Whitfield, sometimes referred to by locals as Whitfield Estates, is a dynamic neighborhood off the Sarasota Bay filled with something for just about every resident. This section of town also holds modern conveniences including the Sarasota Bradenton International Airport and the shops and restaurants along Highway 41. Property Ratings at The Point at Bella Grove
I enjoy it here, I enjoy my apartment, it’s quiet and comfortable. I try not to bother people, people don’t bother me, people are usually friendly. However! The maintenance at this place is the worst. When I’ve needed them quickly! I never see or hear from them for like 3 days. I have to make multiple requests, calls. And I don’t call for little things- my AC, this is the 2nd time, and once when my key broke off in the entry/front door. Unable to get in apartment! Thankfully someone was still home, to open the door, but then unable to lock it to leave. And thankfully my son was able to, after some struggles, get the broken key out, but the lock needed to be replaced, which took about a week. Again it’s a nice place to live, in my opinion, but maintenance needs better response, needs better resolve.
Because the management does not seem to care about the insect population, mainly cockroaches in these apartments. If you love bugs, you will like to stay here you can study them. Keep them as pets. There are plenty of them to go around. You need not bother the staff about it because they are aware, and do not seem to to know how to control the population of them Except to let them grow.
Very quiet and peaceful, for the most part. No barking dogs or screaming kids.
If anyone is looking for a place to call home, make it Bella Grove Community! Simply an outstanding community that is clean and friendly!
Nice place to live. Spacious modern accommodations, under cabinet lighting and USB outlet a great plus. Permit parking helps residents obtain a parking space. Maintenance is responsive and the office staff are the best, Cheyenne is so very inked, friendly and efficient.
The Point at Bella Grove has been a piece of paradise in the middle of the city. Come join this quiet community not only for the great amenities it offers, but also for the amazing staff that run the place and neighbors from all walks of life.
We have lived here for almost 2 years. Property has gone way down hill. Grills have been broke for months, chairs are broken around outdoor dining area. Fire pit hasn’t worked for a long time! Office personnel very rude. Can’t wait to move!
I would recommend the Bella Grove community to anyone who is looking for a beautiful place to live. Thank you for this wonderful community and staff.
It is a wonderful location, a very attractive design, gives a safe & secure environment impression., & should be better cared for.
I have only been here for a month, but I do enjoy my apartment and how spacious it is. I share the apartment with my sister in a 2 bedroom and having my own bathroom (which is big) is a plus for us. I also am very happy with the maintenance staff. They are very kind and prompt with addressing any of the issues we may have. The front desk staff were also nice however they can be hard to get a hold of over the phone. They can be best reached by email in my opinion. I have only been for almost a month, but I enjoy how quiet it is during the day when I am studying. I describe this place as a "hidden treasure" in the University parkway area and it is affordable for the location in Sarasota as well.
My apartment is excellent, love the porch. It is quiet and the neighbors I have met are very warm and friendly. I am very happy I chose Belle Grove.

I have never lived somewhere so nicely maintained. The management company is absolutely amazing and made the process of moving in super easy for me. If I had to do it again, I would! I am so happy I found these apartments. I definitely recommend moving here if you’re looking! It’s right by everything, and it’s a nice quiet community.
Living at The Point at Bella Grove has been an overall enjoyable experience, especially with such friendly faces in the main office. With any request, William is always quick to find a solution or help take care of our needs. He is extremely friendly & definitely a valuable member to the community!
Luckily got lucky to rent here when everything was full. At first, miserable, with no internet service (cable issues), and extremely loud neighbors. It all changed for the better, fast internet, nice neighbors, and really enjoy the great staff and, amenities and location. Close to everything, the best bang for the buck when I compare.

Apartments are nice but sadly the management and service are just terrible. They managed to lose my forwarding address and then sent the check to a wrong address twice - deposits are meant to be held for no more than 3 weeks - in my case its now 6 weeks and its still not resolved. Lots of talk about helping but little action.

Great location, very quiet and clean. I love living here and I enjoy all of their amenities great gym, café internet, pool and very safe to walk in this nice neighborhood. I recommend it!

My roommate and I just recently moved into The Point of Bella Grove. We are both college students so we needed an apartment before the semester started back up. Donna, Tonya, and Amanda are wonderful and always are welcoming with a smile on their faces. Donna was very helpful and quick to help us find an apartment that was move in ready in the next couple of weeks. Donna made the leasing process easy and helped us getting everything squared away. If we ever had a question, the office staff was very quick in getting back to us with a response. The apartments are beautiful! The kitchen is amazing with granite countertops and stainless stain appliances. Everything around the complex is kept cleaned especially the elevators that are cleaned on a daily basis. It is safe and quiet even at night. If you’re looking for an apartment complex, I would recommend The Point of Bella Grove.

PART 1 * Stumbled across the POINT at BELLA GROVE GROVE apartments and I was extremely excited, as it had everything that I wanted It seemed like a perfect fit. Two months after finding the apartment I moved in, (15 months ago), the night before hurricane Irma hit, that was. One of the longest nights of my life, with a faulty air-conditioner. This was the first time I had issues with the AC, the second time I had to wait for a part to be ordered and installed. At the time I moved in, Summer was the manager and the leasing agents where the same girls, smiling and positive attitudes, very pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable, and willing to help in whatever way possible to keep the residence happy, a welcoming environment to walk into. Summer initiated some great things for the community, such as get-togethers, and began a crusade on reducing the amount of "pet poop" that was not being picked up by their owners. Noticing that there were no posted "SPEED LIMIT SIGNS" and nearly being hit a couple of times, pulling into my garage, I brought to Summer’s attention, and it never resulted in anything being done. Sometime around February early March Summer left. The property started had already started to take on a different feel just before Summer left, almost a "MELROSE PLACE", which was a bit uncomfortable, we still had some of the original office staff and that started to change, they started to disappear. Again, I brought up the no speed limit sign posted on the property and the how a resident, resident’s pet or even a child could be injured by a vehicle, and without a posted speed limit sign, it could be in the favor of the speeding driver as opposed to the injured resident, pedestrian, or pet. Speed limit signs have been posted in every apartment complex I have ever lived in. Speed limits are posted in apartment complexes to prosecute drivers who travel at inappropriately high speeds that are likely to cause injury/danger to other road users within the complex. A violation of a posted speed limit rule in an apartment premises can be fined with a penalty, which is nothing when compared to the possibility of personal injury, pet injury, or even the loss of life.

I have just moved into these apartments a month ago! I highly recommend. The amenities are beautiful - floors, stainless steel appliances, island in the kitchen. Very pet friendly environment with a community dog park and plenty of friends for your pup to play with. The neighbors and management team are so friendly. Much to do within the community as well as outside of the community. It was pretty nice moving into an apartment and being the first ever person to live in them. It's as if they were built just for you! I am so happy I decided to live here!
