Realmente la administración de esos apartamentos no estás funcionando bien, pusimos una orden pasa días y días no vino nadie a resolver nada. Nada más son buenos para cobrar. Cuando dañas algo no apareces nadie. Estoy decepcionado.

This place has changed a lot and i am glad to call it home. The rent is affordable and the staff is great.
Maintenance is very poor they say they fix it but they don't mold they say it's not molded dust but it's black mold they just don't repair the stuff very well and when they say they do they don't take care of it at all

Lisa, we have been in your apartment twice, no mold was found. The dark substance you pointed out was not mold, but dust. We take mold very seriously, and have a specific protocol in place for that. Fortunately, the issue you had was not mold.
I love the space and the length as well I love the rooms and the floor I love the bathrooms I love everything about it it’s reasonable!!!
Now that the weather is warm I am happy to have a park to take my kids 2 i like it here it is a good place for kids and familys.

hot water on one side of the apartment has been out for over 2 months. called many times, nothing
My name is Kristin Jose and I been calling the emergency maintenance to fix our heater but never call back and I have kids at home with me we are freezing cold I called the hot line several times and still don’t have an answer do not move to this apartment complex because definitely I will sue them I don’t have heat for 2 days and my kids getting sick space heater is not enough for this below degrees weather I repeat DO NOT MOVE in here
I have lived at Addison Creek for almost a year already. I love the location of these apartments, they are so close to several great restaurants and stores. The office staff is really awesome. They are so friendly and very proficient! Thank you Addison Creek for making this our home.
I love the size of my apartment and the neighborhood that I'm in. I think the only thing that I would change is the maintenance response to request for repairs and follow up. I am hoping with the new management that my concerns will be put to rest.
