About The Pointe

The Pointe features luxury one bedroom, and two bedroom apartments, including large floor plans, huge windows and 9’ ceilings. The Pointe homes were built using high quality components including custom granite counter tops and vanities, high-efficiency, full-size, front-loading washers and dryers, GE stainless appliances and premium floor coverings (carpet and tile). We offer a variety of floor plans, with skylights and vaulted ceilings in some units. Residents enjoy our Club Pointe community room which includes a full catering kitchen, HDTVs, and guest Wi-Fi. The property has a large outdoor recreation space, Pointe Patio, consisting of a multi-use sport court, barbecue grilling area and fire pit. The Pointe is located in a beautiful setting adjoining Quarry Cove, a 7-acre wooded park; the Military Ridge Trail bike path, and Quarry Ridge Recreation area are close-by. The Pointe neighborhood includes: Target Superstore, Hy-Vee Supermarket, Princeton Club, Costco, shopping, fine restaurants and movie theaters. We are just minutes from Epic, with easy access to Highway 18/151 and the Beltline. Cats welcome. We are a dog-free community.
