The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at The Pointe
I share my experience in hopes to warn others before considering this place as a your next home! Full review on Google! ... Less than a month later, the whole first floor apartments on my side of the complex flood with sewage water due to the main sewage pipeline being backed up. The first night they had vendors out immediately, the first plumber attempted to fix the issue, yet the next day the flood starts again. We are told they can not find a vendor for plumbing, resulting in 98% of my apartment flooding. They have yet to provide a date of when the apartments will be repaired, implying only the carpet will be repaired, when the whole flooring should be repaired due to contamination. They offered to put is in a hotel 35 minutes away in Greensboro, which is unrealistic and an inconvenience. I am a single mother, and full-time student currently completing a 40 hour a week unpaid internship in Durham.
The new staff cares less about the upkeep of this property. Excuses are made regarding basic landscaping. I sensed the problem as soon as they took ownership, the grass was not cut for at least 12 weeks, and the hedges have not been to cut this date. A senior neighbor cleaned up all the mud in the parking lot that was left there for months. To this day this place looks dirty and you will be met with aggression if you bring up your concerns regarding upkeep. You will find massive cockroaches, and be charged for extermination charges when they never come to exterminate. Please do yourself a favor and rent somewhere else. It's not worth the headache unless you are desperate.
Great property, they seem to be making a lot of improvements that I’m excited for
