Easiest move in process into an apartment I’ve experienced. Keith is amazing and so helpful and friendly. Pop off king. I love having options to get into my building to include the garage on my floor which made moving my large furniture so much easier than stairs

The Plaza has great staff and even better amenities! The gym is probably the best apartment gym I’ve seen, and it’s always clean and never too crowded. The apartments are nice and spacious, and the common spaces offer great places to work or study.

It’s been over a year now since we moved into The Plaza at Pikes Peak and we love it just as much as the day we moved in. Seriously, the management staff is all so friendly, Jenn, Keith, Achilles, all top notch people and super friendly. The maintenance staff is always helpful and kind. And we have looked at other apartments in the area (3 to be exact) to see if there is anything better than what we have currently, and we have decided to stay here and renew our lease because….nope there isn’t! Highly recommend moving here. The activities, the community, the “walking trail adjacent” property the amenities. Still takes the cake!

The staff has all been extremely nice to me. I have been really enjoying the apartment and I love going to the gym. I am excited to do a yoga class and I love that they have fun events every month for the residents to do.

A very welcoming environment I’ve only met two of my neighbors, and they are very polite-The staff here is amazing very able and willing to help me get my dog acclimated to our apartment-Only issue I’m currently facing is my parking space is between two larger vehicles and As someone with a large vehicle, I find it impossible to park/Utilize my spot-But hopefully, I can get that resolved soon!

Friendly staff, easy application and lease process! Amenities are akin to luxury hotels. Controlled, key fob entry into all buildings, amenity areas, keyless entry into the apartments. Most other tenants are very friendly and welcoming! 600m to city center and any type of restaurant you could want.

Overall, it’s been a pleasant experience. The property staff are helpful and friendly outside of a few outlier situations. Maintenance has been poor, but apparently that’s been addressed and has improved. Property is well-kept!

Where to start??! The amenities are excellent and they have gone overboard thinking of everything one might want or need. The apartments are average size but don't feel average. The high ceilings and design makes everything seem more roomy. The style is higher end feeling and the office staff are wonderful!

Living at Plaza has been a great experience. Amazing amenities, staff is great, and there’s always events happening. Great location as well and the general vibe of my neighbors is great.

I love it here!! The plaza is a lively pet friendly complex with lots of friendly residents. Everything is clean and well maintained. The community is also very interactive and there’s always something to do.

Such a clean apartment and it smells so nice everywhere! Very secure building. I feel safe and I love it here! Keith is also amazing and has been super helpful

Amazing place, my first apartment too! All the staff are super friendly and helpful, and the complex has a ton of awesome additions. My favorite it the Gym.

Great apartment with lots of nice amenities. Setting up Wifi does take a while and maintenance for nonemergency things takes some time as well. Nice and quiet, love the drug free, and very dog friendly!

The plaza at Pikes Peak is really nice. From all the on site activities like a personal trainer and ice cream, to security of the building, living here is pretty great ??
