I absolutely love living at the pointe at Brodie. Creek!! The staff is extremely helpful and it’s a nice quiet community! It’s also easy access to top golf.
Second lease and grateful for this community. I had a few bumps with transitioning to a new apartment but the team was very helpful and cared about my needs.
Everything is so easy and smooth! Loved how inviting and friendly the staff was. The apartment was clean and up to standards! Wouldn't want to live at any other complex.
I have no complaints, it feels very comfortable living here. The neighbors are nice and the staff is nice. When ever I have a question the staff has always been super informative or has helped me immediately. Especially when needing things fixed in apartment.

Since before move in day the complex staff has been nice, open to help, and really attentive. Even after move in anything that I address or need and assistance with gets resolved in a timely manner as well and I couldn’t ask for more or a better staff!!

Great apt complex, gardening and landscaping are beautiful. Management team always responsive and helpful if you have any questions. Any issues with Apartment (very few) management/service team was very quick to resolve. I have been here for over a year and didn't hesitate to renew lease.

Living here at Brodie has been great, and it’s just a feeling you have compared to other apartment homes! The location, the staff, and the settings make it very pleasant! Being secluded with Woods all around and very peaceful nights, also makes it extremely relaxing! No place is perfect, but here you get pretty close to it!

Moved in May 2025 I’ve had a good experience living here. It’s safe and quiet for a large complex. Leasing specialist are very knowledgeable and helpful. Maintenance responds to service requests put in via the living app in a timely manner. The apartment itself has been very comfortable. I enjoy the Starbucks coffee machine and gym. The automated package concierge works great. No complaints.

Very peaceful community, I have been living in this community for 20 days now. Most of the time I dont have to go out every thing is in the community it self. I only go out to buy groceries and other miscellaneous items. Gym is great, pool and theater everything is good.

So far the experience has been ok. There are some things they could be better, but I’m trying to be a bit patient. Someone in my building thinks trash should be collected under staircases which happen to be outside my door, and other residents walk their pets without leashes. The area is overall quiet in nature, but the walls are kinda thin.

Nice community. The pool causes quite a bit of traffic on the weekends during the summer months, but this is definitely a nice community. The amenities are definitely nice.

I absolutely LOVE it here. The floor plan is amazing. Idk if my neighbors are quite or if the walls are sound proof but I rarely here any noise from my neighbors. They fixed our gate and yhe grounds are clean.

This place is still the best community I have ever lived in. I just renewed my lease without any question. The leasing office is filled with nothing but kindness, and I’ve never experienced living in an apartment complex where not only the maintenance staff is nice, but they show up in a timely manner. Sometimes almost immediately! Zach and Fred are my faves. I love that there’s so much to do here and the community that lives here are so nice and respectful. This is definitely the place I recommend anyone who is looking for an apartment to move in to.

I moved in May 8th 2025. I am very pleased with my apartment. It’s very quiet, friendly and safe. The office staff is professional and friendly. The maintenance staff has been great to remedy a clogged dryer vent in a timely manner. Love all the amenities. I use the gym, pool and my dog loves walking around the complex and dog park. I’m glad I got the optional covered parking space especially in this summer heat.
