The Pines at Autumn Woods

I am currently in a one-bedroom unit. First off, the units themselves aren't that bad. Nice and spacious, but you will not be impressed with some of the appliances. Also, all of the one-bedrooms are on the third floor so if you have trouble going up multiple flights of stairs, this place isn't for you. They like to try and make things look newer by just painting them with white paint which peels and falls apart way too easily. Also, I have been here for just over two and half months and I have had two instances where I heard or witnessed shootings/gunshots right outside my apartment building and it takes law enforcement at least 10 minutes to show up so they never catch them. In my honest opinion, do not rent here. Go find a place that is nicer. Preferably outside the city of Jackson.

Bad leaks, mold and roaches!!! New management every couple months, power goes out with the slightest of bad weather.. Every appliance breaks down.. And thats just the beginning of the problems there.. Move at your own risk..

The Advantages? More like the DISadvantages. The real question is what isn’t wrong with this place. In the year and half that we’ve lived here, we’ve endured a broken and leaky air conditioner, that caused BLACK MOLD in our closets, a half broken bathroom sink, a kitchen sink and garbage disposal that BARELY works, a dishwasher that was broken for about 6 months, and a balcony that was cracked down the middle and we lived on the third floor. We called them to come fix these things when we first moved in but they never came and claimed we never called these problems in. They’re definitely not pet friendly, my dog was constantly threatened and harassed by another tenants and the leasing office did nothing about it after I complained. The leasing office is extremely unprofessional and rude. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone I know. Don’t waste your time.

Been staying here for several months now ,an I never seen a sorry apartment complex like this in my life. The dumpster is overloaded and never emptied. Office workers are rude with no help from maintenance. My lease will be up in a couple months and they are raising the rent. I have a daughter that I cant even take to the pool because it's never open . Same for the playground and tennis court. This a message for anyone looking for a apartment it is defiantly not worth the money or time wasted. I feel really uncomfortable at night because the gun shots every weekend as if this a world war battlegrounds.

these apartments were horrible , i would not reccomend to my worst enemy. the managers are rude & non chalent . i tried getting an apartment they told me i was approved , took my deposit & told me my move in date . once came to move in & they said i was no longer approved . i wasted time & money on these lazy and rude staff . everytime i came in there were different staff they cant even keep managers around for long .

These are the worst apartments to ever live in. They have so much of mold it does make since. The first floor floods Everytime it rains. I stayed on the 3rd floor and it was no better the air didn't work for months. The nets and bugs are horrible as well. They shot in the apartments every night, I was scared for my children's life. I would not recommend anyone to move there. The management is so poor. I paid 6 month of rent and they couldn't even find my money order, and they cussed me out even after I showed proof. Please people if your reading this it is true. These apartment are not a good place to live in. I'm so happy I broke my lease and moved.

Worst experience ever! Management is horrible. Ever month they were saying I owed a different amount for rent. Regional manager had an horrible attitude when I expressed how the conditions of my apartment were unexceptionable. Not worth it. Apartment for kids.

Lease up in three months, running from this place, mold water sitting in apartments in the first level, the ladies did try to fix the problem, but it's only so much they can do. Alot of calling and putting in maintenance request online.. almost over with... using fans everyday to dry the water, and my own wet vacuum to get up water.. horrible.

This is the worst they will never fix anything air we have a hole in the wall the office worker dont care u tell them and the say the have a work order for it we have had them for weeks we also have a child and its hot in here everyday we have to get outside people to work on things that's y we are always broke

Apartments are pretty small and overpriced. They are decent about making repairs, and the location is right off the interstate which makes commuting easy. There is a great elementary school right across the street, and a lot of great restaurants in the area. Overall it is a good place for a college student, or single parent with one child.

I lived over there for about (1) year and i have never witnessed anything so humiliting in my entire life as i did in that apartment complex. The garbage dump was overflowing with maggots, broken liquor bottles, car jacking purse snatching, water standing knee deep at the door, dogs over me urinating down on the patio. Pipes busting and water running weeks at a time and we Tenants had to call the city. And talking about unprofessional well Ms. Stanley is busy with her Company down the streets to take care of her responsibility, why do you think she take (4) hour lunch breaks. She can' t manage the Advantages when she is never there, and when she is she is giving personal information from your file that she have on you when people call and that's against the law. I can tell anyone from experience that if you move there you are going to regret it.

There is only about 2 maintenance guys working there for all those units. The professionalism of the ladies in the office is horrible. I did not have a good experience either. I regretted moving into these apartments and would never in life recommend them to any one.

I received an e-mail after looking for an apartment on line. I set up an interview with the assistant manager and went to the complex. He showed me around and I really like what I saw there. Although the section I wanted to live in wasn't available I was promised the apartment I prefer the 1st of the year. I am looking forward to moving in. The management were warm friendly and courteous and willing to make sure I was made feel welcome.
