Overall the price isn’t worth it. Amenities aren’t unkept and there really isn’t any “fair housing coat” it changes all the time and someone in the same unit as you could be paying $500 more or less.

Such a fun place to live - always something to do! Great location in downtown Nashville with walkable restaurants and Broadway bars. Easy to walk to Nissan stadium and Bridgestone arena for a concert or sporting event!

I love this building. The staff is incredible. Very thoughtful and friendly. The one issue I have is on the 4th of July there is a lack of security or rules in the building and residents do not get to enjoy the fireworks from their own community balconies or the pool during the day. It would make my experience at this building as good as the staff can make it. Highly recommend living in this building.

At the time I moved in, this was the newest and hottest building in Nashville. It's gone through a few management companies but Bozzuto has made an effort to look out for the residents and I appreciate that.

Faucets in bathroom to small water goes everywhere. Hair in floor outlets, water stains in the bathroom behind toilets and baseboards dirty along with toilet paper dispenser. Items left in hall closet. Bushes trimmed by pool and have not been cleaned up in tow day. Latch never seems to work right. Others I’ve talked to agree. Love the view and the space once cleaned up. Does the manager make daily rounds of the grounds? Just curious. Everyone is very nice.

Great staff, great amenities, and convenient to everything downtown. You can walk everywhere if you choose. Assembly Food Hall and 12/30 are next door.

The penthouse apartments are amazing, and the amenities can’t be beat, especially with the whole Fifth and Broadway restaurants and shops directly below.

We are very happy with the location. The concierge service, maintenance, cleaning staff, security, and leasing team work very hard to provide a great place to live. They are friendly, helpful, and prompt. The view is exceptional and we enjoy the lights and sounds of Broadway from our East facing unit. The exit into 5th and Broadway is super Convenient and we love how easily we can walk to many events and restaurants. There are some negatives that I suspect are out of the local management’s control. The staff works daily to keep the pet area clean, but owners often don’t pick up after their animals. Pets are allowed to urinate on the concrete, door frame, benches and around the walls around the concrete which adds to the overly strong odor. The community balconies, social area, and pool deck are not well maintained and the furniture is in poor condition. The good definitely outweighs the negative. We really like it here!

We absolutely love the location and the people! Some of the public areas could be kept up a little nicer for the cost. There are areas where the walls and floor are chipped and stained even though the building is just a handful of years old.

Everyone is friendly. The move in process was pretty smooth. One company canceled because there was not enough parking available. The community is kept clean with the cleaning crew. There should be another elevator. There should be more non reserved spaces. Past tenants have been a little rough on the appliances.

This is a great place to be. You cannot beat the location and the amenities. What set the experience apart from other apartment buildings is the staff. Faith, the concierge, had a lot to do with me selecting The Place. She along with the leasing agents knew everyone's name (and their dog's names) which was something I picked up on my tour of the apartment.

Great apartments , very friendly staff. Terrific amenities. What will always prevent this from being a 5 star priority is the horrendous elevator situation. Only 3 for 34 floors and one of often out of service as a service elevator. There should literally be double the amount of elevators. You can wait 10 minutes sometimes for an elevator during busy times.

One of the best apartments I’ve ever lived in. Everybody is nice , the area is clean and it’s right in the heart of the city . It’s so easy for me to walk places
Great building and location. High walkability, amenities galore, and friendly staff. Resident restricted parking. Two downfalls; 1) the elevators. 2) Uber drivers can’t find the drive and usually have to go to the street for pick-up.
The Place is absolutely amazing! Gorgeous building, luxury amenities, the best location, helpful staff, friendly neighbors! 10/10 recommend signing a lease here

Words aren’t enough to describe this place, it’s an experience you must live. Living downtown Broadway has its pros and cons. It’ll take a minute to get used to if you’re not from a previous major city.
The amenities here are amazing. The pool and hot tub overlooking the city are next level. And the sauna is amazing after a workout in the gym we have.
Great location for everything from food to concerts, to places with live music, dancing & drinks. We just moved here & love this fun atmosphere. Can't wait to explore more. The amenities for this high rise is awesome, except they're a little slow in maintenance requests that's why only 4 stars.
The Place at 5th and Broad is a very special place to live. The location is very convenient to restaurants, event spaces, shopping and all sorts of entertainment. It's always kept clean and organized. The management goes out of their way to provide creative community events that makes you feel appreciated and special. I feel like I'm living in the best building in downtown Nashville.
Perfect Downtown living experience. All you could ask for. Easy access to anything and everything Nashville has to offer. Great community and plenty of events.

I don't normally leave reviews but I had such a terrible experience living here I thought I should let others know. First of all it is not "luxury" in any way. The building is constantly dirty, people partying as if it were a college dorm, trash collects in the trash rooms which leads to gnats and bugs everywhere, the dog park is left full of dog waste from other dog owners, and the elevator situation is beyond ridiculous. Second, don't bother paying extra for a reserved spot. The parking company doesn't care if someone is parked in your spot so you pay double for nothing. Third, the move out process cost me an additional $1000 due to elevator maintenance issues which they did not inform me of until hours of waiting around with a moving crew, which was scheduled weeks before hand with the front desk. What bothers me the most about this is they refuse to acknowledge their wrong doings. Anything that goes wrong or you need help with has to go through management and they don't do anything to help. When you live in a luxury apartment you'd expect luxury service, amenities, and cleanliness. There is high turn over for a reason, and you'll witness that if you decide to live here. I lasted 4 months. The only good thing about this place is Anna, Britney, the maintenance staff, and valet staff who are all so very sweet!
I love living here. The Staff, Amenities and the social events you can't stay at no other place then this one. I give you all 5 ??????????. Keep up the good work ??
