Within Winter Park's chain of lakes lies Lake Maitland, the largest lake of the bunch, running for 450 acres. Lake Maitland shares territory with both Maitland and Winter Park in the area of Orlando, Florida. Great public schools, churches, and parks can be found in this neighborhood.
At the southeast end of Lake Maitland, Kraft Azalea Garden spreads out on five acres of secluded lakefront public grounds featuring the Exedra Monument and massive cypress trees. Lake Maitland connects to Lake Minnehaha, where you’ll find Minnehaha Park, a lakefront spot with a great boardwalk for fishing.
There’s public transportation throughout the neighborhood that will take you around town. After you find your apartment in this lake-abundant area, be sure to visit the Arts and History Museums-Maitland for incredible architectural structures, rich artistic history, and a serene atmosphere.

After I filled out my portion of the (very intrusive) application before noon they claimed they had leased the apartment in question to somebody else in the interim, but offered other, more expensive options. Walking up, the complex is seemingly beautiful, however there is still tons that needs to be evaluated.The game room’s foosball table has been broken since I moved in as well as the Pac-Man machine. So the game room isn’t used or utilized because the games just don’t work. They will charge you for events in the game room and for what!? You have to pay for trash service and I never use them because they come at random hours at night; I feel like we should be able to opt out of that service. The dog park’s extremely stinky.The fake grass needs to be replaced or they need to hire a cleaning crew to sanitize it. The gas grills are both broken and won’t ignite so make sure u bring matches.The pool once was heated but now is extremely cold.Most of the furniture needs to be replaced. The gyms are a nice touch but it’s hard to get access to turn them on. The code box near the dog park doesn’t work It’s extremely hard to get uber eats because of the issues of not being able to buzz them in.

Great place to have dogs and overall comfortable. I like the convenience of the gym and how easy it is to park my car. I also appreciate the closeness of the sunrail train.

Convenient location, Love Amenities, Quiet neighborhood. Great activities for residences. Right at the SunRail station to commute to Games and even downtown and Disney W Transfer.
The staff here is so friendly, the maintenance team does a great job addressing the maintenance requests and working promptly. There are a lot of dogs here, more than people. Love it!

Very nice amenities; pool, gym, game room, and CrossFit. Responsive leasing agents and move in was very smooth and organized. Apartments are well kept and spacious.

I’ve enjoyed living here overall! The maintenance staff is wonderful, love the location, amenities, and the complex is nice and clean. Not all of the front office staff are super friendly and sometimes difficult to speak with even if you go down in person. The package room also needs some work.

Gorgeous resort style apartment complex with fantastic amenities and modern units. This feels like the final destination for what an apartment should be - hardwood floors pretty much throughout the home, new stainless steel appliances, spacious master bedroom with a decent sized walk-in closet, and more storage than you'll ever need in the bathroom! Plus, the frequent community events allow me to meet the community and skip cooking (food trucks ftw!). The gym and crossfit room are well kept, but frequently quite packed which is the one downside, but they're included in the one time amenity fee so I can't really complain. My favorite feature is the garage which attaches at each floor making it far easier to get groceries from my car to my door. Add in the convenience of walking outside and being at a train station and commutes are a breeze (plus, I've yet to ever hear the train from inside the building!)

The Parker is Luxury at its finest! The pool is always clean, the dog park is taken care of. There is plenty of parking for residents and being able to park in a garage and not have ur car out in the hot Florida sun is a huge perk! The game room is always available the community is pretty quiet and the front office management and staff are extremely friendly, welcoming and inviting. Maintenance works fast and aims to get the work done as soon as a work order is put in. We have met so many animals lovers within the community and everyone who lives here is extremely nice. Some nights we have local food trucks so we don’t even have to plan dinner so days of the week. It feels great to be apart of an amazing community.

Great facilities and amenities, next door to Train Station. Also, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I love the gym and the dog park. Having EV charging stations is a plus.

Maintenance is quick with repairs and staff is friendly. All amenities are clean and not too busy. I love the location as well. The Parker at Maitland Station is close to shopping, nightlife, and multiple grocery stores.

Love living here!! The amenities are great, and the leasing office staff are really helpful. I’ve lived in a lot of places where the leasing office is not very on top of things, but here they always are!!
