Arcadia is a former citrus orchard that has been recognized by Money magazine as the “Best Place to Live.” Today in this predominantly residential community, you can still see traces of standing orange and grapefruit trees alongside roads and in the plush landscaping.

This neighborhood is attractive to renters because of its beauty, great location, and excellent schools. Its culture, cool restaurants with astounding food, and walkability helps, too. No place is perfect, but I appreciate the genuine effort of staff, management and maintenance at The Palms. They endeavor to cover all bases and aspects here. The upkeep of the outside and other common areas is ongoing and doesn’t go unnoticed. The grounds are lovely. The management personal make every effort to create and maintain a friendly, safe, clean and positive environment. They are well organized and have processes in place for just about everything. It seems they are always striving for improvement. The monthly social events are thoughtful snd appreciated by the residents. That said, there are some things I would like to see improved.

Nice, quiet place. Close to everything in Arcadia. Large patios. Pool and hot tub. One thing that is strange is that it’s a gated community and you have to have key to get out. There is no keypad to let you out. If you have a friend come over you have to walk them out. ??

Great staff at The Palms. They are friendly and always ready and willing to help. Grounds and pool areas are nicely kept. Maintenance requests are promptly addressed. I have found my neighbors to be friendly and considerate of others and I love the diversity at The Palms. Parking spots too narrow and can be difficult to maneuver. Would be nice if there were mailbox rooms on each side of the complex, without having to go through two locked gates to our mail. Would be so much better for convenience and safety if there was at least one walk in shower in two bath apartments.

The Community is a great one. All the tenants seem to be respectful of our shared space and good citizens. The staff is attentive and helpful, really nice folks. Love this community. The Managment and neighbors are extremely friendly. We feel like we are apart of neighborhood/ community versus an apartment complex. I also love the layout of the floor plan. Very spacious. The complex is also quite which is important to me.

I do love it here - perfect location, neighbors are awesome, community layout is nice. I was not happy with the way some things were handled during covid, but things are essentially back to normal. Rob and Sabrina at the front office are very nice, as are the maintenance people.

We are not happy with the landscaping outside our door--dead bushes for years. Also, the main entrance by the office is not sufficiently lit at night to drive in and pick up our mail. Have mentioned these items but the staff keeps changing and there is never any follow up.

The ongoing issue with Mosquitoes has prevented me from recommending this community multiple times already. There are multiple residents complaining, I don't know why a permanent solution has not yet been decided on. Spraying works temporarily, the nest has not been located to my knowledge.

Location,location,location! It's so quiet and all you hear is the sound of birds and the tree's in the wind. It has a very unique feel. You don't feel like your at an apartment complex..Its more open and does not have that compacted,cumbersome apartment feel. Very serene atmosphere.

I would recommend for location, size of unit, pool, size of patio. I think the rent was way too high after the units were renovated especially considering the poor quality and workmanship in those renovations. I was in a pre-renovated unit for 5 years and didn't have any of the issues I had when I moved to the newly renovated unit.
