The apartments and amenity areas are nice, clean and safe. I enjoy the coffee machine and the amazing gym equipment. The yoga room has an interactive screen for guided stretches, yoga, and meditation.

This is a great place to leave and I have really enjoyed living here. The staff is super friendly and very communicative. The amenities are great! I love the gym and I used the hot tub and pool all the time.

Easiest move in process into an apartment I’ve experienced. Keith is amazing and so helpful and friendly. Pop off king. I love having options to get into my building to include the garage on my floor which made moving my large furniture so much easier than stairs

The Plaza has great staff and even better amenities! The gym is probably the best apartment gym I’ve seen, and it’s always clean and never too crowded. The apartments are nice and spacious, and the common spaces offer great places to work or study.

Super nice place! Favorite thing about the place is the amenities and location. I was a little hesitant to move in because it is on the pricier side but everything you get in return is well worth it.

It’s been over a year now since we moved into The Plaza at Pikes Peak and we love it just as much as the day we moved in. Seriously, the management staff is all so friendly, Jenn, Keith, Achilles, all top notch people and super friendly. The maintenance staff is always helpful and kind. And we have looked at other apartments in the area (3 to be exact) to see if there is anything better than what we have currently, and we have decided to stay here and renew our lease because….nope there isn’t! Highly recommend moving here. The activities, the community, the “walking trail adjacent” property the amenities. Still takes the cake!

The staff has all been extremely nice to me. I have been really enjoying the apartment and I love going to the gym. I am excited to do a yoga class and I love that they have fun events every month for the residents to do.

A very welcoming environment I’ve only met two of my neighbors, and they are very polite-The staff here is amazing very able and willing to help me get my dog acclimated to our apartment-Only issue I’m currently facing is my parking space is between two larger vehicles and As someone with a large vehicle, I find it impossible to park/Utilize my spot-But hopefully, I can get that resolved soon!

Friendly staff, easy application and lease process! Amenities are akin to luxury hotels. Controlled, key fob entry into all buildings, amenity areas, keyless entry into the apartments. Most other tenants are very friendly and welcoming! 600m to city center and any type of restaurant you could want.

Overall, it’s been a pleasant experience. The property staff are helpful and friendly outside of a few outlier situations. Maintenance has been poor, but apparently that’s been addressed and has improved. Property is well-kept!

I love living at PPP! My apartment is beautiful, our property has great amenities and is pet friendly, all while close proximity to downtown. PPP offers so many amazing features and I have really enjoyed making this community my new home :)

Love living here. It is convenient to my job, to the trails and outdoor spaces, and very walkable. The apartments are beautifully designed, built, and secure.

I love living here, great vibe, always clean and people are so nice!! Great being walking distance to downtown. Pool and hot tub are nice in the summers and the gym is awesome !

Love it here! Great amenities and staff. The maintenance is awesome! So close to downtown and feels safe here. It feels like a community between the residents and there are so many opportunities to connect with people!

Plaza at pikes peak has everything you need in an apartment! I love the safety, the pool, the hot tub, the community features, all of it! Would definitely recommend to someone looking to move.

Where to start??! The amenities are excellent and they have gone overboard thinking of everything one might want or need. The apartments are average size but don't feel average. The high ceilings and design makes everything seem more roomy. The style is higher end feeling and the office staff are wonderful!

I love it here!! The plaza is a lively pet friendly complex with lots of friendly residents. Everything is clean and well maintained. The community is also very interactive and there’s always something to do.
