Overall, I’m very pleased with my living experience at The Point. Very good management and maintenance teams.

The management and maintenance team truly set this property apart. They're professional, approachable, and very responsive. Anytime l've had a question or request, they've handled it quickly and with care. It's rare to find a team that makes residents feel so valued. Overall, I couldn't ask for a better place to live. This is by far the best rental experience I've had, and I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a home that's comfortable, safe, and well managed.

This has been a perfect home for my family. The neighborhood feels safe, the grounds are clean and well kept, and the best thing is the apartments are spacious with plenty of storage. We love how convenient it is to schools, parks and shopping. I couldn't be happier!!

This has been the easiest move and best rental experience I’ve ever had. From day one, management has been responsive, friendly, and super helpful. The apartment is modern, comfortable, and feels like home right away. Everything is well cared for, and I’ve had zero issues. :-)

The Pointe at Warner Center is a great community. Management, Maintenance and Housekeeping staff is very professional and friendly. The complex is well maintained and quiet when you are outside your apartment. It is evident that that the inside of the apartments are well maintained as well.

The Point at Warner Center is conveniently located near transportation, markets, and numerous restaurants. The management team is proficient, professional, empathetic, and ready to help. The building is modern and well-kept.

The Pointe has been my home for 4 years now and I love it. I just renewed my lease for another year and a major reason for doing so was the dedicated and professional management team of Burton, Adriana, Daniel and Jesse. They run the property like a well-oiled machine. The building is very clean, quiet and has many nice amenities. It's a very friendly community and they throw done pretty cool resident events.

I am VERY impressed with the property. Very clean and well maintained. The staff that I have encountered have been professional, friendly and they show pride in the property and their job.

The staff here is amazing! We went in for a tour and I'm confident we'll be leasing a space here as well as a friend that toured with us! Burton was exceptionally helpful,as we had to reschedule, but he accommodated us with no issue even though it was a last minute change. The property was beautiful and by far one of the best we've seen since apartment hunting. You guys have us sold!

I went on a tour and l found this property to be well maintained. I was impressed with the cleanliness. I loved the amenities which is a plus. I'm big on customer service the office staff was friendly and very informative to all my questions .

So many great amenities! Daniel is always going out of his way to help me with my service requests.

One of the friendliest communities I have ever visited. The place is spotless and Daniel the technician is an ACE! I had the pleasure of being in the apartment when he was taking care of a request my friend requested, and the amount of respect he shows when he's working is extremely admirable.

I recommend The Pointe at WC as they have been doing so many upgrades in the community. Daniel is always so helpful with any questions I may have.

This place is always well maintained and I'm always seeing projects being done to improve the building. Daniel in maintenance always brings a positive attitude.

This property is so close to great shopping and restaurants. It's always in excellent condition thanks to Jessie, the Service Supervisor, and his team. They respond to maintenance issues quickly as they arise, too. I also love the events they host for tenants as it makes me feel appreciated and gives an opportunity to socialize with the neighbors.

Looks clean and freshly painted, service supervisor really knows the building well.

I continue to visit this property on a regular basis and am consistently impressed with how well-maintained the building is. The staff, especially Daniel, are always polite and helpful. My friend who lives in the complex has told me about several maintenance issues Daniel has helped her with and has noted how he always goes above and beyond to address any maintenance needs in a timely and knowledgeable manner.

This property is wonderful! The property is spacious and modern. Also having a maintenance staff available at all hours. I recently was house sitting for a friend when I noticed the kitchen sink was getting clogged and water wasn't going down easily. I panicked thinking I had did something to mess it up but my friend reassured me that if I called for maintenance they would be able to fix it quickly. The maintenance man by the name of Danny came by with in 15 mins to look at the issue and easily snaked the drain quickly and everything was back to normal. He was very nice and professional. A definite pro if anyone is looking to live here or already lives here.

Such a nice building. And I love how many events they do for us my old apartment never did things like that. Daniel from maintenance is always quick with his repairs and soon nice.

Having lived here for almost two years, I can confidently say this complex is a huge disappointment. Between poor construction and a management team that ignores tenant needs, this is not a place you'll want to call home. The building itself is terribly built, with almost no soundproofing. You can hear everything--footsteps from neighbors above, doors slamming, and even phone vibrations from next door. One of the worst problems is the gym, which is too close to the units. For a long time, it had no proper flooring to reduce noise, causing constant disruptions. After numerous complaints, management finally put a few rubber mats down, but only over a small area. This "solution" felt like a half-hearted attempt to pretend they'd addressed the issue. Management's response to tenant concerns is, simply put, awful. They frequently ignore complaints, claiming they didn't receive emails or saying they "will look into it"--promises that are never kept. Even after reaching out to both the leasing office and the regional property manager about the ongoing noise issues, nothing has been done. It's clear their main focus is on collecting rent, not on tenant satisfaction. If you value peace and quiet and expect a management team that actually listens and responds, do yourself a favor and avoid this property. Living here has only shown us all the problems--both in the building and with management. Don't make the same mistake we did.

I have been living in this building in Woodland Hills for almost two years, and to this day, many issues remain unresolved. The noise from the gym continues, and it’s incredibly disruptive. However, the maintenance team is exceptional — they always respond quickly, and I genuinely admire their work. They’re the only department here that deserves praise. Unfortunately, the management is completely unhelpful. Specifically, the manager, Burton, is incredibly — he never to help -related issues and avoids any form of communication. He always nice and smile front of you, but in the real …. They consistently ignore tenant concerns, often never replying to emails unless you specifically request a response within a set timeframe. They’ve lied directly to my face, saying they’ll handle things or make calls, but they never follow through. The noise from the upstairs neighbors is unbearable, at all hours — day, night, morning. When they clean their apartment, it sounds like they’re demolishing walls. The soundproofing in this building is awful; I can even hear my neighbors flushing their toilets. The poor construction makes it hard to live here peacefully. Management’s lack of response and honesty only makes things worse.

In my opinion this is the best well maintained property I've ever lived in.

I visited the property and was amazed at how clean and well managed it appeared. The amenities were top notch and well maintained. The staff were welcoming and very personable. I was left with a great experience and although the available units did not meet my needs I will keep tabs on possible openings that would.

The Pointe staff beginning with the Management team, do a really great job. The maintenance crew is excellent as well.

Reflecting on our five-year stay in this apartment fills us with immense satisfaction. The management's exceptional service and the apartment's quality have truly made these years special. The management team's dedication was evident in their prompt assistance and the sense of community they fostered. From day one to our departure, they ensured we felt valued and well-cared for. The apartment itself is just great – smart layout, lots of sunlight, and all the modern stuff that makes life easy. We've had the best times here, from chill nights to epic parties with friends.

The management office has been very diligent and efficient. It’s run very professionally now and answers phone. That used to be a problem.

I’ve been living here 8 years. Do not have a friendly office management team in last few months. Never felt this way. Only plus I’ve seen is bldg being taken care of and cleaner.

I love my home and the staff here at The Pointe. Every one of the staff that Ive had any interaction with has always been extremely caring and sweet to me. I feel safe here and totally comfortable. And being a single mother, raising my daughter and little sister alone makes feeling safe so much more important!!

Great place to live. Other than the hiccups so far only living here for almost two months, I love it here. Plenty of parking. Residents are respectful of each other so far as I can see.
