I have enjoyed my almost 5 years living at the Pointe. It is a safe, clean, quiet community with excellent amenities. The location is excellent and all your shopping, dining and night life needs are all nearby. The management and maintenance staff are very good and attentive to your needs. I have lived at the Pointe for almost 5 years now and would recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment.

I have lived at The Pointe for almost 4 years and have always been treated in a respectful and friendly manner by the staff. Any issues I may have had have been addressed immediately, Having the garage where our cars are parked accessible from each of the 4 floors is actually what I like most. My car is protected from the elements, I can bring in my groceries just by opening the door leading to the hallway and my apartment. This feature is not available in other apartment complexes I have looked at.

When I moved to The Pointe I thought it was going to be just another apartment. I quickly discovered that it was so much more than what I thought. Ive come to feel at home there and Im surprised by the level of intentional care The Pointe puts into the property and its residents. The amenities are awesome and always well kept, the staff knows my name, and the workers are always polite. The thing that blew me away is how intentional The Pointe is with little things. Whether its national nacho day, free cocktails, Christmas door decorating competitions, or having a free Red Bull day where they deliver a Red Bull to your door, they are super intentional and thoughtful with everyone who lives there. The thought they show their residents makes it feel like a place where youre known, you belong, and quite frankly... It feels like home.

I have been living at The Pointe at West Chester for 3 years and it has been a positive experience. The management has been helpful during several different situations. The maintenance team is superb and I have never had to wait for any repairs to be done. This is a community I would highly recommend.

Very lovely community and a lot of love for their residents! I wasn't expecting the amount of events offered, but I honestly enjoy them a lot! Without the pandemic I'm sure even more awesome events and socials would be hosted. The property is also very well kept and all the staff are friendly. Great parking options, and great floor plans offered. Best apartment complex I've lived in in the past 5 years of renting!

The Pointe is close enough to take advantage of the restaurants and atmosphere of downtown West Chester, yet right off 202, so you avoid traffic/congestion. Plus, we have Levante Brewery across the street! Looking forward to post-COVID times, so we can get back to shared use of the amenities (club house, pool) and 'communal spirit' we enjoyed at the fire pit as well!!

I looked at several properties prior to deciding on the Pointe. The Pointe provided by far the best amenities, nicest accommodations and the greatest convenience (for my purposes) than any other potential property.

Relocating to a new state and not knowing anyone at all can be a challenge. But the team in the leasing office has been an amazing resource. Having the amenities within the community is amazing where I am able to work out, grab a good book or use the computer without leaving the building is awesome. The location is wonderful where I've enjoyed some great restaurants and have had a wonderful experience shopping at the Amish Market. I'm 15 minutes from my job and most importantly I feel safe~

Overall, I enjoy living at The Pointe. The apartments are clean and modern, the amenities (pool, dog park, gym, etc.) are all great, the parking garage is a big plus, and all of the neighbors and staff have been very friendly. The community is also very dog friendly! Again, the biggest issue I would say is the noise from neighboring apartments. Even just normal conversation, music playing, and tv watching can be heard through the walls and ceiling.

I have only lived here a short time, but have felt like I can call it home since they gave me the key on the first day. The staff is friendly and helpful. The apartment is well maintained and had a great layout. The dog park has been a great place for the dogs to exercise and for us to meet new our neighbors.

I have lived at The Pointe for almost six years. I love the open floor plan, the drive up (in a covered garage) to your level for unloading groceries and being sheltered from the weather, the many amenities, being pet friendly, many social activites are offered if you can to partake, easy access to major highways and proximity to West Chester Borough, the county seat, and all of its awesome events, restaurants and shopping.

The Pointe at West Chester is an amazing place and location. Our experience started with the leasing office and Lexi. She was so helpful and patient with our lease signing and move in. The building and facilities are beautiful with a lot of wonderful amenities to make our stay so enjoyable. I dont want to go anywhere else, this is home for me !

The Pointe is a great community to live in as I can attest to after two years as a Resident. The office staff cares about each individual person as if we were family and our needs are important. The maintenance crew is excellent at keeping everything running smoothly and repairs are made quickly and efficiently.
