Property Ratings at The Pavilion
Good location. Near to airport and Cta connection. Easy access to downtown. But maintenance is becoming bad day by day. Bed bugs and other problems. Rent is higher than surrounding places.
Do not even try to live here, there are roaches everywhere. We moved here 2 months back and saw like a million roaches from Day 2. Living here was a nightmare with terrible management not even bothering to follow up or even respond to our complaints despite many emails/office visits etc. The roaches are everywhere in the kitchen, bedroom, sofa, every corner!!!! now we have to throw all our furniture out to not contaminate once we move out. Save yourself and DO NOT live in this horrible place
This place was a nightmare. Rats, bugs, and constant plumbing problems. Don't even think about staying here.
Wonderful staff. Leasing office is very friendly and kind. Most importantly they are knowledgeable and go above and beyond welcome you and make you feel comfortable.
The apartment is in a great locality with awesome connectivity but that’s the end of the good things. The maintenance is bad and one of our request took almost 2 years to complete. I recently moved out and was charged absurdly huge amount for issues that weren’t my fault. Been trying to reach someone to sort it out but the management desk number always goes to voice mail.
No Hot water in the morning . There always something breaking and won’t be fix for over a month. People from the outside was always coming In the building breaking stuff . They sell you a lie at this place . Plz review your options before renting from here .

Tina and Al are fantastic, they explained everything and were amazing moving us in. Within a week we saw an apartment we love, and signed the lease. We can't thank them enough, and we're looking forward to be part of The Pavilion community!
If you are looking for a safe community to live, then the Pavilion is your answer! It's located in a great neighborhood with many fun things to do with your friendly neighbors and best of all, it has a designated CTA bus stop to the Cumberland Blue line. :)

Sent several emails with at least a week in between with small questions and received 1 email response that answered half of one of my questions. Ended up losing money, was really let down :/

I lived in the Pavilion for close to 4 years. AC for the building isn't turned on outside of dates required by the city (I think June 1 - Sept. 1?), so when it gets very hot outside of that time frame, upper floors are miserable & potentially unsafe (I was on 9th floor.) I kept my apartment clean but had multiple infestations of mice and cockroaches. Building was in poor repair, with popcorn ceilings that shed white dust, water dripping from HVAC vent in my bedroom closet, and elevators frequently out of order. Management seems very disorganized; I had lease and proof of insurance paperwork held up multiple times because the person responsible forgot to process it. They keep raising the rent. The amenities aren't worth the cost, shabbiness, and frustration.

The office staff is wonderful the apartments are beautiful they really try to keep up love everything that we have here parking pool gym parking ect End it is a very nice location Management and owner really try to keep up with everything as far as fixing things and keeping up with the apartments and keeping the premises clean I know they can only do so much

This rating is given because of the way people at the pavilion handle the garbage,their Animals, and other Amenities that the pavilion offers for our Convenience. With that being said I am very happy in my first time apartment.

The place was nice the service was good but the smell in the hallways and the lack of light was disappointing Still a good place just needs some love
Pavilion is a nice place to stay. The amenities are good. and it is near to the airport and the railway station. so easy to commute.
