Alex has been an excellent new addition to this community! I talk to a lot of residents here and they all have said something positive about him! He’s incredibly thoughtful and you can visually see how much he cares. I have been in customer service most my life and while he may be new to the apartment world, he has an unteachable skill which is the ability to connect with others! I see this time and time again as my dog always drags me into the office to get a treat and say hello to Alex and others! Monica is always pleasant and helpful too! Very friendly people you have!! New maintenance team is OUTSTANDING! I’ve lived here for almost 4 years.My new lease will be coming soon and I am going to sign based on the positive changes that have taken place over the last year! My only complaint is of course the laundromat. You finally got the gas situation figured out, we were able to use them and then one day without any notification, all the machines gone without explanation. Send an email

We love living here..everyone so nice and thoughtful. Best complex we have ever lived at. The staff is amazing, pool area fantastic..only thing I would request is a playground for all the kids.

Love it here. Ive been living here 3 years. Maintenance is great, neighborhood is quiet. However, rent has increased by 52% but i have not received any upgrades at all.

Terrible! They are more concerned about renting out their apartments than keeping their current tenants. Still have mold in my apartment and they wonder why people won’t renew their lease! FYI there are so many empty apartments here!!

Shared laundry is not working after 1 year! Lansdcaping has not been done after 18 months. We are paying $25 for trash valet when trash is not removed even when it is out!

It’s a decent place to live and affordable considering the location. The pool area is nice. They have to get stronger pest control. I like that there’s plenty of extra parking.

This is a upkept, nicely located complex with neighbors that are friendly. The only issue is that some do not pick up after there dogs. The amenities are good, and are maintained.

Such a great place to be. On my second lease here..close to everything. Staff is friendly and fast to help with anything I need. Always see maintenance with a tool in hand and smile on their face. Big open courtyards with lots of grass keep my dog happy, too!

Office staff very nice and accommodating. Move in was a smooth process. Area is quiet. 2 in 1 washer and dryer is cool. Ample parking. Poor paint job in the apartment, overspray and some cabinets are two different colors. Overall a 3 star rating bc the apartment it's self could have been better upon move in.

Absolutely love the community! Very clean & safe. Staff are very nice and easy to work with, neighbors are super nice! Apartment was very clean and the rental process was quick! Definitely recommend!

Very nice community and amenities. Staff are all very helpful and complex is clean. Only issue is bathroom is tiny, fixtures are outdated as well as appliances. But nice size living room, bedroom and dining area with built-in shelves.

This place is a nice complex and has some friendly staff but that’s all this place is. My apartment was not move-in ready. It was completely filthy from the previous tenants and needs a professional cleaning. Several things in my apartment were broken and are still broken. I’ve put in maintenance request but it takes forever for them to come. The last time I put a maintenance request in was September 16 and no one still has come. No the maintenance requests are not silly, my front door does not lock properly, the handle is not on and is constantly falling off, my toilet in the one bathroom doesn’t work and I’m paying for two bathrooms, my porch has a huge hole in it and I had to put a rug down so I don’t cut my foot, my place smells horrible whenever the AC comes out of the vent so I have air freshener plugs throughout my whole place to try and help with the smell but I know the vents need to get cleaned and never have been. I could keep going and going, but I think you understand.

The Pointe is a beautiful community and the leasing office made moving in a very pleasant experience. My apartment was beautifully finished and the residents are extremely friendly. I highly recommend living at The Pointe at Clearwater.

I enjoy living here. There is a good mixture of ages of people. I like seeing little kids outside playing. The owners put money into regular maintenance and improvements monthly like upgrading the pool area, tree trimming, pressure washing common areas, etc. They now offer valet trash service.. They have quick maintenance response times, maintenance staff are friendly and respectful of your space and time. Offer fun community events, food trucks, blood drives and school supply drives.

Several times I have requested a repair and it gets marked as completed without being done. I have to make several requests and call before someone comes to fix it.

Can be hard to reach management or get maintenance to fix things in a timely manner. When we moved in our apartment wasn't really clean and seemed like everything was painted over including sinks and tub. Now after living here for two years the paint in the tub is pealing and exposing some chunky black stuff. I don't think the apartments are worth the price. I will say the community is quite. Not too much activity. Although my car was broken into recently.

The apartment outside is grungy and stinks, the outside porch has a thick cobweb all over the doors and screens, wasp nests all over, ants galore, still have cockroaches, but that’s Florida. Doors fall off hinges, the oven knobs are all screwed up and all the cabinets have a strange smell to them. Not super, but the washer dryer work well AC is good and water has been doing okay.
