I enjoy being here at TPSR!! The place and maintenance service is exceptional. I am very satisfied. The location is wonderful, the building are pristine, and the people are sweet.

I have been here for 3 years love this place !!!! Community surroundings amazing, management are always courteous and very professional. I have not had any negative occurrences here for the past 3 years and I see myself here for many many more years,

The community is excellent for easy access to retail. A Florida welcome center and bus transit is within walking distance to access additional Florida activities. The apartment living is acceptable for senior living, but requires additionally improvement for handicap building access and security gates/ building access doors. To continue marketing the apartment as a senior 55 plus active adult lifestyle additional improvements are needed.

Some work around the complex enterences not secured. Gate is broken too often and door at enterence is broken and not fixed properly. Any one can enter.

When I selected TPSR I was excited. Now that I have lived here for the last six months my excitment has not been in vain. This is a safe, clean and happy enviroment. The vibe here is awesome. As with anything we do, changes and adjustments will happen. However, the staff and residents here make those adjustments fun and comfortable. TPSR is a great place to live!!!!

This is probably the best apartment complex I’ve ever had lived at! The neighbors are so warm and pleasant and the staff is best in the world I love on the way they treat me!! I am so Thrilled On living here! When I first moved here I was welcomed very warmly’! I hope can be a resident for a long time!! My other Apartments I ever lived at not even come close !! Staff and residents are friendly. Apartment is right across the street from my favorite stores. I also have an awesome view from my lanai. My dog loves it!!!

I have loved living here for the past 2 years 8 months, this is home. The staff really care for the wellbeing of all the residents. During this last hurricane the staff made sure every resident was safe and cared for. We have an amazing community that cares for one another, that is why this is home for me.

Being a resident for close 2 1/2 years, and satisfied with management. All issues are corrected within timely manner, and/or issues addressed as soon as they can. Management are courteous and friendly,maintenance personnel the best.

My parents have lived here less than a year - while it’s a beautiful complex, there are many roach and mice issues that the ownership seems to be unphased by. They have spoken to several residents with issues so this is not an isolated incident. Proceed with caution.

I do enjoyed the amenities.. it’s so helpful having an elevator and ac in the hallways and trash pickup. Plus all the kindness got from residents and staff.. it’s nice living here. With my Anxiety it’s hard to Participate but it’s there are Activities for everyone.
