My wife and I moved here 14 months ago after raising 2 kids to adulthood in a 4br 2 home on a large lot for about 29 years. We now have a 1 br 1000 sq Ft apt which we love! I do not miss the maintenance hassles or general cost of upkeep on large yard and house. I do think our maintenance staff here are super responsive and Jennifer is simply the best. I am so thankful we found Whispering Pines, we love it here and our upstairs neighbor, Barbara, makes the best peanut butter cookies ever!

I moved to P@WP in October of 2009, and chose a second story apt for the view. I have seen quite a few managers come and go. I’ve also seen many residents come and go. Losing friends to another life in AL, KY, Ohio, Minnesota, etc. is hard. After a while friends become family as do many managers and maintenance staff. I like the size and location of our complex, and I hope to be here a long time in the future!!!

Staff is extremely courteous and diligent when work needs to be done. Beautiful complex and the grounds are always kept clean and tidy. Neighbors I haven’t really gotten to meet too much, but most of the time everything is pretty quiet and calm. Peaceful community.

Love it so far. Friendly staff, clean amenities , and very spacious . Everyone was super friendly during our move in. Pools not the biggest but everything is well kept up
It has been a wonderful month. Jennifer has been very helpful to us during our time at the complex. Management is always communicating effectively with us which makes things so much easier. And not to mention the excellent location.

The management team has been incredibly accommodating and kind, going above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. They even granted us permission to charge our vehicle conveniently through the patio—an added convenience we greatly appreciate. In addition to the exceptional management, we have been delighted by the warmth and friendliness of the community. Our neighbors have been welcoming and inclusive, making us feel right at home. It's truly a pleasure to reside in such a friendly and supportive environment. We couldn't be happier with our decision to move here. The combination of a well-maintained apartment, attentive management, and a welcoming community has exceeded our expectations. We look forward to creating many wonderful memories in this remarkable place we now call home.

The staff is really friendly and went above and beyond to help me with the leasing process even though I had no housing or banking history here in the US and was coming from another country. Shout out to Jennifer here! The manager is really sweet also. The community itself is very well maintained and feels lively and maintenance requests are also taken care of really quickly.

The park residents are nice the employees are helpful. And there are decent amenities. The common areas outside of apartments are dirty and need to be cleaned but other than that it’s a nice place.
