They're very caring and genuinely want the best for their tenants. The property manager Byron is a gem and really helped me out when I was in a pickle with transitioning to another city. Highly recommend any day!
I have lived here for three years while finishing up undergrad and grad school! I can not recommend anywhere better! The leasing office is awesome and maintenance is always very quick to fix any problems I may have! Seriously this place is the best!
Front office is fantastic. Staff is knowledgeable, and the work orders are completed in a timely manner. The people here are respectful, kind, and professional! Couldn't ask for a better home!
Pray that you never have a maintenance issue because it will not be handled in a timely manner. The front office is extremely rude and refused to accept my call when calling on the status of a work order. You definitely can do better at another location.
The staff are not knowledgeable in basic procedures ( moving out, move in, etc). Don’t live here! There are so many better places to live that have knowledgeable staff. There incompetence has basically screwed me over. They told me wrong information and blatantly did not try to fix there errors. They had plenty of opportunity to fix their mistakes ( over a year). I’m still dealing with this apartment complex even though I moved out a year ago!And they say “sorry there’s nothing we can do”. Just do yourself a favor and live somewhere else. Don’t make the same mistake I did. Don’t live here!

I had issues with communication and poor management. Whatever you do, do not live here. There are so many better places to live in this area that are cheaper, have better management and staff in general. I haven't lived there in over a year and they are still giving me issues. Management gave me the wrong information and didn't tell me about it or try to fix the issue. Now it's a year later and nothing has been resolved. I didn't even know there was an issue until they gave me my $1.57 deposit refund (a year later) and no receipt to tell me what they charged me for. I am trying to see what is going on but the staff/management are being rude and not helping me solve this issue. Whatever you do, live somewhere else.

I am a huge fan of the presidio apartments. I’ve re-leased three years in a row and it’s perfect for what I need: a large one bedroom apartment for a reasonable price. The pool is great and they even put in a dog park, as well as little yards by certain apartments. I love the staff here and really enjoy being a resident.
Laziest maintenance staff, the manager is straight up rude, the girl I toured with blatantly lied about costs, and the entire staff is ineffective and cares more about not getting “written up” (whatever that means) than actually being helpful. Most of them don’t live on site- I should have taken that as a warning before I signed a contract. THE WORST AND SHOULD GO OUT OF BUSINESS.
