This is a Horrible place to live, the landlord is a slumlord. She doesn’t fix things on time and favoritism guest who have been there longer. She comes up with rules that are not in the lease and try’s to threaten you with management. The washer and dryers on property are always broken and dirty. She has a nasty attitude and take days to reply place to issues or concerns. Jackie and Julie are friends , so whatever you complain to Julie (Cooperate) will not be resolved. There is a terrible roach problem, she fakes like maintenance is fixing problems and they aren’t on the property, she claims they always on vacation. Oh also if she has a problem with you , her and her husband which live on property give you dirty looks. Please do not move here , the price isn’t worth the stress. Believe the reviews. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Don't apply here! Their application fee is more pricier than other places/the market. They will take your holding deposit even if you don't sign the holding dep release form. I called them directly and asked them to cancel my application because I found an apartment elsewhere, the rental manager said she would cancel it. It then went from 'pending' to posted on my account. Had to call my bank and file a chargeback.
I called to inquire about the availability and the woman who answered the phone had an attitude because she could not comprehend what I asked. There was no minimum credit score required so I asked what are they looking for when checking credit she continued to repeatedly say “I just said we don’t have a credit score so what are you asking”. I’m not sure why businesses hire just anyone nowadays. She obviously had no professionalism, if you don’t enjoy your job instead of being rude to consumers, you should quit.
