Forty miles southwest of Boston, Milford is a thriving town nestled amid the lush forests and rocky hills of Worcester County. Most of the community is made up of residential neighborhoods, with a broad variety of apartments and condos making up the majority of the local rental market. I am so happy with my choice to move to the Quill. Brianna was so wonderful to work with and made me & my family feel so welcomed! We are still getting settled but it’s been so nice to be in complex that has amenities that make you feel very comfortable with. My pup has loved making new friends too!!
I’ve live at this apartment for almost three years. It’s a quiet and safe neighborhood. Close enough to nature but also very convenient to buy things.

So far it's been a wonderful experience. The facility is very clean and nice. The apartment is very comfortable and modern. There is so much to enjoy very close and the bike path is a huge bonus.

Overpriced. Overhyped. Underwhelming. Terrible sound proofing. Appliances will constantly give out. Constant changes to their rules and regulations. There are plenty of options in the area, go elsewhere.

Friendly neighbor and the cutest ??. Is perfect that grocery stores ,gas station and 495 and 90 are so close is easier to reach Worcester and Boston.

It’s only been two weeks, but everything’s been going well so far. The move-in process was smooth, and although there were a few minor issues like the cooling system not working properly at first, maintenance came out the same day and resolved it without any hassle.

I love the apartment it is beautiful and feel like home. The amenities are all nice and clean! The only drawbacks are the door leading into the building. For the price they should have working handles and could redo the paint every now and then.

I’m starting my 3rd year here as of May, since I do enjoy it here overall. People are friendly. My favorite amenity is the dog park and I’ve made some good friends there. I do have some gripes but they don’t affect the functionality of my living space or lifestyle. The Quill is a good choice in apartment communities.

Move in went seamless, met at main entrance at noon, got my key, everyone from start to finish was wonderful. My second day and I already feel the love here
Love my apartment very spacious beautiful countertops i love that we have car wash and dog spa ??it’s close to the highway very convenient and close to mayor stores like target.
I have been loving living at the Quill! The apartment is modern and updated. If there is any issue, maintenance comes quickly (within a few hours) and fixed the problem. The community is well-kept and clean. And the leasing office is great with communication and solving any issues.
