Have had a great first week of living here. Very welcoming and friendly environment and is a perfect home. Many amenities including a gym,pool basketball court and very pet friendly. Definitely recommend looking into moving here.

Bree and Anna have been wonderful and super helpful. Since the first day we toured to all the question in between to move in day. Everything has been seamless and always get a response back quickly. The grounds here are well taken care of and beautiful. My family that has visited so far has said it feels like driving into a resort. Excited to call this place my new home!

There is a friendly attitude with employees. However, as a long-time resident I can say that much of my input with my apartment and the community is not often taken seriously as a valuable resident. I spent 2 FULL days with a Palladium window replacement for a window that was replaced 16 months ago. I would just appreciate acknowledgement that there were errors made by Bozzuto Management for installing a faulty window knowing these windows were faulty to begin with.
Everybody has been so nice and welcoming since we moved in! The staff is very pleasant and helpful and the residents are amazing! I love the new gym it’s so clean and the new machines are perfect. Our home was move in ready and exceeded our expectations!

So far we love it here the people are very nice and welcoming the community is big we did get lost looking for the apartment lol but once we got use to it we was ok . Lol
From start to finish it was such a smooth transition to moving into this property. Support and help from the leasing office was truly unmatched.
Loved our time here . Will miss the walking trails , the events , well manicured surroundings , golf corse facing windows and the most awesome management team !

We love our townhouse and the community we live in. The only issue is surprisingly with maintenance. It was always great but we have been having trouble with our ice maker. There have been several visits with each time being told it was fixed. It’s not!! Overall the community is wonderful but we are frustrated by this issue.

Living here is really nice. Maintenance team is doing a great work, the community is clean and tidy, and the staff is friendly. The entire community is surrounded by a golf club, which provides us with privacy and lush greenery.

Going into my fifth year at the Point and I am so proud to call this my home! This place is absolutely beautiful in the summers when everything is bloomed. It almost feels as if I’m living at a resort. The ladies in the office are amazing, always pleasant and happy to help with anything. I would recommend this community to anyone looking for a place to live and have done so!

Love the community. Staff is very friendly. They need to fix the exercise equipment. Most is broken been told for months they were going to replace them.

I’ve lived at this complex for five years and have always paid my rent on time and maintained a good relationship with management. Despite that, I was recently informed that my lease would not be renewed—without any clear explanation. After years of being a reliable tenant, this decision feels incredibly disappointing and impersonal. Additionally, interactions with the staff have become increasingly unwelcoming, and communication has lacked transparency. It’s unfortunate to end a long-term residency on such a negative note. I would not recommend this complex to others looking for long-term stability or respectful treatment from management.

Nice place to live. Very dog friendly. Lots of paths for walking. Maintenance is very helpful when a problem occurs. The landscaping is nice with many flowering bushes and trees.

Staff is always helpful. Such a quiet, beautiful community. I enjoy unwinding with a walk around the complex with my daughter and watching her play on the playground. Of all the communities to choose from, this was definitely number one on my list.

Everything has been great since my last review. Maintenance gets things repaired in a timely manner. There are always fun social things set up by the staff for the residents to participate in. It continues to feel like a safe community to live in.

Love the cleanliness of the grounds. Love Brianne at the clubhouse. All the staff are very friendly . There was a mixup with our storage unit, Bri assured us that she will have the matter cleared up soon. The communication with the pines email are very informative. I haven’t met neighbors yet since it’s our first week getting use to the area and getting set up. Looking forward to a new adventure.

The apartments are nice and the grounds are well maintained. Maintenance is quick to respond to issues, even emergency ones. The leasing office is also nice and friendly.

Besides only having one hour at the basketball court even if no one is using it afterwards , and would love a bigger dog run area w grass we love it here ! Thank you for making the experience a great one .

We have lived at a lot of apartments and this is by far the best experience ever. The management office is always responsive. They have activity’s at the club house. And are really good on keeping us updated.

Very nice apartment layout. Usually quiet neighbors are very friendly the amenities are really nice. And the leasing office usually has cool events throughout the months. That are family friendly.

The office staff goes above and beyond, answers all your questions and lets you know they’re there for you if you need anything at all. Rare in a lot of places, to have all your phone calls answered and emails almost right away. Anna helped us throughout the whole process and was amazing. Made things a lot easier for us. Moving is not always an easy process but they did it right! Thank you for that.

Still waiting for stairs and loose railing on stairs to be fixed. None of the treadmills in gym work. Parking is improving and no one has been towed near my building.
