Everything has been great since my last review. Maintenance gets things repaired in a timely manner. There are always fun social things set up by the staff for the residents to participate in. It continues to feel like a safe community to live in.
We feel welcomed and comfortable in the community. The only issue we’ve had is our address pin isn’t correct across platforms and Amazon and others cannot find our unit.
I recently moved in and so far, it’s been a great experience. Everyone I’ve met has been friendly and helpful, which made the transition feel smooth and welcoming. The community is quiet and peaceful, which I really appreciate. I also love the layout of the property—it’s clean, organized, and visually appealing. Excited to be part of this community!
Love the cleanliness of the grounds. Love Brianne at the clubhouse. All the staff are very friendly . There was a mixup with our storage unit, Bri assured us that she will have the matter cleared up soon. The communication with the pines email are very informative. I haven’t met neighbors yet since it’s our first week getting use to the area and getting set up. Looking forward to a new adventure.

The apartments are nice and the grounds are well maintained. Maintenance is quick to respond to issues, even emergency ones. The leasing office is also nice and friendly.

Very nice apartment layout. Usually quiet neighbors are very friendly the amenities are really nice. And the leasing office usually has cool events throughout the months. That are family friendly.

Still waiting for stairs and loose railing on stairs to be fixed. None of the treadmills in gym work. Parking is improving and no one has been towed near my building.

Great complex - been here for 4 years now, friendly staff, beautiful pool, keep grounds clean - I feel the kitchen appliances could be upgraded to stainless steel for the price of rent.

Staff and community is great. Love the events that are held monthly. The food trucks are awesome. The only negative thing is the windows need to be updated as they do not stay open.

Parking is the only issue. Never seems to be a spot close to the apartment so I’m always parking far. I get home late so it’s sometimes uncomfortable walking all that in the dark carrying my laptop and other items

It is way better than we expected. The community is stunning, and very safe. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly and would go above and beyond to make things right. We love it here!!
