Being the county seat of Harford, Bel Air is a hub of commercial and community activity for the surrounding area. Though only 40 minutes northeast of Baltimore on Route 1, residents don’t have to travel beyond town for shopping and conveniences.

Our experience at The Park at Winter's Run has been fantastic. We truly love living here with all its high-end amenities. Professionalism is displayed from the front office staff to those who meticulously maintain these beautiful grounds. We are only leaving these apartments because we purchased a home in the Bel Air area. If I could rate them above five stars, they would certainly get them.
