Saturated with canals and ponds, the neighborhood of Mariner in Cape Coral resembles a sort of Venice, Italy -- but with roomier homes for rent and spacious plots of land. For an outdoor getaway, locals travel 10 miles southeast from Mariner to Four Mile Cove Ecological Preserve, a nature park with 6,000-plus feet of trails and ample opportunity for wildlife sightings.

Property Ratings at The Palms at Cape Coral
I did not put this work order in. Maintenance entered my home without a work order, without consent, without any notice, and not for an emergency. They replaced my washer without my knowledge and took my clothes out of the washer, including undergarments, set them on the floor and then notified me AFTER saying they had gone into the wrong apartment and changed the wrong washer. Again, I did NOT create this work order. It was created the day after they entered my home. Additionally, I emailed management and called with my concerns regarding this and no one has responded to me. I do not feel safe returning to my home at this time.

Moving to the palms has felt like stepping into a different era. Nostalgic really. This community is an actual community! Neighbors know one another and get along. People interact with and are kind to you. They host resident event's that in my opinion really promotes the "it takes a village" way of thinking. The peace of mind I now have by living here is like taking a deep breath of fresh air. I feel at home. I love it here!

The Palms is a very nice complex. Apartments are spacious and well laid out. The pool, fitness center, and outdoor grilling and seating areas are nice to have. Management, leasing, and maintenance are top notch- truly responsive and seem very happy to help with any issues. The lease renewal process was seamless.

It is a beautiful place to live. I lived at another apt housing before coming here. The staff here are like family. They go above and beyond to plan community activities here. Something going on all the time. Our other place did nothing. They always said that they were not a nursing home. Great place to live.
