Property Ratings at The Preserve at The Port
Terrible management! My balance is never updated on time, so I never know what my rent amount is till the 3rd. Cars and buildings are getting broken into. There are all these extra fees that have been added that are misleading, non negotiable, and not worth it. Looks nice at first, but lots of unspoken downfalls. I find myself warning people not to fall for the looks or rent with this place. Not worth paying for covered parking if the cars get broken into. Not worth the pool or gym, if it's always "closed for cleaning". Not worth washer and dryer in unit, if I have to pay extra and I can't even opt out. Not worth looking nice on the inside, if there's always cops and management doesn't even know why.
Bad place to move into lots of construction on roadways,behind and In front of apartments. The Apartments living room flooring are prone to gathering bugs and insects due to small openings and old wooden “tile” which I’ve dealt with spiders and ants biting my children. Some Other tenants claim to live here a couple years now and dealt with the construction the same. It does not look like it will be done with anytime soon.

On the website it clearly states that electricity is included in the rental amount, however upon calling they told me that no utilities are included, and that an additional $100 "Water Deposit" was required in addition to the Application Fee and Security Deposit.
