Whitehaven is the largest neighborhood in the city of Memphis, but that’s not the only thing that makes this neighborhood popular. Whitehaven is the location of Graceland, the mansion where Elvis Presley once lived. Today, it’s a National Historic Landmark listed on the National Register of Historic Places, as well as a museum visited by thousands every year. This vast neighborhood is also home to Southland Mall on the corner of Elvis Presley Boulevard and Shelby Drive. It was the first enclosed mall in the region and remains a popular shopping destination for residents and tourists alike.
