the province is a nice place to stay its very nice and clean and the apartments are well maintained. I would also like to add that the staff is also very helpful.
The amazing staff is what has made living here such a wonderful experience. The maintenance team is also amazing and response time is extremely impressive. The property is also well kept. The Province is the only place I would choose to live at in Greenville.

My time at the province has been a blast, I have had great times with my buddies and the rooms are in great condition. Staff is always on standby in case of emergency!
Everything has been really great so far. I am looking forward to moving in soon but the staff have been super accommodating and I am looking forward to living here.

I really enjoyed my apartment. The leasing office has always been helpful. The maintenance was my favorite part of the experience. They handled everything quickly and efficiently. I loved the amenities aswell.

great pool, great gym, nice people, nice furniture, staff is helpful, close to class and downtown. paying 60$ for parking is annoying.......

I have had an amazing experience living at the Province, which is why I have continued to choose to live here every year! The management and maintenance staff, as well as the rest of the staff are amazing, considerate, and quick to offer solutions to any problem you may have. The closeness to campus is also a plus. It really is like a community here at the Province. The staff set up fun events and activities whether that be to enjoy some food, possibly win a gift card, etc. It really helps get to know everyone living around you as well. I am so happy this is where i’ve chosen to call I have had an amazing experience living at the Province, which is why I have continued to choose to live here every year! The management and maintenance staff, as well as the rest of the staff are amazing, considerate, and quick to offer solutions to any problem you may have. The closeness to campus is also a plus. It really is more like a community here because the staff put together activities and events for us residents such as thanksgiving dinners to get the residents all together, possibilities to win gift cards, and more. It really is nice they do this as it allows you to get know who is living around you. I really am happy that i’ve gotten to be able to call the Province a home away from home!

I called about renting an apartment for the next year. I was greeted by a very friendly voice. She was extremely helpful and had all the answers. She gave great info about the province and only wanted to make me live there more. If your thinking about living at the province give julissa a call she’s the best.
Super comfy and has a home feel to it. Everyone that works at the Province is super friendly! Maintenance is always on top of it & is a convenient walk to campus. Highly recommend.
I went on a tour there and Dashonn greeted my son and I with great energy. He gave us all the information we needed and did a great job of showing us the apartment. Couldn’t have asked for any better!!
My daughter was interested in living at the Province and when we went to the leasing office for information, we received great service from a girl that works there. I believe her name was Kianna and she was energetic, informed, and eager to help my daughter and I feel comfortable about signing a lease with them. I am appreciative of her help and am excited for my daughter to live in a place that has such a wonderful staff. I would recommend The Province!
Worst management of any apartment complex I’ve ever lived at
Greenville is notorious for horrible property managers.. and I’ve certainly had my fair share of mismanagement, but wow, the Province takes the cake. Not only are these people incompetent, but worse, they’re incredibly rude. This place has a great location and really has potential if not for the people working there (maintenance sucks too). So since everyone sucks that works here it’s in a state of disrepair and general chaos. Not worth they’re inflated prices.
Each time I visit my daughter at the Province, I find it to be very modern and clean. It is within walking distance of downtown and the campus. You can not beat the convenience of the location and the overall atmosphere. The Province staff are always helpful.
My daughter lives in an awesome apartment that is clean and modern. It is very convenient and within walking distance of downtown. The Province staff are knowledgeable and always a big help with any questions. I would recommend this apartment complex to all students.
