Love this building it’s so pretty and cozy, the garage is a risk for robbery but they don’t own it. Roe is cool a little serious sometimes but overall cool. Maintenance guys are great and love their job a request gets solved asap, no bugs if you’re clean, packages are pretty safe

really nice apartments and great staff but extremely expensive and there’s been fire alarms going off every week. sometimes at 5am and sometimes at 11pm

Everything so far has been amazing! The staff is very friendly and helpful, the building is well kept and has lots of great spaces. Move in was a breeze with the loading dock and freight elevator and the apartment was in prestine shape for move in.

I have lived here just over a year and my only complaint is with the Garbage Valet people. They have skipped over/ refused to collect my trash and recycle a number of times and it’s annoying. I barely even use the service so I think they could at least take my garbage when I put it out—which I do within the proper time window.

The Quincy is a great community to live in. It is quiet and safe, has lots of amenities, including free coffee, gym, pool. The property is well maintained. It is fairly expensive, but on par with the market rate in the area. Very close to restaurants, the state theater, and the train.

The Quincy has been a great place for us to live over the past several years! My husband works in the city so it’s convenient that we live within walking distance of the train station as well as all the restaurants and things to do in the area. It’s also near major highways so it’s easy access to lots around! I work at the two hospitals nearby so that’s also very convenient! The staff here are always kind, welcoming and very helpful. They host events for residents and are always trying to keep things fun and engaging. Also the maintenance team is excellent, very on top of things! The staff are constantly keeping the building well maintained and up-to-date, including the landscaping which is beautiful every season! Thank you so much! We love our experience here!

I think this is a nice apartment. I like the community space. The unit is designed properly and we have comfortable space. The only small concern is that it’s a little noisy since my unit is facing the street.

Living in The Quincy apartments and all the amenities has been great and the neighbors are great as well. Love the gym, the pool o the roof, BBQ grills they provide for the tenants. It’s all great

Thank you for your feedback! We really appreciate the positive review. We will note that we do our best to catch any stray packages as we want to make sure our residents get their deliveries. However, there are some issues with couriers that misdeliver them either at entirely different locations or in non-secure areas which they should not know. That being said, we will continue to make our daily rounds and ensure we can get our residents their packages. Thank you again!
Staffs is really nice. Office will help u to collect the large package. Facilities is new. Nice gym, nice library, nice lounge, and having a nice rooftop.
