It’s been an excellent experience living here. All the staff and front desk have been so professional and kind and even go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied. The building, the pool, the gym are always very clean and well maintained. The front desk sometimes doesn’t answer their calls right away because they’re assisting other people, but from experience, they always call back.

Unclean, poorly kept and clearly not inspected by management before move in. I spent my first day here cleaning the unit to make livable. The only redeeming quality was the responsiveness and professionalism of the maintenance staff. This was a thoroughly frustrating and disappointing experience, I would not recommend this complex.

The Premiere at Eastmark is a beautiful & well designed property; interiors are lovely! PE provides superior amenities and takes pride in the maintenance of the pool, gym & grounds, the pool is kept sparkling clean and the landscaping is manicured regularly. Found this 1bd and was super excited. Brand new complex in a new area with this price point seemed too good to be true.. it was too good to be true. I toured and spent $50 on the application just to find out in-person before signing a lease that they tack on a $189/month extra amenities fee, not including the additional utilities required too. Waste of time.
