I love living at The Presley! This is my 3rd year here and it’s just nice. I feel safe here and it’s quiet. Close enough to everything in Nashville but far enough away from the noise. Malcolm, the manger, is great too!

I feel safe and secure in the apartment complex. I appreciate the staff and friendly maintenance team. They care about their residents and health as they just upgrade the equipment. Not all apartment complexes actually take the funds to upgrade the complex.

So far leaving here has been great, the neighbors are friendly and quiet. The staff throws some good events and quite often. The area is growing and German Town being two blocks away is amazing!

Great location and amenities. Rent is reasonable. Easy to get downtown and around the city, lots of good restaurants in the area. Only issue is parking is a bit challenging, only 2 EV chargers and other residents block the spots with their gas cars.

I’ve had a great experience here thus far! I really like the apartments and the amenities are very nice. My only complaint is that the cleaning no/renewal of my room before move in wasn’t as great as I would have liked.

I have been living here for three years and during this time, I have noticed some significant positive changes. I must express my gratitude to Malcolm, who is an excellent property manager. He is always attentive and helpful in all areas. I cannot overlook the assistance provided by Ms. Tammy and the maintenance team, who have been very helpful too. Keep up the good work. Unfortunately, this is my last month here, and I am disappointed to be leaving. If you are looking for a reasonably priced place to stay, with great amenities, located near downtown, and where the staff engages with the residents, then this is the perfect place for you to call home.

I have loved living at The Presley. It is always clean, amenities are great (maybe only thing I would like is an in person fitness type class once a week in the evenings, maybe a HIIT type class for all levels), staff is responsive and friendly, and I feel very safe at all hours of the day

I’ve had the opportunity to call The Presley home for 6 years! The management team is communicative, plan fun resident events, keep the grounds clean and just so friendly. The maintenance team has always been courteous, timely and actually fix any issues I’ve had… imagine that!! The location, and amenities (gym, pool/hot tub, courtyard and Sky lounge) are top notch. You can’t go wrong living here!!

I have been at The Presley for 3 1/2 years now and still love it! The maintenance staff is quick to respond to any issues. The location is great being only 10 minutes from downtown! The rooms are spacious and the amenities are awesome! Nice large pool and courtyard area, larger gym than most places I have looked at, beautiful newly renovated Sky Lounge, great sized dog park, ample parking. Great value for the price!

Living at The Presley has been a below average experience. Maintenance crew is always quick to help. The cleaning crew does a great job. I have my complaints about the parking situation but nothing much we can do. However, dealing with the team in the front office is not great. When we toured last year we were blown away with the hospitality. I can tell that was a sales tactic to get us to sign a lease. Malcom, the property manager, has been the only employee in the front office that has been kind while helping answer questions. We recently had an issue with vehicle parking while we were scheduled to be out of town. No one had been in the office due to weather (which we were not upset about we completely understood this), but we had to leave town and ultimately could only send an email explaining the situation. This situation directly affected our trips as neither of us had confidence that the apartment complex was on our side to keep our vehicle safe while we were away.
