The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Manager at The Point at Ridgeline, Responded To This Review
Thank you for sharing your experience at The Point at Ridgeline. We are happy to hear you enjoy the quiet setting and that our team, including maintenance, has been friendly, helpful, and quick to take care of your needs.
1. We were knowingly leased an apartment that reeked of curry and management was fully aware. 2. The units flood if you have a balcony of any kind as the material is cheap. 3. Garage door is broken for months/doors in garage leading to units broken and open allowing non residents and rabid animals to get in. (Yes a rabid fox was in the grave for weeks). 4. Thin walls. You can hear neighbors beside you and below you. I’m sure above you as well if you don’t live on the top floor. 5. Management will lie to you about everything in order to protect their necks. They are not on your team to support you living in a clean, safe environment.

New building, but poorly constructed. This apartment building looks nice on the surface but it is a wood frame building with ZERO insulation between floors and not carpet or floor padding in units. Everyone gets the same vinyl plank flooring and the noise transfer between floors is very loud. The neighbor above me stomps around daily and often late into the night making life in my unit a headache. I swear she has a pet horse. It is hard to believe anyone could walk that loudly barefoot. I have adopted wearing wireless headphones while inside and spend my time looking for ways out of this lease. There are trash rooms on every floor. Your neighbors will trash these nightly and especially bad on weekend. The only reason this place doesn't have roaches yet is because it is brand new. Fire trucks and ambulances go by with sirens blaring at least once an hour. You can see Dulles which both cool and sometimes noisy. People revving car engines and using nearby streets as a drag strip is common. There is a locked parking garage which is a plus. Locked entry to call building doors is nice when people aren't deliberately leaving them propped open. There are only a few kids around; another plus. Food trucks visit weekly, that's pretty cool. Outdoor workout space with morning boot camp when the weather is nice. The general vibe of this place is older millennials with professional jobs. Beyond the noise issues it isn't terrible, but if you can find a spot in a concrete constructed building I recommend it over these cheap wood buildings.
