Muy mala atención al inquilino y no arreglan nada
Do NOT move here! They will not respond to your maintenance request, not even energency ones. My AC has broke several times in the summer, I had my kids sitting in diapers because it reached up to 102 in our own apartment and STILL no one would come for weeks until I had to take it to corporate. Currently dealing with a leak and its been over two weeks no one cares. The walls here are painted so horribly that anything stains the wall and you can not clean them because the paint will rub off.

this is the WORST place i’ve ever lived!! The property manager Jasmine is SO RUDE and so is all the other staff in the office! they never answer the phone, maintenance doesn’t come until 3 weeks after you put in a request, THERE IS NEVER ANY PARKING ! oh and get this, they say it includes a pool and a gym but you have to pay a $50 deposit to get a key. ITS NOT INCLUDED IN YOUR AREADY EXPENSIVE RENT! The property manager lies so bad it’s disgusting! I’m willing to get an eviction just to move out of this place! let’s not get started on the overflow of trash and the millions of cats that run around all night. I’ve never had pest control come and SPRAY EVER AND IVE BEEN HERE SINCE NOVEMBER! the staff will harass you by banging on your door if you miss a rent payment. I feel so bad for anyone that gets tricked into their lies just to get you to sign a lease! YOUVE BEEN WArned!!
Bug, & extremely rude employees. This hell hole is bound to make you rip your hair out, and scream at the top of your lungs. I wouldn’t recommend.
To say that this community is managed poorly would be a drastic understatement! Where do I start, the mailboxes for the units were broken for weeks and they didn’t fix them. The mail service sent mail back because the property management failed to inform us that they were holding the mail for those boxes. Good luck trying to get something properly fixed from maintenance, they are a joke! Every single work order I have ever made has been half done or worse. The owners of this property seem to do business to only profit them, with little regulars to how it effects the people living there. My best advise is to run in the other direction, and fast!
This staff mislead me to rent an apartment by telling me they were offering free laundry service. Then they never gave me a mailbox key so I could get my mail. Told me I could pick up my mail on a Saturday when their office was closed for a holiday party that I was not notified of. Instead of giving me a mailbox key I had to wait over 3 weeks to get my mail which had important government documents. I want anyone that is considering renting here to reconsider your options as this is the most inept, incompetent staff I have ever seen.
The office never answers the phone. You get three days to get your rent in, it doesn’t matter if you get paid on Friday they slap $100 fine to your rent. There are 2 pools, one is constantly dirty no one swims in it, just the ducks. The laundry unit building doors are constantly falling off. The model unit looks the best. We moved into our unit with holes in our walls, paint on the floor, cabinet drawers falling out, our bathroom cabinet is rotted. We have been told for 6 months they are replacing the cabinets. Nothing yet.
If you want cockroaches, ants, and termites craw all over you than live there. This place is absolutely garbage. Don’t waste your time and money here.
The staff is friendly and professional. The grounds are very pretty and well kept. The home that I am in is Beautiful, Spacious, and Classy. The neighbors are friendly. The rent is Very Affordable. The proximity to shopping,hospital and airport etc is Excellent. I Highly Recommend LakeBridge to anyone looking for a Great place to call home!
I love this community! Always clean and the rent is very reasonable. The office staff has the best customer service.
I ran into so many issues living at this apartment for a year. Constant cockroach problems that weekly pest control doesn't solve. Ran into a few major leaks and mold in my ceiling that took over a month to finally resolve. On top of all this, at the end of everything, they stole my deposit and charged me extra, and never told me about it. I had to find out when I was contacted by a collection agency.
Leasing staff is agressive and dishonest. Lots of maintenance running around but not much getting done. Bugs, trash piled up by doors, ghetto behaving neighbors, busted blinds, and a tow company feasting on expired tags with mgmt blessing. Great place if you like to be treated badly while paying too much for too little.
I drove 30 minutes across town on. Saturday for the staff to tell me they were going to lunch and I could not view an apartment. I had my money identification and all I needed to apply. The average person will not apply until they see a unit. I am very displeased to get this type of service
I will think twice about renting from this place. I lived here for 19 months and had four leak problems. The leaks would come from the ceiling and leave a wet area on the carpet. The worst leak was when the carpet in my walk-in closet was completely wet. They solved the problem by sending someone to use a machine to soak up the water from my carpet. In reality, I should have moved into another apartment. They should have sent a contractor to check the water lines. I am also upset with the tenants that they don't care of the place. I find several bags of garbage in front of the dumpster. They always leave a mess in the laundry room.
I relocated about 6 months now.Its been an awesome experience the staff is fabulous!!! The facility is kept in prestine condition.This complex has everything new.i love it here thank you LakeBridge for making me feel like family since mine is not here
I've been in this complex since it was Harbour Walk. I must say Lakebridge Apartments is a beautiful sigh of relief. The management team Lamar, Amy, and Danni are all very helpful and friendly. They keep you informed of everything going on with the apartments and future events. EVERY issue I've had with the previous, Harbour Walk and Bridgeview companies, has been RESOLVED. The Rent is LOW and REASONABLE! The apartments are spacious with great views. They have made several beautiful renovations to the apartments. New paint on the buildings, new roofing, new front doors, new patio mesh/screens, new pool (very soon), new asphalt and parking, new fitness area (very soon). As well as TWO BRAND NEW APARTMENT BUILDINGS! Lakebridge has taken over and invested tremendous amounts of money on landscaping and improvements. I'm glad and proud to have been here to see the incredible increase of quality in this apartment complex. It's a completely beautiful, friendly, and safe community. I'm excited to see the growth of Lakebridge Apartments as we enter our second year with the company. I RECOMMEND ANYONE SEEKING AN APARTMENT DEFINITELY PUT IN AN APPLICATION!!!!
I am new to Florida, about 8 months, and just moved here. I was suprised to see all the reviews. I love my place, that staff was great during my move in and went above and beyond, and it's very quiet. The only issue i have is the trash area. It's too far from my building. But, i referred my friends to live her and they move in next week also! Good place.
Maintenance is awful. I have been complaining about the same broken air conditioner since I moved in a year and a half ago. All they do is patch it. Almost everyone in the office is rude. They treat people like they are scum. I have never been late on my rent but still I'm the scum off the earth. There is only one person in the office that is nice. He is the only guy who works in the office.
Horrible place to live. I literally had a hole in my bathroom ceiling and dripping water into the bedroom that was neglected and took months to fix. On top of that, when we finally left they charged me extra on top of my security deposit but sent it straight to debt collectors instead of contacting me first.
I paid in advance to move in, but lost a month because the apartment was nasty so I couldn't move in. It took 30 days to be fixed, but they charge me anyway.On June I sent the notice that I was leaving on August 30 but they lost the letter,so them stole my deposit money, claiming that I did not notice that in advance.
listen I love here right now and trust me is a nightmare.so much to complain about but I should be out of here soon.just don't even bother really it's a horrible place and dangerous.is funny because who ever wrote that positive review of this place must have serious issues or maybe works there lmao.i have gotten robbed and much more but like I said stay out I'm warning you please don't waste your hard earned money here. terrible terrible nightmare and I'm not joking
