Friendly staff every one has been so nice and respectful whenever I call with any issues it’s always fixed fast! Been here almost 2 years and I have no complaints for the most part it’s quit here move in process was quick and easy
Moving from different states was already hard but the Retreat at Greenbriar had made the process a lot easier for me and my family. They help us enroll with ease. I never experienced anything like this before. I’m just happy to had been here for 2 years and look forward to more.
I have moved into these apartments February of 2022.. fairly recent and since day 1, even when searching for apartments, they made it extremely easy to apply and made the process was easy for me. I absolutely dread the moving process, but the wait time from applying to getting approved to moving in was so fast. Special thanks to Chris who always kept me in the loop and was so efficient. Stephanie is also extremely helpful when I had any questions about bills or payment dates, literally anything. Both of the maintenance men I’ve met were also very polite + helpful. Since I’ve been here, I haven’t had many issues, besides like a leak or something but even still, the maintenance guy would come same day as fix it right away if I did have any issues. The neighborhood on my side is fairly quiet, no issues at all, nice neighbors and the kids play outside almost every day. I was skeptical moving at first bc of the old reviews but I decided to give them a chance since it was under new management and the new managers have been changing small things and it’s been great. As far as I’m concerned, it’s been quiet and I feel safe enough to have my girls playing outside. Even today, they’re out there fixing the road, always cutting down the grass and making it look good. I’m glad I went with this townhouse for sure and plan on staying until I can own my own home. Last thing, the rent is very worth the space. My townhouse is spacious.
I would like to thank everyone at the Retreat at Greenbrier for making my stay as comfortable as possible. Chris and Stephanie welcomed my girls and I into Georgia with a warm welcome! I When I needed maintenance at 10:45PM at night they were there! My Appliances were brand new and my girls loved there new home. The area is great and convenient, there’s shopping centers and food markets very close to the community so that was also a plus, the children had a place to play in the community that was safe. My neighbors were all also friendly and even welcomed me in with a care package! I just wanna say thanks again to everyone at the Retreat at Greenbrier!
The Office Staff: Mr. Danilo, Mrs. Jocelyn and Ms. Yolanda have done an amazing job with improvements at the Park at Greenbriar the 3 months that they have been working together. The Maintenance Staff: Mr. Lucoius, Mr. Akey and Mr. Eric have done a great job in completing work orders for the residents. The Office Staff and Maintenance staff relationship has been very respectful and cordial. I am Elizabeth Rouse and have been a resident at The Park at Greenbriar many years, and at this point my review rating is a 5!!!
Ms. Yolanda in the leasing office is so friendly and caring for others. I love my apartments. Workout area, playground for the kids and the rent is affordable and units are spacious with washer and dryer connection in every unit. If your looking for something short term to stay before getting a house this is an excellent stay. Antonia
She was EXTREMELY professional and efficient with calling back and getting everything done to get me in the door. Such an awesome And dependable person to work with when knowing your about to move into your first apartment!
I love the area. Right across from the Greenbriar mall, next door to the Kroger plaza. Four different Marta buese run this route. Close to 285 and 75. The rent is affordable. And it's a Great place to live
