We love living here. The staff is very friendly and helpful in every way. The amenities are great and the activities that are available make it easy to find new friends. It really feels like home here.

Things have been great. There are some little things that could be better, but overall, I’m super happy with where I live!! The staff has worked with my family to put us in a great situation!

Overall a great place to live. Have lived here for years and really have no complaints! Would love to see some Pilates reformers in the upstairs workout room. Would also love to see some relaxed pool rules, but overall enjoy.
Overall the community is very nice. The clubhouse amenities are awesome, but sometimes the big pool can be a little intimidating. People jumping the pool gate is concerning as well.
It has been a great experience, the apartment and entire complex are beautiful and staff is really helpful. I rented site unseen and have been overly impressed by the establishment.

I have only been here for 3 days, but I have to say I’m very impressed. All areas are very clean, well maintained, gym is amazing, I received all packages with no problems, only have great things to say. Hope it stays this way!
"Staying here at the Pointe has been nothing short of amazing. I must commend the impeccable design and thoughtful details that elevate this apartment from mere living space to a true sanctuary. From the moment one enters, it's clear that no expense was spared in creating an environment of understated luxury. Just lacking an elevator in our unit because the stairs is crucial!!!
So far it has been decent. I just wish others would take more pride in where they live and clean up the mess they make. For example dropped foods and drinks in the hallways and stairwell and leaving it. And not cleaning the grills and the surface after use.

Extremely nice community. Lots of activities and the pool scene is perfect, with outdoor grills. I’ve always experienced quick response to resolve maintenance requests. My reason for 3 stars is that for a luxury apartment I don’t feel I should have: 1) not being able to open a drawer without opening dishwasher first 2) A/C was not working properly when I moved and was not resolved until late. They had to replace A/C to resolve. My electric bill went down by $30/a month since 3) I cannot run waterfall shower or other shower head without H2O substantially getting on floor. Waterfall shoots over top of shower enclosure. The other shower head shoots H2O out the door as soon as opened. I was always “hustling” into shower to reduce H2O spillage. I ended up putting a sprayer hose on regular faucet just to not deal with it. 4) when oven is on with overhead fan going, the fire alarm sounds when door is open. I take pan out ASAP and start fanning with a dish towel too. 5) key is bad!

I wish things could go back to when I moved here 5 years ago. It’s getting less and less luxurious. Everything is broken or just dirty and the upkeep has declined. Still like living here but I feel like we need to get back on track!

Having spent the last couple of weeks at The Point North Hills, I can confidently say it's more than just a luxury apartment complex – it's a truly welcoming community. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere has been fantastic. There's a real sense of ease and comfort here that makes you feel right at home. One of the highlights of my short time here has been the community events. I recently attended one, and it was a fantastic opportunity to connect with other residents. It's clear that The Pointe North Hills fosters a strong sense of community, making it easy to meet new people and feel connected.
Great place to live with access to a lot of high level entertainment. Spacious apartments with an open layout and modern decor. Great community and close to just about anything you can enjoy.
This is the absolute best place to live. Wonderful staff, and Lori the director over concierge is the best! I love thirsty Thursday and all of the great events.
The entire experience has been wonderful. The apartment and all the amenities are fabulous! There are plenties of activities for us to attend. The neighborhood is conveniently located and has everything we need!
I love it here. The decor and management are amazing. Courtlyn helped us get set up and she made the process very easy to get started. I also love how they inform you of upcoming community events to allow you to feel connected in the community with neighbors
It’s a great place to live. The facilities are nice and most people are friendly. My only complaint is irresponsible dog owners who don’t pickup after their dogs.
The apartment is beautiful and so far we haven’t had an issues with the community. I will say the application/approval process was a little disorganized and slower than expected, one of our keys to open the gate didn’t work (because it hadn’t been activated prior to our move-in?), and the merchandise in our welcome bags had some kind of food crumbs all over it…..so it seems like there may be some administrative issues. Overall, I’d say 8/10 experience so far!
Everyone is super friendly and helpful! Clean and well kept. Apartments are updated and modern. They host great events for all ages! Family and pet friendly!
