The apartment is so beautiful and big and the appliances are so nice. We love the community events and the employees in the leasing office are incredibly helpful.
I have been living in the Pointe Brodie Creek for over 2 years now and we just love it here. Very responsive staff. Great amenities. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for ab apartment in West Little Rock.
This place is still the best community I have ever lived in. I just renewed my lease without any question. The leasing office is filled with nothing but kindness, and I’ve never experienced living in an apartment complex where not only the maintenance staff is nice, but they show up in a timely manner. Sometimes almost immediately! Zach and Fred are my faves. I love that there’s so much to do here and the community that lives here are so nice and respectful. This is definitely the place I recommend anyone who is looking for an apartment to move in to.
I love living here. The other residents and staff are so nice and it’s such a pretty place to be. It really feels like I’ve made it home finally.
The location is excellent with easy access to parks, groceries stores, and public lifestyles. Management is very professional, responsive and prompt in addressing maintenance concerns and or issues. Highly conducive environment for family. They got social amenities like pool, bar and gym. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a practical place to call home.

I moved in May 8th 2025. I am very pleased with my apartment. It’s very quiet, friendly and safe. The office staff is professional and friendly. The maintenance staff has been great to remedy a clogged dryer vent in a timely manner. Love all the amenities. I use the gym, pool and my dog loves walking around the complex and dog park. I’m glad I got the optional covered parking space especially in this summer heat.

Things are getting better at the community. This past year more precautions were taken during the snow. Poo prints was implemented to help with the unnecessary amount of dog waste in the main common area by the grills so I’m no longer worried about letting my kids play there. The weekly community event continues to cater exclusively to people who drink and isn’t very kid inclusive. I’d like to see 1 event a month that is more family friendly. The pool is nice however the strict rules of no toys or floats for kids continues to be a sticking point for us. The maintenance staff is phenomenal. I’ve met all of them at this point and they are very kind and handle issues quickly.

The staff have been friendly and helpful. The landscaping on the property is beautifully maintained. Makes it feel wonderful to come home! The main change would be to clean the stairwells. A lot of the concrete areas are stained black with trash liquid stains over the years. Makes the place feel dirtier than it has to be. The railing is oily greasy. Makes you not use the handrails. Many of the residences entrances are blackened from dirt all over the front doors. It would be nice if the stairwells concrete was pressure washed. It’s the only thing I am embarrassed about a when I have friends over. I turn a blind eye as I walk to the apartment. The neighbors have been great! The dog parks has lots of poo that human owners forget to pickup. The kids park is well maintained. The dumpster area started out clean at move in, but has quickly been filled with old furniture, boxes, and pieces of trash all around. The dumpster area could use a good cleaning too.

Just moved in, so still learning about the place but so far so good. I did experience something to while throwing out trash. I noticed that an old laundry bag with and other stuff was drag out and something or someone had went through the trash. It’s a gated community so I can’t see homeless people or dogs pulling out trash and rumpled through it.

The amount of time listening to landscaping is ridiculous. They seem to be here 3-4 days a week. From 8am until after 5pm. If you work from home or just want some peace and quiet at home this is not the place to be! The walls are so thin you can hear word for word conversations of your neighbors.

This is a beautiful property with well-maintained amenities and thoughtfully designed apartments. Since moving in, I’ve noticed positive improvements—especially with reduced litter and overall upkeep—which I really appreciate. That said, there are still a few concerns that affect the overall experience. Engine noise from vehicles with altered exhaust systems can be disruptive at times, and I’ve noticed both residents and visitors occasionally parking in handicap spaces without tags. This could be a real issue for those who rely on those spots, like a neighbor of mine. It’s clear that the staff care about the community, and many residents do as well. I’m hopeful that with continued attention to these areas, the environment will continue moving toward the peaceful and welcoming atmosphere the property is working to create.

Overall we love the apartment & community. We’ve had some instances of loud residents at night and the police in here often having to break up outdoor crowds, etc. as well as some break ins but previous to that, it has been a very safe & comfortable place to live

Amenities need to be updated and less dog poop on the lawn . Different food trucks as well, BBQ every week is insane! The gym could really use a good update as far as equipment. The maintenance is super nice and transparent. Love the thirsty Thursday's as well I enjoy mingling with neighbors. PLEASE OPEN POOL !

I really like my apartment a lot. I haven’t even been here a week yet. I gave a 4 star because my gate fobs don’t work, and my gate code don’t work on either entrance either. But other then that I adore my apartment.

After a rocky start my time at the point Brodie creek has been pretty great. Amazing amenities and my neighbors are all so kind. Navigating through the apartments have been seamless and I can’t imagine living at any other apartments.

Love living here, but am constantly disappointed in the breezeways. Has been like this since I’ve lived here. You would think that maintenance would come up with a better way to clean and improve this!

It is a very clean and fun place to live!! When something needs to be fixed, the staff contacts you quickly and gets right on it. The amenities are fantastic! The pool is beautiful and the workout room has everything you need.

We have truly LOVED living here for the past year! It’s a very safe place to live in LR. The apartment complex feels more like a high end condominium, so I really hate labeling it an “apartment”, because it’s so much more than just that! Everyone that visits us is amazed at how nice they are. The clubhouse is one of our favorite places to be, and we frequent it daily! The coffee bar and the many cozy places to sit and relax with your cup of coffee is just wonderful. Maintenance staff are top notch, and are quick to help with any requests we have. The property is so beautiful with its landscaping and blooming trees! My daily walks around the complex are so enjoyable. I do love the fitness center as well, and the brand new treadmills are awesome, but when the weather permits, walking outside at Brodie Creek is my favorite thing to do! We also love the gas grilling area with the fire pit. All I can say is, it’s the nicest “apartment” complex we’ve ever lived at!!!

I love staying here. I enjoy the festivities that they have for the residents. My favorite is Thursday night happy hour. Excellent amenities and really clean apartment space. Spacious with lots of storage options inside. Definitely my go to location in west little rock.
