As a resident and as an employee i love living here... love the events and the staff cant wait for another year of memories since I just renewed my 15 month lease
I have loved my experience here so far! The amenities are great and everything is so nice! I’ve had zero problems with anything in the apartment unit.
I can honestly say I love living at The Pointe North Hills! The apartments are gorgeous, the amenities are awesome, and the community just has such a great vibe. Between the amazing events, beautiful pool, movie theaters and the clubhouse, there’s always something fun to do. The staff here are the best—they’re friendly, helpful, and always planning cool events that make it easy to meet people and feel connected. It’s not just an apartment complex, it really feels like a community. I’m so glad I made the move here… I can’t imagine living anywhere else!
Fun place to live! Really lovin the resort style swimming pool, the water aerobics, the fitness class, and thirsty Thursday! We have food trucks on Thursdays and sometimes on the weekends!
Very nice staff, ease of moving. The apt is very modern so is the complex. The amenities are very good and specially the pools and the main office site community events are the best part

Just moving in, so far so good! I’ve been to two events and enjoyed everything! Anytime I’ve needed something my request has been granted! The residents are very nice and welcoming. Can’t wait to do more here! I enjoy the text messages about the events going on as well.
Very helpful and friendly staff! The amenities available are amazing and the apartments are super nice. The only downside is I wish the units came with washer and dryer and there would be no need to rent them or buy my own. However, other than that, I can’t complain. It is a neat community!
I’ve loved living here so far. There is always stuff planed by the staff, from thirsty thursday to Harry Potter Trivia. Always a good vibe and great facilities.
Love that the building offers free ways to socialize and building connections with people. Tiffany is still doing her best as my leasing agent and I’m thankful for community.

I’ve lived at The Point North Hills for a year now and it has been great. Everyone is super friendly and there is definitely a sense of community.
Overall the Pointe has been excellent ?? I think there are definitely some bumps in moving into an unfinished building, IE no trash cans in our courtyard, the BBQ grills aren’t completely installed yet, fire alarms at all ours of the day and night, construction noise. Aside from those, this is an incredibly nice place to live.
Really have enjoyed my experience within this community it has plenty of things to do along with good people, and very attentive staff. I would recommend living here to anyone.
This is a wonderful community to live in. Safety was a big concern when considering where to live and I feel safe here. The amenities are also wonderful.
The community is amazing. The staff are probably the nicest people you’d meet. All the cool activities they offer always make it fun to live here.

Great experience. This place is definitely top notch. Every week there are scheduled events to keep residents entertained. The swimming pools, movie theater, gym, study room, and cafe is amazing too have. Living here is convenient for me and my family. My drive time to local stores and restaurants are close by my apartment. In addition, the shopping mall is right across the street.

So far so good, the property is beautiful and community is nice, the thirsty Thursdays are my favorite. And the gym is the best part. Of course the pool too.

Overall a great place to live. Have lived here for years and really have no complaints! Would love to see some Pilates reformers in the upstairs workout room. Would also love to see some relaxed pool rules, but overall enjoy.
Overall the community is very nice. The clubhouse amenities are awesome, but sometimes the big pool can be a little intimidating. People jumping the pool gate is concerning as well.

I have only been here for 3 days, but I have to say I’m very impressed. All areas are very clean, well maintained, gym is amazing, I received all packages with no problems, only have great things to say. Hope it stays this way!

From the moment one enters, it's clear that no expense was spared in creating an environment of understated luxury. Just lacking an elevator in our unit because the stairs is crucial!!!
So far it has been decent. I just wish others would take more pride in where they live and clean up the mess they make. For example dropped foods and drinks in the hallways and stairwell and leaving it. And not cleaning the grills and the surface after use.
I love this place ! It’s soo amazing and everyone is so friendly!! 10/10!!! The veiw its self is soo amazing makes me feel like I’m in vacation everyday ! Best decision I ever made ! The pointe north hills is the place to be !

Move in day was nice and easy. It has been very welcoming and look forward to meeting more of the community as time goes on. Everyone seems very nice.
Extremely nice community. Lots of activities and the pool scene is perfect, with outdoor grills. I’ve always experienced quick response to resolve maintenance requests. My reason for 3 stars is that for a luxury apartment I don’t feel I should have: 1) not being able to open a drawer without opening dishwasher first 2) A/C was not working properly when I moved and was not resolved until late. They had to replace A/C to resolve. My electric bill went down by $30/a month since 3) I cannot run waterfall shower or other shower head without H2O substantially getting on floor. Waterfall shoots over top of shower enclosure. The other shower head shoots H2O out the door as soon as opened. I was always “hustling” into shower to reduce H2O spillage. I ended up putting a sprayer hose on regular faucet just to not deal with it. 4) when oven is on with overhead fan going, the fire alarm sounds when door is open. I take pan out ASAP and start fanning with a dish towel too. 5) key is bad!

I haven’t found any other apartment complex in my area that is as clean and has as many amenities to offer as The Pointe! I love living here so far and the staff are incredibly nice and helpful.

Awesome place to live!! It is very quiet and a safe place to live. All of the amenities are clean and nice. The gym is large as well. Overall good place to live.
I wish things could go back to when I moved here 5 years ago. It’s getting less and less luxurious. Everything is broken or just dirty and the upkeep has declined. Still like living here but I feel like we need to get back on track!
