive maintenance team—they're quick to resolve any issues. The leasing office staff is friendly and always willing to help with questions or concerns. The amenities, including the gym and pool, are clean and well-kept, making it easy to enjoy downtime without leaving home. Noise levels are generally low, and the neighbors are respectful. Overall, it feels like a safe and welcoming environment. I would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a reliable, comfortable place to live.

Great staff and friendly neighbors. So far everything has been great!! As long as everything continues as it’s been, there will be no complaints here.

The racquet club apartments has been incredibly accommodating and chill so far. Maintenence is friendly and efficient and I haven't had any issues with noise. While the light switches are in weird places, good room organization makes that a non-issue.

The grounds are looking fantastic. Looking forward to pool season!!! Office staff is fantastic and very friendly and welcoming. Heather and Bill are doing a fantastic job

I love the community and have lived in Lexington since it was built. Once we got through all the paperwork, which took one month, all was smooth.

I’m loving my one bedroom apartment! The neighborhood is relatively peaceful and quiet… It is serene! The management addressed issues I’ve had with quick and precise directions to conquer whatever the task may have been. I am extremely satisfied with everything!

Staff is extremely helpful and always looks to be on the residents side. The maintenance is always good and helpful as well. The community is always clean and pleasant.

Overall we have enjoyed living here. I’ve never had an issue with communication with management. Rent increases are disappointing since nothing gets updated within the apartments but they seem to keep the property clean.

Move-in was chaotic, and communication with the office during leasing could have been much better. Once we got into the unit, we found several issues—dirty floors, missing/mismatched light bulbs, dead bugs in fixtures, dog hair in the fireplace, and doors that didn’t lock. The paint color was a disappointing warm tan instead of the white we saw during our tour. Kitchen and bathroom cabinets feel low quality and appear painted over rather than replaced. Our mailbox was labeled with sloppy sharpie and was stuffed with the previous tenant's mail. That said, maintenance responded quickly to fix the doors. We’re hopeful the experience continues to get better, but a few days into our lease, it's been underwhelming overall.

The clubhouse is nice. Looking forward to the pool this summer. They are making improvements and hopefully fixing the drainage issues during the rain

Love this place but maintenance moves a little slow but other than that the place is ok. I would definitely invite anyone of my friends to move in. This place would be a great place to raise your family.

The start of my lease was great, this past month however we experienced some issues related to the water bill and that was quite a bit upsetting.

My resident experience has been awesome. My favorite part is the clubhouse and all the amenities. Everyone is very nice and welcoming. I love how pet friendly the Racquet Club Apartments are!

My experience here was mixed at first and there were a few issues but nothing that could not be fixed or addressed. Overall, no place is perfect and I would still recommend Racquet Club over others.

It’s a great environment and they love dogs. They have a lot of amenities and events they offer to the community. Includes 2 pools, hot tub, gym, and many more.

I love it here with all the amenities and cleanliness provided in the community. They are very dog friendly, with dog poop bags provided for free.

I have been living at the racquet club since July and I really enjoy it. The amenities are nice and well worth the money. I highly recommend this complex

I was having alot of things wrong with my apt. That truly needed fixed .I saw alot of people getting stuff done an like everyone else I felt like I didn't matter! after writing to my office about the things needed done and showing pictures they have taking care of most of the major things! Still a working process but it's getting better! I understand they have alot to do!

Love that the car wash station is working. Now when I come from Keeneland or the horse farms, I can give my car a quick rinse to remove the dirt. ??????

Wonderful place and neighborhood! Feels very safe and slightly upscale. I’m looking forward to the warmer pool weather and learning how to play racquet ball again. The property has a wonderful park-like atmosphere with beautiful trees and landscaping. Staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. My only critique is the formal approval process came far too close to my anticipated deadline to move out of my old apartment and into a new one. Other than that it’s been a great experience so far.

Process was easy to complete, the staff was very friendly and helpful! They made me feel at home and very welcome! I would recommend the community to anyone!

Everyone was so kind while getting me started, I had a lot of question and the team helped answer every single one. Bill was very patient with me as there were a couple bumps before making the racquet club my own. All in all such a great experience so far.

Amazing place to live. Very few issues. If I had to think of any, it would be that the windows are not completely sealed, so our electricity bill during the winter months was high.

Great communication from the staff, extremely helpful when needed. This is my first apartment and bill has made a very smooth and great experience. Will definitely be resigning!

So far, everything about the Racquet Club has been great. Love the facilities and what they have to offer. The area is clean and the neighborhood is quiet and safe. My favorite feature of the apartment is the balcony/deck. Can’t wait to decorate it and the entire apartment as well to make it my cozy new home!

The community is great and everyone is welcoming. The cabinets are a little dated, but very good for the price of rent! Very quick to add us to the list for pest control when the ants started coming out this year as well.

Very friendly staff, and animal friendly environment. Nice pools and hot tub, tennis court, pond, gym, and gaming room! Management is super helpful.

Very peaceful, safe, and beautiful place to live. Very dog friendly as well. Deposit wasn’t that bad either along with rent, as most places charge more.

my time here at the racquet club has been good. The amenities are awesome! I can’t wait for the pool to open for the season. I love how pet friendly the place is but some people don’t pick up their dog poop and it’s annoying. I guess it’s a winter thing bc the weather has been cold.

Staff is always friendly, maintenance requests are done in a timely manner. The clubhouse and gym are nice. I love the coffee station and tv room to invite guests

It’s been great. I would recommend this place to everyone. Our experience here has been nothing but great. Management has been good and on top of everything.

The only reason I don't give it a five star is because we were supposed to have a dog wash and nothing has been mentioned else about it. It looks like a storage room now for maintenance. I'm really hoping now with it being March that they will start working on the pool and fixing all the tiles that have fell off. Outside of that this is a wonderful place to live at and will continue calling this my home for years to come

Me and my husband have really enjoyed it here! The community is great and it's a lovely first apartment atmosphere! The leasing office staff are always so kind and welcoming and we have been so appreciative of their help.

Thanks for being conscientious during the snow storm, plowing and salting. Imortant to residents. Stairs, trash area and mailbox area need special attention. ??

There’s so few employees in the office that it gets frustrating trying to get anything done. The edges of the property and the dog waste stations are always neglected.

Friendly staff, responses, and community events! Have had a difficult time with problems in the apartment/ outside of the building. Unsafe sidewalk that never got fixed, cheap paint job painting over old command strips, smoke smell, etc. Love the apartment but stuff like this overshadows

Staff is great to work with. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to rent in Lexington. Close to Man O War and offers a lot of convenience.
