My apartment is a comfortable and inviting space that feels like home the moment you walk in. It has a cozy and modern design, with plenty of natural light coming through the windows, making the rooms bright and welcoming. The layout is simple but functional, offering both comfort and convenience. The living room is a great place to relax, while the kitchen is easy to use and perfect for preparing meals. The bedroom offers a quiet and peaceful atmosphere, ideal for rest after a long day. The apartment also provides enough space for working, studying, or entertaining guests. It’s a place where I can feel relaxed, productive, and happy all at once. Overall, my apartment reflects my personality and lifestyle, combining comfort, warmth, and practicality in one space.
So far the experience has been ok. There are some things they could be better, but I’m trying to be a bit patient. Someone in my building thinks trash should be collected under staircases which happen to be outside my door, and other residents walk their pets without leashes. The area is overall quiet in nature, but the walls are kinda thin.
I’ve had a wonderful experience leasing my apartment here. The process was smooth and stress-free thanks to Tra and India. Both were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind throughout the entire process. They went above and beyond to answer my questions and make sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. Their excellent customer service made all the difference, and I truly appreciate their help. As a new tenant, it has been a great experience so far. Highly recommend!
Great place to live. Just renewed again. Lots of things to do without having to always spend money. Very scenic and enjoys walks around the complex.
I have been here two years now, overall I love it. The complex has nice amenities and I appreciate the offered food trucks every week when I get off

I absolutely LOVE it here. The floor plan is amazing. Idk if my neighbors are quite or if the walls are sound proof but I rarely here any noise from my neighbors. They fixed our gate and yhe grounds are clean.

This place is still the best community I have ever lived in. I just renewed my lease without any question. The leasing office is filled with nothing but kindness, and I’ve never experienced living in an apartment complex where not only the maintenance staff is nice, but they show up in a timely manner. Sometimes almost immediately! Zach and Fred are my faves. I love that there’s so much to do here and the community that lives here are so nice and respectful. This is definitely the place I recommend anyone who is looking for an apartment to move in to.

I moved in May 8th 2025. I am very pleased with my apartment. It’s very quiet, friendly and safe. The office staff is professional and friendly. The maintenance staff has been great to remedy a clogged dryer vent in a timely manner. Love all the amenities. I use the gym, pool and my dog loves walking around the complex and dog park. I’m glad I got the optional covered parking space especially in this summer heat.

Love my apartment and the community and amenities. There's a lot to do and they try to have events for residents. Parking can be a bit tricky of you don't have a car port or garage.

Amazing community, very quiet. I have not had any issues and i’ve been here about 5 months now! The staff is top tier, very friendly and understanding people to talk to. If i have any questions or need repairs done maintenance is very fast at getting back to me! Overall i would recommend everyone i know to live here.

Great place to live! I love it! The leasing consultants and staff do a very good job staying on top of things and are really good to address any maintenance problems that arise. The maintenance department is so nice and always willing to help. Really, really pleased.

Things are getting better at the community. This past year more precautions were taken during the snow. Poo prints was implemented to help with the unnecessary amount of dog waste in the main common area by the grills so I’m no longer worried about letting my kids play there. The weekly community event continues to cater exclusively to people who drink and isn’t very kid inclusive. I’d like to see 1 event a month that is more family friendly. The pool is nice however the strict rules of no toys or floats for kids continues to be a sticking point for us. The maintenance staff is phenomenal. I’ve met all of them at this point and they are very kind and handle issues quickly.

The staff have been friendly and helpful. The landscaping on the property is beautifully maintained. Makes it feel wonderful to come home! The main change would be to clean the stairwells. A lot of the concrete areas are stained black with trash liquid stains over the years. Makes the place feel dirtier than it has to be. The railing is oily greasy. Makes you not use the handrails. Many of the residences entrances are blackened from dirt all over the front doors. It would be nice if the stairwells concrete was pressure washed. It’s the only thing I am embarrassed about a when I have friends over. I turn a blind eye as I walk to the apartment. The neighbors have been great! The dog parks has lots of poo that human owners forget to pickup. The kids park is well maintained. The dumpster area started out clean at move in, but has quickly been filled with old furniture, boxes, and pieces of trash all around. The dumpster area could use a good cleaning too.

We do apologize for not being able to pressure wash the breezeways due to threshold issues. It is also unfortunate that people leave large items at the dumpsters. Smooth moving in process. Questions were answered promptly, and concerns were addressed when needed. The apartment is very nice and the building I am in is quiet so far. We love it.

Just moved in, so still learning about the place but so far so good. I did experience something to while throwing out trash. I noticed that an old laundry bag with and other stuff was drag out and something or someone had went through the trash. It’s a gated community so I can’t see homeless people or dogs pulling out trash and rumpled through it.

The amount of time listening to landscaping is ridiculous. They seem to be here 3-4 days a week. From 8am until after 5pm. If you work from home or just want some peace and quiet at home this is not the place to be! The walls are so thin you can hear word for word conversations of your neighbors.

This is a beautiful property with well-maintained amenities and thoughtfully designed apartments. Since moving in, I’ve noticed positive improvements—especially with reduced litter and overall upkeep—which I really appreciate. That said, there are still a few concerns that affect the overall experience. Engine noise from vehicles with altered exhaust systems can be disruptive at times, and I’ve noticed both residents and visitors occasionally parking in handicap spaces without tags. This could be a real issue for those who rely on those spots, like a neighbor of mine. It’s clear that the staff care about the community, and many residents do as well. I’m hopeful that with continued attention to these areas, the environment will continue moving toward the peaceful and welcoming atmosphere the property is working to create.

Overall we love the apartment & community. We’ve had some instances of loud residents at night and the police in here often having to break up outdoor crowds, etc. as well as some break ins but previous to that, it has been a very safe & comfortable place to live

Amenities need to be updated and less dog poop on the lawn . Different food trucks as well, BBQ every week is insane! The gym could really use a good update as far as equipment. The maintenance is super nice and transparent. Love the thirsty Thursday's as well I enjoy mingling with neighbors. PLEASE OPEN POOL !

I really like my apartment a lot. I haven’t even been here a week yet. I gave a 4 star because my gate fobs don’t work, and my gate code don’t work on either entrance either. But other then that I adore my apartment.
