Leasing agents Tiffany and James were extremely helpful. Made the process simple and stress free. This place has everything and in a great community. Love my apartment and very happy to make this my home.
The whole move in process was absolutely quick and painless. Courtlyn was so was helpful every step of the way. Everything was ready to go for us and we’ve enjoyed the apartment so much since moving in. We’re grateful to share this new chapter with y’all here in Arkansas.
My family and I have loved being here! The pools are amazing, the landscaping is immaculate, and the employees always listen to our needs. We love the activities that are held, the gym, among other things! Honestly the only things I would change are 1) Getting rid of the music in the Cyber Lounge & Library. Most people who go in there are, like myself, are studying for postgraduate education and it would be awesome if it were silent, like a library should be. 2) Add a playground or something for kids! In the courtyard would be PERFECT or an indoor playground would be next level. It’s basically too hot in the summers and too cold in the winter for an outdoor one anyway. Easier said than done, but there are a lot of families here who sure would appreciate it for sure! Thank you for everything! We have loved living here.
Hey love the events threw out the week. You guys do a great job. Very appreciated with drinks and snacks. The staff are amazing and make you feel welcomed like family.
It's a nice, quiet neighborhood. Great amenities, it's a gated community so it's safe. You're not gonna get bored because there are lots of things to do. The parking space is very spacious, you'll just add a little extra if you want a covered parking spot but I don't mind. The staff are very accommodating, and overall it just feels like home.
Courtney was very helpful and was one of the best leasing agents I’ve had! I would definitely recommend her and the apartment complex as a whole.
So far, move-in has been great! The staff has been absolutely awesome—friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything I’ve needed. The neighbors have also made me feel so welcome, which really adds to the sense of community here. Everything from the environment to the way things are managed has made the transition smooth and enjoyable. I’m looking forward to settling in even more, getting to know everyone better, and making this a place to call home for a long time. It already feels like a great start to what’s going to be an amazing year ahead!

So far I love living here! I feel very safe at night which is huge when staying by yourself. The amenities are amazing. And I can even go on walks/jogs around the complex and feel completely safe.

Nice apartment. There’s always something to do here. The concierge’s are nice people. Love them. There’s events every week. Especially during the summer.
So far so good! No issues! I’m looking forward to living here enjoying all activities planned and getting to know other individuals living here as well! The staff is great!
The office staff is friendly and very helpful. Only thing I learned about this community that surprised me is most of the buildings don't have elevators and even the ones that do, you aren't allowed to use them to get moved in. A little surprising. A very nice community. Tons of amenities!
We have stayed here way longer than we planned to, but we absolutely love the pointe! We are so excited to take advantage of the pickle ball courts when they are completed.

Everything is terrific however the people grilling and drinking in the courtyard is very annoying. But all the amenities and courtesy of the people that work here out weighs any cons

All the events are so fun to attend. Only thing that’s missing a playground for the kids that live here! My kids would love it! We love living here and feel very safe.
Love it here so much! I can’t wait to renew my lease in February. The people are so nice and I love all of the events that are planned around here. The only thing I cannot stand is the dog poop everywhere. It seems as though people do not know how to pick up after there dogs.

This place is amazing. The buildings are very accessible for the people in wheelchairs and those who use walkers. So far, it has been fairly quiet and everything has been kept clean. The staff is very friendly and very helpful when we have questions. I would definitely recommend the move here if it is in your price range.
This is a wonderful place to live. I absolutely love the amenities. Thirsty Thursday is always a hit. I really enjoy all the nice events that we’re having. I always feel incredibly welcomed at every event.
I absolutely love it here. I’ve been here five years strong. The staff is super nice. The festivities are super inviting and allow you to engage more in the community.
The community as whole is great. Just Disappointed with all the dog doo, still not being picked up, all the uncovered water control boxes or whatever they’re called, all the drain holes/pipes not covered. The cover plates for the AC units laying on the ground. All of which are what I see as a safety issue. Not sure it’s a violation of safety as I don’t know the safety protocol here.
It’s a nice place to stay friendly staff, fun events you will hardly get bored there are plenty of things to do around the property and staff are very helpful

Neighbors are pretty loud late at night and upstairs neighbor is loud 24/7 but community is amazing. I love living here and would definitely recommend it to anyone!
I’ve really enjoyed living here! The apartment itself is comfortable, well-maintained, and feels like home. The management team has been super friendly and quick to respond whenever I’ve had a question or needed help with something. The location is also really convenient—close to everything I need but still quiet enough to relax. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, which I really appreciate. Overall, it’s been a great experience and I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice apartment community.
I absolutely love the amenities! The community creates a real sense of comradery amongst everyone involved. Additionally, I don’t have any pets but I am grateful to all of our responsible pet owners for respecting passers as they walk by. This community rocks!
I have been living in this community for six months. I have never lived in an apartment before, I really love living here the office and the concierge staff are great and so helpful.
Living at The Loft is a good experience. There is time for relaxation and fun times . The rent is reasonable for the quality room accommodations. The staff in the office is always willing to assist with any issues that need to be solved. I enjoy living at the Loft.
The community is very nice and clean, quiet aside from pets and normal foot traffic. The community events are really great u voiding the rotation of for trucks throughout the week.
We love our apartment! The amenities are amazing! We spend so much of our time at the pool and in the game room! Definitely worth it living here!
It has been an overall good experience, especially the management and staff is super nice. Enjoy that we have a gym and club house, wish they had a place like this in/near new buildings.

I can honestly say I love living at The Pointe North Hills! The apartments are gorgeous, the amenities are awesome, and the community just has such a great vibe. Between the amazing events, beautiful pool, movie theaters and the clubhouse, there’s always something fun to do. The staff here are the best—they’re friendly, helpful, and always planning cool events that make it easy to meet people and feel connected. It’s not just an apartment complex, it really feels like a community. I’m so glad I made the move here… I can’t imagine living anywhere else!
Fun place to live! Really lovin the resort style swimming pool, the water aerobics, the fitness class, and thirsty Thursday! We have food trucks on Thursdays and sometimes on the weekends!
Very nice staff, ease of moving. The apt is very modern so is the complex. The amenities are very good and specially the pools and the main office site community events are the best part

Just moving in, so far so good! I’ve been to two events and enjoyed everything! Anytime I’ve needed something my request has been granted! The residents are very nice and welcoming. Can’t wait to do more here! I enjoy the text messages about the events going on as well.
Very helpful and friendly staff! The amenities available are amazing and the apartments are super nice. The only downside is I wish the units came with washer and dryer and there would be no need to rent them or buy my own. However, other than that, I can’t complain. It is a neat community!
I’ve loved living here so far. There is always stuff planed by the staff, from thirsty thursday to Harry Potter Trivia. Always a good vibe and great facilities.
