The Work done from the residence is great and well done. Did take some time to fix the situation that was highly and very important but overall it was well done . In any highly matter that they do get the communication a little bit better but overall it is a wonderful place to stay in the community of Tyler Texas .

Maintenance needs to be better not responsive at all and Work doesnt get completed
So far I love it and I live comfortably as a women by myself. I feel that this is a good community for whoever may be thinking about moving on their own.
I have lived in the Parker apartments for more that year. At first under different management the apartments was great but now it’s horrible. The office staff is rude when they actually answer the phone. Maintenance isn’t great be prepared to wait a week or so. My hot water in my building been off for more than week.Called regional boss and he said pay for your hotel room out of your rental insurance really. Awful customer service for paying residents who want they paid for
Second floor is carpet only and it's thin. The balcony is spacious. The front desk are sweet. They're really backed up on maintenance requests but they are sweet too. Good location.
My experience with Parker apartments has been great. Staff is very responsive. Property is keep up, no trash overflow, landscaping is done every Monday.
I’ve literally looked at every apartment complex in Tyler being that I will be a first time renter. I’ve had a bad experience with a couple of apartments so I was over apartment searching. Came to Bullard Crossing and was impressed with the customer service and the location. Micheal did not only show me one unit but three and went over the different amenities and pricing. Applied same day and was approved within a hour. If your looking for a apartment with a great location I would consider talking with Micheal at Bullard Crossing his customer service was excellent!
