The building has a fitness center, as well as, the 4th floor has a terrace with a fire table, BBQ grills and a community room. There is plenty of parking with 42 surface parking spaces and 16 garages and 16 5x8 storage units. Utilities included in the rent are Water, Sewer, and Refuse. There is a mandatory monthly internet charge of $40. Residents are responsible for payment of heat and electricity, and optional cable tv. Management charges a $125, non-refundable, administrative fee that is related to our internal and administrative costs for the establishment of a resident file, and preparation of initial lease paperwork and related addendums.
