The Quails Apartments

tengo tiempo viviendo aqui y no tengo ninguna queja, el lugar esta tranquilo, limpio las senoritas de la officina son buenas y si necesito ayuda me la brindan.

Llegué hace poco a la ciudad y este lugar me dio la bienvenida. Buen ambiente, buen servicio y mucha tranquilidad

Best place I ever had. Rent’s not crazy, apartment’s nice, and the office people actually help you out. I’m real happy here.

I moved into this apartment during a really difficult time in my life, unsure of what to expect or how things would unfold. What I found here was more than just a place to live—it was a quiet refuge, a fresh start. The apartment itself is warm and inviting, but what truly made the difference was the management team. They were kind, patient, and incredibly supportive from day one. Every question I had was answered with care, and any issue was resolved quickly and thoughtfully. It’s rare to find that level of human kindness in property management. This place gave me the stability I needed when I needed it most, and for that, I’ll always be thankful.

Estaba nervioso al moverme a una nueva ciudad, las chicas de la officina lo hicieron que mi mudanza fuera muy facil y comoda . exellente servisio muy contento la verdad.

The office staff has zero communication skills you ask for a key to your mailbox which they do them and it takes 2 weeks to get it. You ask for your dishwasher to be fixed they have to call someone out that seems to not do it. The fridge does not have proper sealing around door but they could careless. They make promises that they will fix things and to have your animals locked up . Call you at noon and doesn't have anything done when you get home after that. No call about it or even acknowledgment of anything that needs to be done. Let's dogs run loose all day and don't say a word. Bed bugs in the complex that they will say you brought with you on your move just to name a few. Don't move here

It looks nothing like the pictures, the office women are rude. They never fix anything, there are roaches, bed bugs, and mice. They charged me extra fees AFTER my lease was up in February. The apartment had issues before I moved in and when I left they tried to pin that on me. It was a complete nightmare dealing with that place. Go far away from here

The apartments are nothing like the pictures! The pools are filthy and never cleaned, they have mold, roaches, and bed bugs. A lot of drug activity goes on here and the office does nothing about it! They overcharge for a runned down place with very old appliances and filthy restrooms. They did not do a walk through with me before I signed a lease. The extra charges they give for nonsensical reasons are ridiculous. Do yourself a favor and look else where.

I must say that the staff is very attentive and mansger is great and very good person Maintenance managers are efficient and do the job very quickly.

Maintenance is not helpful, water is shutting off atleast every other day due to “emergencies “. Junkies basically live behind our trash cans and in laundry rooms. Office ladies get mad when you try to get something fixed of apartment and try to give late fees even when rent paid on time. If you like that then the Quails is for you!
