The Preserve at Grapevine is a overall quiet community. It sits prominently on the corner of Glade Rd. and S.H. 360. In my 5 years as a “original” resident I get comments from my coworkers about the nice appearance of our community, let’s keep it that way. When I said that our community sits “prominently”, comments from my coworkers are proof positive that eyes are upon The Preserve at Grapevine.

I am very pleased with the community at The Preserve. The apartment management follows up on concerns promptly and works diligently to maintain a smoke-free environment which is very important to me. The staff are very professional and friendly. My granddaughters and I love hanging out at the pool! I have never lived in an apartment community for over 3 years as I have at The Preserve and I must say it has been a very pleasant experience!

The apartment is beautiful. It has lot of space to walk around, ample parking, green cover and very calm. The package and mail management is super friendly. Front office staff are very friendly and helpful. Amenities such as swimming pool and gym are quite good. Overall peaceful place to reside . Downside is the expensive rent. If management can consider reducing the amount charged it will be helpful.

I enjoy The Preserve so far. It is a very beautiful place with beautiful people. TERRIBLE AND RUDE

me and my boyfriend were so excited to tour our future home we have been talking about for months and we finally made a day to go in and tour this beautiful complex. Only to discover that the front office representative was RUDE AND MEAN! She asked what we needed with an attitude and that tours end at 5pm so we have better be fast! Her exact words. I will not be living here with such hostility and bad energy. Such a shame that it turned out this way.

Gates dont work alot. Not near enough parking. 30 units in building 2 and 11 free spots. 30 units in building 3 and 14 free spots. You do the math. They dont fix the springs on the gates to the pool or mail room allowing doors to not close. Packages all over the floor.

Never Rent from The Preserve Greystar owned. Management in office Never answers their phones. No customer service. Can’t even put Christmas decorations up in the office very cheap. No customer events. They charge for package lockers. No Propane in Firepit outside. Lights outside in hallways do not work. No Parking at all if you do not pay for garage or carport. Awful service Do Not Rent here worst ever from an apartment complex and other neighbors agree. Big turnover rate of moving. I am moving as soon as possible

Apartments are very nice and functional. Staff is very courteous in person but seldom answer the phone (get answering service) and emails are not acknowledged. Parking is quite bad. measured 0.2 miles parking to apartment - not great during inclement weather carrying groceries. Rents are very high with more "hidden fees" the longer I stay. At next renewal. may be forced to find a less expensive place.

If you're looking for a great community to live in, look no further than The Preserve. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the maintenance team is responsive and helpful. I felt like part of the family immediately after moving in. The community is quiet, clean, and full of friendly residents. There are also a variety of amenities to enjoy, including a pool, fitness center, and clubhouse. Of course, no place is perfect, but I guarantee you won't regret moving to The Preserve. It's a great place to call home.

Some services like trash pickup is at random times and at times they dont show up at all. Also getting annoyed with complaints from the office staff. I understand the complex needs to have rules but the complex also needs to comply with their own rules, services and amenities we pay a lot of money for to live here.

We absolutely love our townhouse and our space. The other tenants have been great to meet so far and the complex is very well kept. They are also fast on the ball with maintenance requests and I look forward to furthering our experience here with the amenities and community events.
