The staff at The Park at North Ridge we’re all so nice and yet still professional. Everyone from the office to maintenance have been so helpful with my move in. I love my apartment of 800 perfect square feet and the convenient location. A great place to live.

it's a bare minimum apartment for luxury apartment prices. it's a place to live, but it's definitely not worth the rent.

Sometimes the garbage is overflowing crazily and then all ripped apart it looks horrible especially when you have people come visiting it makes us very embarrassed you need to straighten that out by locking up that room over there people just throw their stuff now you need to check that out too it wasn’t like that until you put a lock on there thank you

They try very hard to maintain a good community. They need more maintenance staff. There are many issues and 3 men on staff cannot complete all the work issues its merely impossible its frustrating to the staff as well bell partners is a large organization they should hire adequate staff and they should update these apartments if their going to increase tenants rent.

Absolutely love the community and overall neighborhood. Im new to the state and Dan the leasing agent was of an immense help of making this big move possible for me. Love the pool, love the gym and amenities on site. Peaceful property and great neighbors. Timely maintenance staff. Close to supermarkets, gas stations, restaurants, and essential places of business. Very affordable price for the quality of area. Only wish that their business center would be available 24/7. Other than that, its hard to complain about this property.

Dog pails overflowing for more than two weeks, power washing rescheduled three times and still haven't shown up, stories of them chasing people out of the office for no mask, missing umbrellas in the pool area this year, not allowed to use the bbbqs in the pool area because of Covid restrictions which is ridiculous, half the gym equipment we arent allowed to use because of pandering to Covidn fear- this place has really gone downhill with the revolving door of office workers and maintenance people the past year. Used to be really good when Jamie and Carly were there. For what we pay we should be treated better. Notices never sent out anymore about not cleaning up after dogs, the place has dog poo all over the grass because of the garbage theyre now letting in here that cant be bothered when theyre 20 feet from the pail. I used to recommend this place but not now. Maybe if they get their act together.

We are pleased to inform you that there are no longer restrictions on any amenities due to CVOID! Those restrictions have been lifted by the State Officials and you are able to use the fitness center 24/7 and all equipment are allowed to be used too. Masks are no longer required to be worn when entering the office as well. We have just installed the new pool grills for your enjoyment and we have the umbrellas ordered which should be arriving very soon. It has been brought to our attention of one community grill that needs to be replaced. This has been ordered and will be installed once it arrives. We will certainly send a good housekeeping email out to the community as a friendly reminder on how to help keep our community beautiful and free of debris. I had so many apprehensions about moving, but I'm really glad I stumbled upon The Park. Honestly, if it wasn't for the awesomely helpful manager Nick, not sure if I would have felt comfortable enough signing up for a lease as quickly as I did. My housemate and I were looking for immediate move in and Nick made himself available to answer any and all questions super promptly and thoroughly. Due to moving truck issues, we came in to sign the lease 30 minutes before the office closed on a Friday, and Nick greeted us with reassurance, contagious energy and a welcoming smile. So far, The Park has been completely comfortable, transparent, as gorgeous as the images, and very accommodating. I highly recommend the place and the staff here!

I love The Park at North Ridge. It's in a great location and is a safe, clean community. I love that it is a walking community situated in North Raleigh. The local public schools for the location are great. I also love the trees in our neighborhood. So many new luxury apartment communities cut all the trees down. That is not the case in this community.

Very kind and nice office staff. Beautiful design. Clean comfortable apartments. Quite Community. Easy application process. Location is very close to a lot of shopping centers.
I love living at The Park at North Ridge. I have lived here for almost two years, and expect it will be my forever home. Every time I drive into the complex, I remark to myself how beautiful it is here. The office and maintenance staff is always helpful and pleasant, and the maintenance is excellent. I love the layout of my two bedroom, two bath apartment. It is very comfortable and cozy. It is also very quiet despite being on the ground floor. I virtually never am disturbed by noise from my neighbors above or behind me or from the outside thanks to, what must be, very good insulation. No complaints here. Living here is a pleasure.

Life here at the Park has been just what I've needed at this time in my life. The location is central to much of what I need in relation to my employer and the downtown. I like the layout and size of my apartment and it's easy to keep comfortable in the summer with so much shade on the west side of the building. Service requests are handled in a timely manner and concerns at the Office seem to get resolved without much hassle...

The Park at North Ridge is well-located for necessary activities such as banking, medical, shopping and entertainment. The grounds are well-maintained. The apartments are well-designed and well-maintained. The rent is reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend it.
I love living in The Park at North Ridge! I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience living here for the last one and one half years. I give it 5 stars. I expect this will be my forever home. Everyone is kind and helpful. Its a pleasure dealing with the office staff and maintenance staff. I love my apartment. I love the cosy layout, and its quiet, even on the first floor! Cooling and heating are even throughout my two bedroom apartment. I am very comfortable here. The building is obviously well built and well insulated, and the whole complex is beautiful and well cared for.

I have been here a year. Very nice and quiet community. Staff is so nice Tashima and Nancy have been helpful every time I had a question or concern. They have made sure me and my children we're comfortable.

Very beautiful place to call home not to much noise.
Living here these past 2 months has been a very pleasant experience. The pool is nice and maintenance is very quick to respond to any issues submitted to them. Would select this place again. 8/10

You're looking for a new home that is quiet, clean, and safe? The Park at North Ridge is for you. I have been here for 1.5 years and plan to stay for another year and a half.
The Park at North Ridge is a very quiet, beautiful property (great for walking). It has ample parking, nice amenities (pity they were closed a lot during our stay due to Covid-19, but we understand importance of it). The staff are kind and friendly, and we appreciate they would allow our three cats. The best aspect of living here is the location. It's in a very nice area, close to shopping, parks and hospital. Easy access to Capital Blvd and the 540!

The Park at North Ridge is a great place to live. Its a quiet community. Its very pleasant here. The apartments are very cozy with a reasonable amount of storage space. It is very close to shops and supermarkets and has easy access to rt 540.
I have been in my place going on 3 months and their very nice and any problems you have their really good at solving them maintenance and staff
My stay here has been pleasant. I've been here since 2018 and any issues I have brought to management's attention has always been resolved. The leasing office staff has always been pleasant.
The staff is extremely professional and friendly. They answered all of my concerns and I could tell the genuinely cared.

Although I have only been a resident at The Park at North Ridge for a month, I love the neighborhood and the community in itself. Its quiet and very convenient to town and my job. People within the community are nice and the leasing staff are all respectful and will help you in any way!!
