Property Ratings at The Pointe North Hills
I wish things could go back to when I moved here 5 years ago. It’s getting less and less luxurious. Everything is broken or just dirty and the upkeep has declined. Still like living here but I feel like we need to get back on track!
We LOVE living at The Pointe North Hills! From the luxurious apartment homes to the amenities to the proximity to North Little Rock and Little Rock, moving to the Pointe has been perfect.
I have enjoyed all the help from Courtlyn and the team here! My apartment is perfect and the amenities are great! I am excited for all the events!
Amazing, professional, they have been quick to respond to all of our needs. My wife and I are telling our friends and family to get to the Pointe to live as soon as possible.
It’s been a comfortable and stylish place to call home. A few minor issues came up during my stay, but they were promptly addressed. Overall, I’d highly recommend this building to anyone looking for high-end living with great service.
Having spent the last couple of weeks at The Point North Hills, I can confidently say it's more than just a luxury apartment complex – it's a truly welcoming community. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere has been fantastic. There's a real sense of ease and comfort here that makes you feel right at home. One of the highlights of my short time here has been the community events. I recently attended one, and it was a fantastic opportunity to connect with other residents. It's clear that The Pointe North Hills fosters a strong sense of community, making it easy to meet new people and feel connected.
Great place to live with access to a lot of high level entertainment. Spacious apartments with an open layout and modern decor. Great community and close to just about anything you can enjoy.
This is the absolute best place to live. Wonderful staff, and Lori the director over concierge is the best! I love thirsty Thursday and all of the great events.
The entire experience has been wonderful. The apartment and all the amenities are fabulous! There are plenties of activities for us to attend. The neighborhood is conveniently located and has everything we need!
I love it here. The decor and management are amazing. Courtlyn helped us get set up and she made the process very easy to get started. I also love how they inform you of upcoming community events to allow you to feel connected in the community with neighbors
It’s a great place to live. The facilities are nice and most people are friendly. My only complaint is irresponsible dog owners who don’t pickup after their dogs.
The apartment is beautiful and so far we haven’t had an issues with the community. I will say the application/approval process was a little disorganized and slower than expected, one of our keys to open the gate didn’t work (because it hadn’t been activated prior to our move-in?), and the merchandise in our welcome bags had some kind of food crumbs all over it…..so it seems like there may be some administrative issues. Overall, I’d say 8/10 experience so far!
Everyone is super friendly and helpful! Clean and well kept. Apartments are updated and modern. They host great events for all ages! Family and pet friendly!

I am offended when people call this an apartment. It is actually similar to an all inclusive resort. It’s like our own little community with amenities and events. Either the staff are the best actors in the world or they are genuinely happy to see me smiling and calling me by name. The grounds are nice and put in a maintenance request and don’t be surprised if someone is knocking at the door in 5 minutes to fix the problem. I often sit on my porch and look around at the beautiful pool and gym and wonder why people brag about living in a house.
The amenities are great. It's the first time I've consistently used them while living in an apartment complex. All facilities are well maintained and clean.
So far, great! Everyone is friendly. The few maintenance that I've needed have been solved very quickly. The gym area is great and the golf simulator is a plus!
Been here 5 years and still the best place I’ve lived thus far. Love it here! Community is great and I’ve met some of my best friends along the way.
Loving the area, people, apartments, and accommodations! There’s a train you can sometimes hear and it’s the only reason it’s 4 stars. Give those squeaky breaks some WD40!!
I have absolutely loved living here so far! The hardest part was moving into the third floor but now everything is so peaceful! I don’t think I have ever lived somewhere so nice and I even think my cat agrees since he was able to settle in within a day! So glad that The Pointe exists and that I am able to call The Pointe home!

I love living at the Pointe North Hills! The amenities are unmatched and the staff is amazing! The fitness center and pool are probably one of my favorites amenities. Can't forget about the coffee station in the morning. No better place!

The Pointe is the best community ever. I have never had any issues since moving here in December of 2023. There are friendly staff members, neighbors, and exciting events that are held often.
Very nice facilities. Friendly and professional staff. Fast response from maintenance request. There is a nice gym and convenient Amazon hub.
Great place to live overall. Amazing amenities, including a fabulous pool. Would love to see some Pilates reformers in the workout gym upstairs! Otherwise, very satisfied with living at the Point!

Clubhouse is very nice and the gym is great. I live in the clubhouse and it’s typically quiet and clean! Pool area is exceptional and the Starbucks that is available is a nice touch
So far so good. Been here a week. Any problems I may have had were quickly resolved. The staff is really cool and friendly. They made me feel right at home as soon as I came in for a tour

Just did our second lease renewal, because we like the community so much. The staff is always friendly and helpful when you need assistance. Top amenities for any apartment complex in the area. If you take advantage of the pool, gym, and golf simulator, then you will certainly get your money’s worth here.

It is a very nice place, I like the fact that the apartments are not outside and the showers are very nice.I also like the fact that there is no carpet in the place making it easy to keep the floor clean.
I have lived at the Pointe for about 4 years now. If you’re looking for a place with great amenities and fun neighborly activities, this is the place for you! From a resort style pool to movie theaters, there’s so much to do!
