The Racquet Club Apartments

I am so glad that I decided to move in at the Racquet Club Apartments. The process of getting a apartment was easy, and efficient. I have an amazing amount of space in my unit itself, not to mention the amount of amenities included such as the pool, workout gym, and tennis courts. The wonderful agents who work in the leasing office were so kind and helpful to me when moving in, and I definitely recommend everyone to take a chance with living at the Racquet Club Apartments.

I live in this community, and someone broke into a car and stole some items. When I reported it to the leasing office, they notified the other tenants to be alert about this incident in the neighborhood. Luckily, it didn't happen in our community, which really hurt me because they don’t even think I belong to this community.

It has been good so far. Ready for renovations to still be completed. It seems like they have been going since we moved in almost 2 months ago. But property is looking great! Lastly, the amenities need longer hours. It’s hard with work to be able to enjoy the hot tub because it’s continuously broken or closed. Closing at 8pm takes away the ability for people to enjoy the amenity with life being so busy. Personally I believe, it should be open 24/7 or atleast later so people can enjoy it. If people choose to misuse the privilege then push them and not everyone as a collective.

My experience at the Racquet Club Apartments has been great. I love the Amenities here. My favorite part of this place is how beautiful it is. The little bridge over the little pond is super beautiful during the day and relaxing at night.

Great place. Love the amenities. Clubhouse is beautiful. Hot tub is always broken and not the best hours. Love the updates. Dog park is always full of poop. Tennis court needs new floor.

Great place to live!!! Wish the hot tub hours would be longer. Office staff is fantastic at returning calls and maintenance is great at responding to calls.

I’ve had a great experience here at the racquet club. The environment is very friendly and staff are very helpful. Maintenance does a great job as well.

The process was quick and easy. There are many staff members to help so questions were answered quickly. I am so excited to move in and take advantage of the amenities.

Nice area. Beautiful greenery. Awesome amenities. Friendly neighborhood. Maintenance crew is very helpful. Secure mailing room. But some neighbors don’t pick up their dog’s business.

Living here has been a great experience. The staff is friendly and responsive, maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the amenities are well-kept. The community feels safe, and neighbors are respectful. Parking is convenient, and the location is close to shops and transit. Overall, it truly feels like home.

Our property is absolutely fantastic. We love the pool. We love all of the indoor amenities. Staff is outstanding. Maintenance handles everything in a timely fashion.

Hannah the leasing manager helped me with my questions with care and patience. Kaley the leasing consultant was quick with my move in as I was on a time crunch. She was also very quick to respond to emails which helped me with a smooth transaction.

Been here for over 6 years. I love all the improvements they are doing to the property, it's looking beautiful. Maintenance has always came out within a timely manner. I enjoy living here and plan on staying a while.

Hannah was so nice and knowledgeable!!! She kept me updated on everything and when it was time to move in she had everything ready for my apartment and it was fast!

The building refreshing is looking great. A lot of hard work is being done to make the community pretty. My biggest concern is security. There is a lot of late night odd activity in the area. I would love to see more of a security presence around.

Good apartment - too expensive for an older complex. Updates to exterior are slowly happening each year. No inside updates which are desperately needed.

Most things are good and as expected. My key fob still doesn’t work on some of the areas despite several attempts at getting it corrected. Occasionally there are unclean bathrooms or areas in the community center, but overall it’s an ok to place to live.

My experience living here has been pretty good. The neighborhood is quite and I enjoy being close to grocery stores and eateries. It isn't perfect, but no place is. For the price, you really can't beat The Racquet Club.

Love these apartments a great place be and grow your family. They're always updating things constantly ?? and I really enjoy all the community activities that they constantly come up with to keep you engaged.

Love this community so much, highly recommended. All the amenities and my home is clean. Plenty of room to walk. Only wish there was more parking

I really like my experience so far! I’ve been able to use the pool, the workout area is great, the package room comes in handy when I order all my Amazon packages lol, and the areas around the apartment complex are always well lit and clean. It’s great for first time people moving out, like myself!

The community and amenities are great! Very pet friendly! I love the tennis courts. The scenery is beautiful around the neighborhood. The apartments are nice too

The grounds and the club house are very nice. The staff are helpful. Some of the apartments are outdated or a bit worn. Amenities are lovely.

I've been here over 6 years and plan on staying for awhile. Maintenance has always been on top of it and on time with us, office staff has always been very friendly and informative with us, The outside is looking beautiful and I love all the upgrades they are doing. The only negative thing I can say is we were supposed to have a dog wash and nothing ever came about it.

Enjoy living here. Nice amenities and a quiet community. New owners are in the process of making several upgrades to the property. And the pool is always fun!

The people in the community are nice. The office workers are always helpful. The complex continues to improve. It’s also pretty peaceful. The 2 things that would make it better are parking and maintenance ( they are good for the most part but I have things that have not been fixed). Overall I think this is a good place to live

This place is definitely a nice place to raise a family just wish I was living on the first floor instead of the second floor. Other than that this a beautiful place to live.

Overall, my stay here has been very comfortable and enjoyable. The apartment has met my needs, and I’ve appreciated the quiet atmosphere and the convenience of the location. That said, there have been a few minor repair issues throughout my time here, as well as some challenges with parking availability. However, these have not significantly impacted my overall experience. I’ve been generally satisfied and grateful for a pleasant living environment.

I really enjoy this apartment. The apartments are all updated, and the community is fun, yet it has a really peaceful vibe to it. It's also clean and well-maintained. I only wish the pools were open later.

Best place to live the neighbors are super nice and friendly the neighborhood is quiet and they always are so helpful. The staff is wonderful when it comes to maintenance and keeping the property beautiful.

Great communication and caring from the community. Everything is always open for discussion and for help as well. I have never come across a situation at the apartment where they can’t help you solve it.

I live living here. The staff have been really sweet and helpful when I need. Very pet friendly! They do a lot for the residents which is very nice and helps the community. Even one of the staff members stood out in the cold and was giving out donuts and coffee one morning.

Great location, friendly and responsive staff. I’ve lived here almost three years and for the most part positive. The drainage issues are an ongoing problem

I love the community and how free it feels. People are outside and seem like they want to get along with each other. Does not seem very dangerous at all.

Been here 6 years and I really enjoy it and plan on being here for a while. The amenities are fantastic. The grounds are beautiful. The location is great. I've never had a problem with maintenance . The office Staff has always been very friendly. The only negative thing I can say is they said we're going to get a dog wash a year or so ago and Nothing's been said since then. I wish to pool indoor and outdoor and hot tub was open before 10:00 and after 8:00. 8:00 is awfully early. It doesn't even get dark to 9:30 and the hot tub is nice to get in early in the morning after working out

One of the best features is the responsive maintenance team—they're quick to resolve any issues. The leasing office staff is friendly and always willing to help with questions or concerns. The amenities, including the gym and pool, are clean and well-kept, making it easy to enjoy downtime without leaving home. Noise levels are generally low, and the neighbors are respectful. Overall, it feels like a safe and welcoming environment. I would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a reliable, comfortable place to live.

Great staff and friendly neighbors. So far everything has been great!! As long as everything continues as it’s been, there will be no complaints here.

The racquet club apartments has been incredibly accommodating and chill so far. Maintenence is friendly and efficient and I haven't had any issues with noise. While the light switches are in weird places, good room organization makes that a non-issue.

The grounds are looking fantastic. Looking forward to pool season!!! Office staff is fantastic and very friendly and welcoming. Heather and Bill are doing a fantastic job

I love the community and have lived in Lexington since it was built. Once we got through all the paperwork, which took one month, all was smooth.

I’m loving my one bedroom apartment! The neighborhood is relatively peaceful and quiet… It is serene! The management addressed issues I’ve had with quick and precise directions to conquer whatever the task may have been. I am extremely satisfied with everything!

Staff is extremely helpful and always looks to be on the residents side. The maintenance is always good and helpful as well. The community is always clean and pleasant.

Overall we have enjoyed living here. I’ve never had an issue with communication with management. Rent increases are disappointing since nothing gets updated within the apartments but they seem to keep the property clean.

Move-in was chaotic, and communication with the office during leasing could have been much better. Once we got into the unit, we found several issues—dirty floors, missing/mismatched light bulbs, dead bugs in fixtures, dog hair in the fireplace, and doors that didn’t lock. The paint color was a disappointing warm tan instead of the white we saw during our tour. Kitchen and bathroom cabinets feel low quality and appear painted over rather than replaced. Our mailbox was labeled with sloppy sharpie and was stuffed with the previous tenant's mail. That said, maintenance responded quickly to fix the doors. We’re hopeful the experience continues to get better, but a few days into our lease, it's been underwhelming overall.

The clubhouse is nice. Looking forward to the pool this summer. They are making improvements and hopefully fixing the drainage issues during the rain
