Trinity Park is defined by fun -- this is the location of the PNC Arena, the Carter-Finley Stadium, and the NC State Fair. It is also home to the Centennial Biomedical Campus, the JC Raulston Arboretum, and the J.S. Dorton Arena. Trinity Park is one of Raleigh's most vibrant neighborhoods, located roughly five miles northwest of Downtown Raleigh.
Sports fans appreciate having the PNC Arena in the neighborhood -- and so do concert-goers. The PNC Arena is home to the NHL's Carolina Hurricanes and the NC State Wolfpack basketball team, but it also hosts special events, live music, and special performances. College football fans can head to Carter-Finley Stadium to cheer on the Wolfpack football team. The State Fair, held in the fall, features special events, live shows and music, and rides and games.

Worst experience trying to even get approved to move in. Von is the least helpful person I have met in my life. They dont care about fixing your place after you've signed the contract. And You can never get ahold of anyone in the office.

I've only lived at Parke for 2 months and haven't met many of my neighbors. I do like the location close to many of my favorite outdoor activities. I hope that the pool is open soon for those hot days in summer

The apartment community has some good qualities, such as convenient location. However, my experience has been mixed overall. Communication from management could be more consistent and transparent, especially when it comes to maintenance requests and community updates. Timeliness and follow-through on repairs have been hit or miss. The potential is definitely there, but some improvements in responsiveness and overall organization would make a big difference.

It’s been ok , there’s a lot that could be done with the place for the amount we pay but it’s not bad. Staff has changed so we will see what changes we have to come. Roaches definitely should be dealt with. Roaches and spiders , some apartments are infested.

The experience has been horrible from the beginning. When trying to inquire for an apartment it is difficult to get in contact with the property. There are many times in which the staff have closed the office early. The office is often closed with no notice. The leasing agents are very poor at communicating with you and do not. show care when it comes to addressing your concerns The maintenance staff is slow at completing any task. .

Lived here for three years and it seems the quality of customer service from the office declined as the price went up. Certain apartments were remodeled but few tenants were aware, maintenance requests get started after a week or two, and packages do not always make it to our property. Hopefully if this will continue be our home area, the individuals can have it feel like such.

It is a decent place to live. The maintenance men have been good and the office staff has always been helpful. I hear the people above me a little bit it is pretty quiet overall.

I love my apartment but maintenance has gotten really slack my microwave has been broke for three months and then you had to come fix it at first we kept missing each other so I'll take half the credit or blame for that but now I see the point where they don't even acknowledge me anymore as far as the rent goes they've messed that all up first I had a credit now I'm in debt to them they don't know what's going on I think we got new property management though so maybe things will get better we'll see

Only complaint is towards actual tenets who don’t want to cleanup after themselves or their pets. Everything else is lovely, including the offices response to this issue. Great basketball court, a small dog park, and plenty of areas for kids and adults alike.

So peaceful and love the area! Everything is so close by. Very satisfied. I only took one star off just because I’m constantly stepping in dog poop every time I walk my dogs from people not picking up behind their dogs. Other than that I enjoy staying here.

So far I love everything, great place to live. They have a pool, fitness room, basketball court, and even a dog park. They have access to alot of other markets so you don't have to figure everything out by yourself.

Easy move in process. Leasing agents are fast and very efficient. Maintenance is on top of it! I haven’t tried to visit the amenities yet but I will try to go see them next week. It surprised me that they have an indoor and outdoor pool. Excited to live here!

Initially there were a lot of things wrong with the apartment but I was able to get everything fixed prior to move in so I love it now! They need to make sure these apartments are walked and everything is up to par prior to renting.

A very smooth process and so far everyone including maintenance guys have been very nice. A few things need to be repaired but I haven’t even been here a week yet

I think it’s a cute little apartment. There are definitely somethings that need to be fixed/upgraded. My service requests have not been taken care of so far and it’s been over a week. That is worrisome. Overall everyone is quiet and keep to themselves. I think it’s a good start for anyone looking to start over or move out on their own. Von was amazing and has been pretty decent with communication and helped me get into a better apartment so I appreciate That.

Roach infestation. I’m terrified of roaches and living here has been a nightmare. Pest control doesn’t really help much so you’ll have to pay even more out of pocket to possibly get it under control. There were many issues with the unit upon move in. Staff isn’t very responsive and you’ll have to eventually go to the office if you want to talk to someone. Honestly, I regret moving in. Save yourself the stress and find somewhere else to live. I’m now just waiting for my move out date.
