Property Ratings at The Patten West
To be honest, I was basically forced to live in my current apartment when I fell sick and had to move in with my daughter. The apartment staff have been the most helpful and kind! Even when my daughter chose to move due to her job, I chose to stay here. I lived in real houses for years and thought I would never return to apartment living but the Management, staff and Maintenance here have changed the way I feel about apartments!! This is honestly a wonderful place to live and it's because of these overseers and caretakers of this property! Thank You Patten West for making residents like me feel like we are seen, heard and our voices matter!!!
I love it here, just moved to Austin from Seattle. The high trees, its quiet, private covered parking, and the proximity to DT and to the ABIA.
