The Payton

Process to move into The Payton was very smooth. Ricci showed me the property and I knew right away I wanted to live here. Having a secured entrance and parking has given me a sense of security and safety. The community within The Payton has been nothing but kind and helpful to me.

I can't imagine leaving The Payton if I was staying in the Portland area. This has become my favorite apartment I've had in the 15 years of my Portland experience. And it isn't even close. The consistency of quality service is in my opinion what makes everything work so well here from a renter's perspective.

I recently moved into The Payton and the experience so far has been fantastic. The management team is friendly, responsive and professional. The building itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and feels very secure. I am very happy with my decision to move into The Payton and only regret not doing so sooner!

We love living at The Payton. Our unit is very moder, comfortable. Huge windows provide great views and absolute abundance of natural light. Management and maintenance are wonderful and there's a sense of community with many tenants becoming good friends. Also, it is in a good location with easy access to important places on foot. Public transportation is also very close.

The Payton is very great and everyone is friendly, professional and understanding.

I’ve been living at The Payton for a little over a year. It’s a nice safe secure building, it has nice big windows, it is so quiet. I never hear my neighbors, and my apartment is really quite nice. I would like to see the assigned parking be reduced in price.

The Payton is a great quality building with solid construction, great sound insulation, and has a great leasing team that address your concerns and questions effectively and efficiently.

I love living at The Payton! It is such a great community. If I continue to stay in the area this is the only place I want to be. I am considering moving to a different area, but my one hold up is that I don’t want to give up living here. That is how great it is!

As a new tenant, I’ve been enjoying the ample light in the apartment as well as the quality of the finishes. My neighbors are friendly and it seems there are frequent community events.

I’ve lived in a couple of other (non grey star) apartments prior to The Payton and I can say that overall my experience has been the best here. Friendly staff, always clean, fun community events, etc.

This building is nice, but overall lacks a lot of security amenities. They say they're pet friendly but don't have an outdoor pet area for pets to be off-leash. They also lack communication updates about spaces that are in use like the elevator and when the garage is going to out.

This is, hands down, the best apartment I've ever lived in. I have zero complaints and can't think of a way to improve it. It's great. I love the staff, the events they put on are so much fun and creative (examples: Adopt-a-Plant and Valentines Make a Bouquet.) The apartment itself is slick and filled with light. The kitchen is amazing, huge bathroom, and ample closet space.

A big motivator for me personally in deciding where to live is the staff. My first impression (with Windy) was really great. She was really kind, informative and efficient throughout the entire application process and move in process. My dog also really loves Windy (and the rest of the crew) so that's a good sign. The amenities are great. Beautiful apartment and layout. Feels considerably safe as well. I love that there seems to be weekly community events for the residents. Overall really happy to be here.

My experience so far with Twenty Twenty has been great

We have been impressed with The Twenty Twenty Apartments. The numerous amenities have made living just a bit easier. We appreciate the generosity of the staff.

Initially I chose the Twenty Twenty Apartments because of location as well as the warm and professional help when we made the inquiry and application. Having lived here 6 months and extending my lease, I see consistent attention to issues of safety and community building. This is a happy place to live

The elevators and hallways are always in need of vacuuming and the hallway walls are all dinged up from I suppose, cart traffic from movers, etc.

Twenty Twenty is the best managed and highest quality of life in apartment living that weve experienced in the last decade in Portland. Cant be beat.

I found all the steps from renting to moving in, extremely clear and supportive. This is the best management team in my experience

Great staff, great apartment layouts, amenities are top notch, and all the "little things" like cabinetry are top of the line.
