We moved in about three months ago now and this is the best complex I have lived in. Other than some minor things with the people in the neighborhood, everything has been smooth! The apartment was clean when we moved in, maintenance comes the same day as you put your request in, and the office staff is always very helpful!

Love it here , I had to renew my lease for the 3rd time. I would recommend this apt complex to anyone. It’s for family , friends etc. maintenance always on point as well and never take long to respond to request.

Its okay, rent keeps increasing fees getting higher but it is what it is, its morgan properties so you get what you pay for. This location is safe and i do like living here.

Staff is very responsive with residents and very friendly. Very quiet neighborhood. When my roommate and I first moved in the was an issue on our side but the office was thankfully able to get it fixed right away and we were still able to move in that day.

Did have a pest problem for a bit but leasing office and pest control handled the issue promptly and haven’t had a problem since. I like living here so far!

it’s been great so far living here. A very quiet community in a private place, one of the best places raise kids. I love the pool, and the gym! preserve even have a yoga studio! that was very shocking. I would recommend living here to anyone who ask!

They responded quickly to any inquiries and the process was smooth to move in. I loved the kitchen, for a small apartment it honestly is nice. However, when I moved in I noticed all of the vents (floor vents) were old and rusty and had trash in them. A lot of the issues I have are cosmetic or cleaning related. Things that seemed cheap to renovate or fix just weren’t: baseboards are old and they just painted over them, other things have be painted over, bent closet bar in one of the bedrooms, wrong towel bar in bathroom, spiders everywhere. Also we had to purchase a bunch of lamps because there is no lighting outside of the kitchen and bathroom lights. I hadn’t realized this until later since I viewed the apartment in the daytime. The tub doesn’t properly drain, is small and super low to the floor. Despite this there are tons of other amenities and it’s close to several stores and cool places to shop.

I love the amenities, the dog park. It's quite too a certain degree. The rooms are big ,I wish the kitchen was bigger and more cabinet space.

So far so good. I love the community, and the building i live in. It's quiet and nice, my neighbors are friendly, and everyone is to themselves, and the building is quiet. I haven't had any issues with the management as of yet, and would like to keep it that way.

Management are always helpful, maintenance is always timely/fast, and the rent has been affordable each year. I do like my floor and my neighbors. Quiet, and also very friendly. Management also worked with me when I first moved in to get settled and find the apartment I was looking for.

Overall good staff and good communication. Neighbors can be annoying and nosey but that’s majority of places. Should allow guest visitors to park in renters spot.

If I had a nickel for every time the water got shut off, I’d never have to pay rent. Have fun clearing out your closets and cabinets 3 times a week for their constant visits for various maintenance requirements. They never come on the day they say they will so you’ll have to keep clearing your things out for them. They may lose your key and need you to give them another like they did to me. Maintenance projects take FOREVER and they usually break something else while fixing the original issue. If you want to have people come visit you, they’ll have to download an app and pay to park. And good luck finding parking if you live here. Even getting home at 6-7 in the evening it can be a struggle. Then they refuse to let you pay for a reserve spot because THEY oversold them and created the parking mess. Probably all corporate owned apartments are similar but I still think you could do better elsewhere.

I give it three stars it’s ok, the noise level is very loud, there’s always people in and out your apartment through the community. Maintenance doesn’t respond fast at all

Everyone was nice. The apartment was not thoroughly cleaned when I moved in. There is damage to the apartment that I keep putting in request to get fixed and keep getting steamed rolled. I see roaches from time to time so exterminators are not being thorough with this problem.

First got here, my dishwasher doesn't work, my closet door came off the hinges, the sliding glass door is very hard to open and close but overall I do love my new apartment!

They have roaches they don’t clean the dead roaches after treatment I was home on maternity leave complaining for 2 months as more roaches appeared in the home I had my last straw waking up to a ROACH CRAWLING ON MY NEWBORN BABY causing me to sleep with the lights on had to beg to be put in a new unit and then was told I could transfer but had to pay next months rent and then the security deposit for the new unit which is 1-2 months rent, I could stay in the home with the roaches or I could move out. I wish I could attach pictures and videos
New Morgan Properties employee living at the Preserve. I love it here. I glad I made this decision! It’s quiet and peaceful. My neighbors are respectful and pleasant! Parking is easy most of the time. lol. The Maintenance and Office staff are friendly and very helpful.
