Shady managment

Lots of issues in this apartment. There's about 50+ vacant units and it's ghost town here. They charge residents for petty stuff and when you move out, they will retaliate with hidden fees. They've also started erasing tons of bad google reviews the past 4 months. And they're not currently accepting any reviews. To say this place is horrible from broken amenities, not functional appliances and paper thin rooms with lazy maintenance that never gets anything fix is just being too nice. They're the place to stay away from Nothing ever works here

Keep looking. So not luxurious.

Luxury living…really? So very disappointed in the condition of our building. Interior: There are two elevators, but only one has been working over the last year months. The garbage rooms have been overflowing when the compactors stop functioning or the trash chute doors don’t close. The smell is unbearable! Parking garage: The “security” has been seen sleeping on the job and profiling the guests. No wonder we have had multiple cars broken into. The doors between the interior and the parking garage are not calibrated so they slam shut on most floor and the noise is deafening here that sound all day and night. The garbage in the trash bins in the parking garage is not emptied often enough and the concrete around the bins is sticky and stained. Gym: There are rarely clean towels available. Lobby: The coffee machine is frequently not working and the trash is overflowing there too. Cleanliness: The overall cleanliness is lacking. Carpets need swept and floors mopped in the common areas more than once a month. It is advertised that there is an apartment available for out-of-town guests: That is a lie. Overall promises are not kept: We looked at a model unit and the appliances that were in the model are not the same as in my actual unit.

The doors between the interior and the parking garage are not calibrated so they slam shut on most floor and the noise is deafening here that sound all day and night. The garbage in the trash bins in the parking garage is not emptied often enough and the concrete around the bins is sticky and stained. Gym: There are rarely clean towels available. Lobby: The coffee machine is frequently not working and the trash is overflowing there too. Cleanliness: The overall cleanliness is lacking. Carpets need swept and floors mopped in the common areas more than once a month. It is advertised that there is an apartment available for out-of-town guests: That is a lie. Overall promises are not kept: We looked at a model unit and the appliances that were in the model are not the same as in my actual unit. We complained and been told that they can’t make the change. False advertising in the promises for this complex. Management needs to step up and listen to residents who pay luxury-living rent prices and begin addressing our concerns instead of shrugging their shoulders when we the tenant show concerns.

Would suggest going somewhere else

Amenities fantastic but this place is dirty, cheap appliances that break down, elevators break weekly, dog poop everywhere, not really pet friendly, mean dogs that live here.

Insane noise problem!!!

Do not move here. You can hear every single thing coming from your neighbors and people above you, every footstep and creak. Management does absolutely nothing and you’ll go crazy hearing creaky floors all day and night
